Samsung Galaxy S21 Unboxing Phantom Violet Edition By Liessshy

What's up everyone, it's Alicia here and welcome back to another video today- is a special video because Samsung Australia reached out to me and want me to unbox and review the new s21 phone, and I'm very excited to do this, because this is a photo. I've actually wanted. Since I saw the announcement and I was going to get my hands on one, but at least now I get to test it out myself and see if it's actually worth buying. So I thought I would do an unboxing video today and then, if you want to see anything in my review, make sure you leave a comment down below in this video, because over the next few weeks I will be working on a review video, but for now, let's just get straight into this unboxing, because I'm so excited to see this phone. So the outside of the box is really, really pretty. You can see that it is quite thin now, and they have gone down that kind of apple path, of reducing the size of the boxes.

There is no power, brick in this box. You will get a charging cable, but no adapter, which is fine, because most of us will have an USB type adapter anyway, you can purchase them separately if need be, but this one is the purple or the lavender phone, which is the one that I actually really wanted to get myself. It is just the standard s21 5g, not the plus, not the ultra again. This is the one that I wanted to go for. Being a Google Pixel user.

I have dropped to a smaller size phone. So that's why I wanted to get my hands on just a standard s21. The box is really nice. It is a matte black, and it does have the s21 logo on the front which the 21 is kind of faded out. In the background, with the purple s on the front and then down the bottom, it does say s21 5g on the side.

Here we have the galaxy written on the side. So it's a nice like kind of holographic color. I really like it. I'm very excited to open it up, so I'm just going to get straight into that now: okay, so I'm just going to break the seal. This is a completely brand-new phone.

I do have it for review for a few weeks. I will have to send it back, unfortunately, but it is a complete brand-new model. So let's get this opened up, oh nice, it doesn't actually have the plastic seal on it. So maybe it isn't completely brand new, but that's okay, because it is just a review model, but this colorway is gorgeous. I love the rose gold around the edges of the phone with the purple back.

This is the colorway that I personally love the most out of the collection. They do have some exclusives on the Samsung store that are really nice as well, but for the models that are in store. This is the one that I love the most. The phone is just. It actually feels so much better than what I thought it would in my hand it's got some like it's got weight to it where the border and the camera are, but the back is just a plastic.

Now they have gone down the plastic path with this model so easier to keep in good condition, but it actually feels really nice in the hands. So, let's continue to see what else is in this box is empty. We've got this little pouch here. So on the back of the pouch, we've got our sim card, pin which we can pop a sim card in and out. We have the Samsung USB siege, USB c charging cable.

So again like I said this doesn't come with the adapter, but it is just a standard, USB cable, so you can use it in any USB c adapter. I would have a feeling this would be a fast charging cable, it doesn't actually say, but I would like to assume that it is so getting a fast charging. Adapter will work as well, but that comes in the box, and then we've got a quick start guide as well. So that's pretty much all you get in the boxes which is nice and minimal, but I'm literally obsessing over this phone. It looks so good.

It feels so good in the hand. Furthermore, it's such a perfect size as well so again for me, the smaller size I have really become used to. I used to get plus sizes in all my phones. So let's talk about the design of the phone, so the s21 is a 6.2 inch, infinity o display the plus version is 6.7 inches and the ultra is 6.8 inches, so they do get bigger as you go up with the models, but it does also have an adaptive, 120 hertz refresh rate on the screen. So what that means is the phone can range, I believe, from 40 hertz to 120 hertz, depending on your usage and how you're using the phone, the s21 does have three lenses in its camera.

There's a 64 megapixel telephoto lens a 12 megapixel wide lens and a 12 megapixel ultra-wide lens. So you do just get the three lenses on here. The zoom on this phone does go up to 30 times zoom, whereas on the ultra it goes up to 100 times, but I still think that 30 times is still for me enough. I don't use Zoom too much, but it's enough for me. Another awesome feature of the camera is that it can film up to 8k, which is really impressive for a mobile phone.

I think we will start to see 8k being the go-to in mobile phones, these days for recording, which is pretty good, because there's a lot of people who want to join the social media, career or start blogging and vlogging. You don't need to go out and buy a very expensive camera, because, most of the time your phone is going to do the job just as well. The phone also has a 10 megapixel front, selfie camera as well, which I'm very excited to test out because the selfie camera- I don't really lean towards anymore, I'm always using my rear cameras. So we will see how good the selfie camera is on here. So first impressions are obviously perfect for this phone.

I am obsessed with how it looks. I cannot wait to get cracking on my review of the phone testing out the cameras testing out the performance just seeing how well it performs I'm very excited to see how that goes.
