Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Review and Test | CAMERA Settings SUCKS! By Mike Sytes Tech

What's up you guys, hey, listen! I had a question that came in this morning. My comment section okay, one of my subscribers. No names mentioned okay uh. What he did was he asked me if the s20 Fe had a great camera or not, because he wasn't having much luck with the video and the photo on the s20 Fe in this video, I'm going to show you some things that you can do to help improve or maybe to satisfy you in regard to the photos and the videos that you're taking okay, and I'm going to show you some of these settings that we are going to go over in this video. Now, john, you're paying attention right this one's for you baby, let's move! Well! I've made better. I think I left out some powder in that hot chocolate, but um it tastes.

Okay, you taste her. What's up you guys, hey guess what I'm in Costa Mesa California right now doing a video, and I'm supposed to be on vacation right, so I just walked out of the hotel for a minute, because I want to check out the front-facing camera see how it takes photo and also see how it takes video just on the front-facing camera. Okay, so open your camera app and go to the very top left. Where you see the little cog wheel, touch it, and that's going to put you in your camera settings now, you'll notice that all of my settings are off right. Well, that's because I turned them off previously now at the very bottom, where you say: reset settings go ahead and touch on it and that'll be able to reset all of your camera settings.

This is what you want to do now: notice how some of them are already open and active by default. Well, you can turn them off. It will that's going to be able to give you a good start all right now, now that you've got all of those settings turned off. This is probably the most important thing that you need to do to get clear pictures, clear videos, I'm going to tell you what it is. It's so simple that you're going to lose your mind this lens on the back of the camera, the lens on the front of the camera, probably the most important thing that you have to do to have set have set, and you know why, because if you've got your face on the phone like this, or you're kind of like rubbing it like this, or you're, touching your phone, or you're, putting it in your pocket or whatever the case may be.

Well guess what it's going to get dirty! Isn't it do you see that you see how dirty that is? And that is one reason why your images and your pictures are not going to be super. Fantastically clear, sharp beautiful with nice, colors they're going to look very washed out and faded. That's one of the reasons why, and I'm going to tell you this, because you see I'm not wearing any makeup right now. Okay, but if I was okay, this phone would look like a bucket of powder, but anyway, this is what you have to do to keep it clean. Just get a little thing: wipe it off oops, I almost dropped my phone.

Can you believe that see this right here? Wipe it clean, nice and clear and look at it to see and make sure that there's no smudges or anything on their same thing with your front-facing camera go ahead and wipe it now. Sometimes you're going to have to use a solution. You're going to have to use something on this. To make sure it's clear. Now I have a screen protector on mine.

You see that clear enough, where I'll be able to take some good images and good videos, and what I'm going to do now is I'm going to switch from that? What I'm using right now, which is a smartphone taking this video to this smartphone taking video, and I'm going to swap that right now, but we're going to go through all of those things. So I can show you exactly how this thing takes video and photo, so you'll know if whether you're going to be satisfied with it or whether you're, not okay, right, john okay, you're listening still on this video. I hope you didn't time out, but anyway, I just want to tell you guys: okay, this is the s20 Fe that I'm filming on right now, okay, uh john! You should be checking this out. Okay right now, it's in portrait video, but I wanted you guys to kind of pay attention to exactly what the s20 Fe can do in regard to making videos taking pictures this and that, so I'm going to be demonstrating all of that. But the first thing I want to do is to go over the settings.

Show you guys exactly how you set it up now. You should already be reset. Your camera should already be at ground, zero right. Okay, so let me go into some settings, and so that way you can have some preferences how you can set it up to suit your particular needs all right. Okay, so go back into your camera settings and look to the very top where you have your cogs again, and then we're going to see at the very top that you have your screen optimizer now.

What this is a way for your camera to automatically detect what's in frame and adjust it accordingly. So it'll help you maintain beautiful photos. Now there are 32 modes in this setting and if you leave it off, then it won't automatically assign a filter to your image. Now. One area that I forgot to mention is where you see format and advanced options.

Now you see at the very bottom, where ultrawide shape correction is on well, you can go ahead and turn that off. If you did a reset, it would always leave that on by default. Now, at the very top you see HEIF pictures, and you also see raw copies now, both of those are off, and then I have my ultra-wide shape correction off. Also, let's go back to the next screen. Okay, now another area that you have to be concerned about, when your reset is the selfie color toner.

If you just touch that area you'll see that there are three options, one is for cool, one is for original and one is for warm well, you can select whichever one you want, but for me the warm has always been the one that has been the best choice: okay, now, just below that you'll see where you have the advanced recording options. Now this is where you're going to have your high efficiency videos and also your hdr10. Now, unless you have display monitors or something that's going to support this high dynamic range as they call it, then I would just go ahead and leave these features off. Okay and finally, you guys can just go play around and just check all your other settings and just make sure they're off too okay, the image stabilization. Well, you can go and have that on, but for my best recommendations, then it's better just to have as minimal settings turned on as possible, so you'll get the most accurate representation of what it is that you're trying to achieve.

In regard to your image, your video and your photos, okay, we're out all right. So right now, I'm here at the pacific marine mammal center going to go in here and walk around and see what it's like. You know it's pretty nice out here. You know just looking around it's going to be an adventure right see. I got my family back there, okay, no they're all trying to get ahead of me.

You know trying to cut the line, so guess who's here. Right now, it's hair by Marty b. I just found her online. It's hair by Marty b. Can you believe it and we're getting ready to go inside, and she's online right now? She shouldn't be waiting.

Okay, she does hair okay, so checking out the video on camera a right now, okay, hey just got this little place this Mexican restaurant off the water okay. So we found this little place here this little Mexican place, and it's unbelievable. You can sit outside and eat, and you see and guess what Corina Mexican con savor on youtube. So you better go check it out.

You see what I'm saying. So this is the magic Corina Mexican, conserved and um. There's food here, they're bringing food, I'm going to be taking photos of this food, so you can compare the cameras and see how they look. Okay, so we're going to do a comparison with how these things shoot with the actual with the food. Okay, so enjoy pretty cool place, but what I want to do is be able to walk down.

Oh, by the way the place is coyote grill thumbs up little boy. Can you see that so what I wanted? Oh my god, Carlos man did you guys see that? Did you guys see what he just did Carlos? Why are you doing that? To me man? I almost had a heart attack. Did you guys see that? Oh, my god, I thought he actually fell down this guy right here. Okay, pretty smart guy! Okay, knows a lot about cameras and computers and a bunch of stuff. Again, you guys better watch it because zero Brazil, that's all I'm saying baby okay, so this recording is on camera a now, I'm not telling you which one it is right, but you already know that this is the Samsung s20 FM.

I just gave it away because I held the other one up when I told you about the already gave away, because I held the other one up when I was showing you okay. You know what I'm saying, and you can see that from the videos that I've been taking and photos on this thing that pretty cool you know pretty clear for the price and for the money, hey, you can't beat it.
