SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 - Now We're Talking! By TT Technology

The Samsung Galaxy s22 has been revealed, along with key specs for the whole range, and I'll be sharing the details. Right after this today, we've got a new stunning reveal of the galaxy s22, along with the key specs of the whole range from a reliable leaker. So the first story of the day is that we've got reliable, leaker ice universe, giving us the details of the galaxy s22 series. According to his new Weibo post, the galaxy s22 is coming with a 6.06 inch, full HD, plus 120 hertz display, and that's actually slightly smaller than the predecessor's 6.2 inches. He states the s22 plus, is coming with a 6.55 inch display and again this is smaller than the predecessor's 6.7. He then advises that the s22 ultra is coming with a 6.81 inch, quad HD, plus LPO 120 hertz display and that's slightly bigger than the predecessor 6.8 inch, and hopefully that's due to trim down bezels according to ice universe. The s22 and s22 plus are going to share the same camera system and that's going to be a 50 megapixel primary, a 12 megapixel ultra-wide and a 12 megapixel telephoto, and this has three times optical zoom.

We've had plenty of news already that the 50 megapixel is gonna, be a RGBW camera which basically means an extra white sub pixel. This helps with the highlights in high contrast scenes, as well as being able to assist in the less than desirable lighting conditions when it comes to the s22 ultra. Well, many people have rumored a 200 megapixel camera ice universe is stating it will get a 108 megapixel main a 12 megapixel ultra-wide, a 12 megapixel telephoto with three times optical zoom and another 12 megapixel telephoto with 10 times optical zoom. Now, thankfully, it appears that Samsung are laying off the megapixel marketing and instead just trying to produce good photography across the board. More megapixels do not mean better quality, but simply a higher resolution and even 12 megapixels is really enough.

So I'm happy to see such a sensible configuration now ice universe also gives us the battery information, and he says that the s21 is a 3 800 William hour battery. So that's a decrease of 200 from its predecessors, 4 000. This means that we're most likely looking at a smaller device than last time it giving it smaller display and lower capacity. It's also the same with the galaxy plus as we get a 4 600 William hour battery compared to the predecessor's 4800, with the galaxy s 22 ultra. He says it's a 5 000 William hour battery, so that's the same size as the predecessor, which makes me think that the overall footprint is the same size, but hopefully they've trimmed down the bezels for a slightly larger display.

Now, next up, we've got a new video from concept creator showing us the s22 in a stunning design. Now the links to his channel are down in the description below so make sure you go ahead and check him out, but this shows something very different to everything else. We've been seeing now, it's important to note that it is just a concept or spec leaks can come from the supply chain information. It's a lot harder to get hold of the design information and, of course it can keep changing until the design is finalized. The truth is we don't know what the design is going to be yet, but going by previous releases that we can expect something very similar to last year and the area that is most likely going to be changing is the camera module on the new folder? They kept it a lot more subtle this year, but I think in the s series it will remain a bold design, but overall the galaxy s.22 range is looking incredible, and it's looking like both the Enos and the snapdragon chips are going to be performing very well and much better than last year, thanks to more heat generation, there's also plenty of rumors about a new cooling system in the s22, but we're going to have to wait for some solid information before we speculate, but for those of you excited about the galaxy s22, though we're now going to run through the expected specs design and the pricing for the whole of the series. Again, it's still very early days, so this information is gonna, be changing as we get closer to launch.

So, first, we've got the standard galaxy s22, the galaxy s22 is gonna, come with a 6.2 inch, dynamic AMOLED display we're expecting a full HD plus resolution of 1080 by 2400 and, of course, a 120 hertz refresh rate when it comes to the selfie cameras, we're unsure if it's going to have a punch, hole or an in-display selfie camera, as this is of course, the budget-friendly model. So we usually find some compromises, and we're also expecting a plastic back instead of glass on the rear. It's likely to be a triple camera setup, consisting of a wide, an ultra-wide and a telephoto camera. It's going to be powered up by either the Enos or the snapdragon system on chip and what we know the snapdragon chip is model number SM 8450. We don't know its exact name just, yet it's likely to come with 8 gigs of ram and a choice of 128 or 256 storage.

This will, of course, be UFS 3.1, it's likely to be powered by a 4 000 William hour battery, while fast charging has not been confirmed. Yet it's likely going to be 25 watts. It will, of course, have 5g Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, and it, of course, is going to run one ui4 based on android 12. And for those of you that are waiting for the s22, it's likely gonna start from eight hundred and fifty dollars. Now, next up, we've got the Samsung Galaxy, s22, plus the galaxy s 22 plus is going to be coming with a larger 6.7 inch, dynamic, AMOLED display and going by previous releases, it's likely to be a full HD plus resolution of 1080 by 2400, and it will have a 120 hertz LPO display when it comes to the selfie cameras. We don't know what sensors they're going to be using, but it is likely to adopt the in-display selfie camera on the rear, we're likely going to see another triple camera setup, and again it's going to be a wide, an ultra-wide and a telephoto.

It's going to be powered by either the Enos or the snapdragon system on chip, and again we don't know the exact name, but the model number is sm-8450. It will likely come with eight gigs of ram and the choice of 128 or 256 storage. And again this is UFS 3.1. It will likely be powered by a 4800 William hour battery, we're expecting to see some fast charging improvements, but we still haven't had any leaks on the battery. Yet it will, of course, have 5g Wi-Fi, 6, Bluetooth, 5.2 and, of course, one ui4 based on android 12 and for those waiting on the s22 plus it's likely gonna start from eleven hundred dollars. Now, finally, we've got the most premium model.

The galaxy s22 ultra, the galaxy s22 ultra, is likely to come with a 6.8 inch, dynamic, AMOLED display, but this time with a quad, HD plus resolution of something like 1440 by 3200, it will of course be a LPO panel with a 120hz refresh rate, we're expecting a high screen to body ratio, we're expecting an in-display selfie camera on the front when it comes to the rear. We can no doubt expect a quad camera setup with the additional laser autofocus. As with the smaller models, we should see a wide and ultra-wide and a telephoto, but on the ultra we usually get a periscope camera with optical zoom. It should be coming with a choice of 12 or 16 gigs of ram and also 128 256 512, and maybe even one terabyte storage. It's likely to be powered by a 5 000 William hour battery.

But again we don't know what fast charge it's going to offer it's going to have 5g Wi-Fi, 6, Bluetooth, 5.2 and run on one ui4 based on android 12. And when it comes to the price. Unfortunately, as we know it's going to be expensive, we can pretty much expect a starting price of around 1300. So, while leaks are still a little light on the ground, we are starting to get a bit of information coming in and, as we get closer to launch, more and more details will come to light and, as always I'll share them as they do.
