Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra vs iPhone 12 Pro MAX / Xiaomi Mi 11 / Note 20 Ultra - Battery Drain Test

Hey guys and welcome to the ultimate battery drain test comparison between the galaxy s21 ultra iPhone 12 Pro max galaxy, s20, ultra Galaxy Note, 20 ultra, which could be the last note phone in a battery drain test and then finally, Snyder again triple eight powered Xiaomi, me 11. , both galaxy s, phones are having the Enos processor, so we'll see the actual real-life power, efficiency difference between the XS 2100 and the Enos 990. As for the Galaxy Note, 20 ultra, we have snapdragon 865 plus, because I wanted to see how it performs against the exodus, 2100 and, most importantly, against the snapdragon triple eight of Xiaomi mi 11. Before we begin a big shout out to Keith for sponsoring this video, because it's time to keep your hair. Okay, it's time to kick off the battery drain test. As always, we like to keep this as realistic as possible, so we're starting with the social media stage and for the first time, I'm starting this test off with tick-tock. This app is extremely popular. A lot of people use tie, TOK, probably more than an hour every single day. I mean.

How can you not use it when you see Jason Douro crying all the time? It's a highly addictive app, but for this test we're just going to use it for one hour by the way I literally just made a tick-tock account. So if you guys want to follow me, you can follow me at Aztec 80. So after 60 minutes of tick, took here are the battery percentages right now, tick-tock, just sucked the life out of s20 ultra dropping it to 87 percent. That's 13 loss! That's a pretty big loss, especially when you compare it to the iPhone 12 Pro max only lost five percent. The iPhone is keeping a pretty healthy lead even compared to the s21 ultra, which is currently at 91.

Next, we're jumping straight into the world of Instagram uh, watching different videos and interacting with the phones. If we talk about the specs real quick, the galaxy s21 ultra is having the biggest battery on the table, of course same size with the s20 ultra. On the other hand, the iPhone with the smallest, of course, not to forget all the android phones, are on 120hz full HD plus default resolution. On the other hand, the iPhone is on 60hz refresh rate we're keeping everything as it is just like it is out of the box. So after the one hour of Instagram usage here are the battery percentages, and you can see the iPhone is still hadn't gone below 90, which is pretty good.

Considering we've been using this consistently for two hours. Next, we're moving towards Facebook watching some funny videos and interacting back and forth. If we quickly talk about the processors on the phones, the iPhone and the s1 ultra along with the me11, they have five nanometer chips. I have to say so far, not that impressed by me 11, especially when you compare its snapdragon 88 to 865 plus of the note 20 ultra, and that becomes more apparent. As we look at the battery percentages after the hour of Facebook usage, you can see the note 20 ultra actually surpasses the mi 11 the iPhone still defending its lead.

Facebook was the application that made the iPhone, bleed the most we're still clinging on to the first position. Let's see if it can keep hanging or not as we move towards Twitter app for one hour, I think twitter might be the least battery draining social media app out there. After one hour of twitter, galaxy s21 ultra has taken the lead, which is a very unexpected turn, considering the difference we saw with the iPhone in the beginning. Next we're going to jump straight to two hours of YouTube video playback. I personally watch YouTube a lot and I think a lot of you guys watch YouTube as well, considering you're watching this video on YouTube.

So far, the difference between the s20 ultra and the s21 ultra has been pretty big, even though we have the same battery size but the new 5-meter chips and the LPO refresh rate. It's making a huge difference. So after two hours of YouTube torture, we have iPhone back in the lead, galaxy s21 ultra, just one percent behind me, 11 now slipped even lower than s20 ultra, which is absolutely crazy. I think it probably has more to do with Xiaomi's software than Snyder and AAA anyways we're moving towards the hardest stage of the battery drain test. That is gaming stage, starting with the casual gaming with subway surfer, running back and forth on all these phones.

Now we're going to jump towards a bit more demanding stuff, so we're launching PUBG mobile on all the devices, and we'll be playing this game at their absolute max setting with the highest frame rate possible, really pushing these devices to their absolute limits. So after the gaming stage, we have the biggest drain when it comes to the battery on all phones, especially on the galaxy s20 ultra and the Xiaomi mi 11. They are down to the danger zone. Anyways we're going to move towards the final stage, which is going to be 4k camera usage for one hour and, let's see if these phones can survive do, so guys here are the final timings of the battery drain test the winner and still the champion. The iPhone 12 Pro max, I have to say, with software updates apple, has really improved the battery even more.

It's running the latest iOS 14.4, but, let's not forget s21 ultra has a pretty insane performance as well, considering it did all the heavy lifting with the 120 hertz refresh rate uh, and if you compare it to the s20 ultra, the difference is massive congrats to Samsung with their new Enos 2100 chips. It's definitely doing a lot better. Then we have the note 20, ultra snapdragon, 865 plus powered beast a really impressive result. I think if Samsung went with a 5 per battery on the note 20 ultra, it may even be on the same level as the s21 ultra, and then we have the Xiaomi mi 11 coming at second last position, considering snapdragon triple eight and forty-six hundred million per battery. I expected something amazing out of this phone but uh yeah.

It was a bit of disappointment, but, let's not forget it's still a pretty insane performance. I would definitely love to see other sniper and triple eight phones battery performance in the future, so yeah. That concludes our battery drain test. If you guys enjoyed this be sure to give it a thumbs up, because this video takes so much time to make I'll really appreciate, if you also subscribe to the channel and if you guys already don't know, I'm also giving away a galaxy s21 we'll be announcing the winner on February 14th. So if you haven't entered, definitely be sure to enter with that being said, I will see you guys in the next one peace out.
