Samsung Galaxy S10 Clone Unboxing!

Hey friends hope you're having a wonderful day today, let's go ahead and take a look at the latest offering from the Chinese counterfeit markets, the Galaxy S 10, which has yet to be released on February 20th, but I've got it here now, but of course, the Chinese edition about one tenth of the price one hundred dollars compared to Galaxies a thousand dollar price tag likely anyways I have a long history of reviewing these. They can be a lot of fun. There are some nice surprises in them. They keep getting better but they're. Still not good, and I highly tell this it'll be any better. It's still amusing to check I, don't know, honestly how these keep getting made.

I expect it to fully stop making these videos like a year or two ago, but the clones just keep coming. Nobody is stopping them. Well, I've heard of some seizures and stuff, but this is illegal. You know to do. China has different counterfeit laws than America or none some would say, so somehow this just keeps happening.

Okay and I see the lettering already, we've got the s10 plus. So this should be the six point. Three inch mammoth we'll see how it compares even to the Galaxy S, ten plus, but Wow. Look at that packaging I, don't know, hmm might be a clone. Doesn't it doesn't inspire confidence? That's for sure.

So, if I got a box like this, without a doubt, I would know I mean they're not even trying to masquerade it as the real deal here with the iPhone clones they're a lot more careful about that little details. Let's see how close they got here, though, okay and here's that packaging close up being a pre-production clone, they don't really have anything to go off of, but the rumors, so we'll see what the design is inside, I'm, actually not even sure. Obviously, they've been inspired by the s 9 plus box. Here similarities are certainly there with the lettering and styling. They don't have the badge here for the color.

This is obviously a copy and pasted back here very similar and wow. They even copy to the chemical warning for California that is so prevalent that you're seeing that in clones. Now even China cares about that cool anyways I. Don't think I'll need a knife for this pup inside and see this mythical device, so this just slides down, but the material is not a plastic. It's a paper, so they're obviously saving money here.

Hopefully the savings get returned to you in the product, though, which it is usually not. They even give you some nice bubble, wrap to populate her, stress, relief, very nice, and here she is the Galaxy S ten, not what you were expecting but uh. You know the best. Innovations usually aren't: okay, wow, that's cool, so they actually got the camera right. So the latest leaks from be leaks show the entire design.

We've got the s10 ES 10 and the S 10 plus- and this definitely follows that design. So that's really cool the fact that they predicted that a month in advance, you know before the leaks, even came out, and I've got this here, so no different, pretty much than what we've seen last year. They have these weird plastic covers I, don't know why, but okay I have a feeling. This is also a repurposed s9. So this is the old one.

This is a new one. Yeah, screens are identical, so they did not change that, but let's see if anything else is different, but an orientation is the same. USB grilles are the same Wow, so the only thing they changed is the back, and that would be the camera design at least visibly from the outside. Otherwise, it seems to be unchanged here now the price isn't that much higher. So it's pretty much the same thing we'll see if anything is actually differently inside.

Let's peel, this off and cool could be, worse could be worse. Okay, let's power it on see. If it comes with any juice, even a clone manufacturer I think gives you somewhat of a charged device on like Apple at the smart battery case yesterday. So it does come charged. Finish is pretty premium.

This is plastic for sure, not like the iPhone clone, okay, so very ugly and staggered ports down here on the bottom, like Samsung does just worse. Okay, so Android is starting no problem. It's set everything up for you, so there we go ready to use. How convenient is that all right? So let's do the usual here. Let's explore see what this is actually running, how it works jump into the settings not really liking, that performance pretty sure it's running the same exact thing as before: I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

So, let's check it out Android version 9.0. Why do I not believe that a core CPU and the g9 700? Ok? So it looks pretty legit here, let's connect to Wi-Fi, so it can't find a Wi-Fi 5g network. That means that this is using a ancient Wi-Fi technology. So don't expect any miracles here with the speeds. Actually, comparing this to a s10 display, it's not too bad I mean the top part.

The bottom part is pretty bad. Comparing this to an actual s10 will be a disaster, because that one will have almost no bezels entirely, so these guys got some catching up to do with the next clone and that's for sure, ok now it says: there's a wireless update available, probably the first time I've ever seen, one of these for an actual clone. Who is doing these updates and will it actually improve anything, no updates available, huh, ok, so never mind there. Isn't one available I thought there was: let's see how bright this screen goes. You know the screen for a clone.

It could be worse, it could be worse. It's just I expect a little more at this point in time. Where screen technology has come down in price, they might as well emulate it one for one but I, guess they're trying to keep the price low as possible. That chin area is pretty hideous, but the screen is so big overall that I don't know. You could almost forget that.

That's there not really because you're always looking at it, but you know there. It is so. We've got three cameras here now. I can already tell that only one is real. I highly doubt two.

These two are working we'll take it apart as usual master of all and master of none 3 cameras with 1.3 megapixel camera in the middle there master of illusion there. What else can I do here so got the edge swipe? Nothing new, it doesn't seem like the actual software is any different from the s9 version. Pretty similar I'll run a geek bench just in case, but I don't expect anything special and yes, I predicted the Wi-Fi speeds seemed pretty abysmal. It's a very slow, just download, 90 megabytes app. It's going to be a pain to live with.

If anyone ever actually wants to use this device on a daily, but actually using it doesn't seem too bad. I mean this system. Animations are alright. They put in a decent amount of time for that I'm just curious of what version of Android it's actually running underneath all of this. So let's wait for that to download, but meanwhile see, if there's anything else in here, oh nice, so that came upside down.

No attention to detail whatsoever might as well throw all this in the trash right away, because that literally, is what it is all right, and I finally managed to load Geek bench after a lot of software difficulty, it does appear that android 9.0 is the software of choice here. So that may be why it's running so smoothly. I was a little mystified by that same old processor, the iPhone clone that a reviewed last had a newer one than this so yeah. This doesn't spell very good things. It's probably going to be around a thousand score which for 2019 is abysmal.

You will not be able to run absolutely anything except the necessities and basics okay, so that was just plain stupid and a waste of time right when it was finishing at 90%, the phone crashed restarted, and it's safe to assume that this processor is absolute all right, always any more time with that. Just the last thing I wanted to test is a security. So obviously this thing does not have a fingerprint sensor. How do you unlock it? There must be some sort of way it does have a fingerprint option, but what does that even mean? Where does the fingerprint go? Wow, these guys are scum, so it makes you think that there's a real built-in fingerprint sensor on the screen. Okay, that is just scummy, come on guys, no it'd be better to have a fake one on the back and then something like this I think.

There's literally no benefit to having this, let me use a different finger unlocked that is so stupid. Are you serious guys and I know the s10 is supposed to come with this feature, but this ain't, fooling anybody, that's the worst and there's also iris scanning and face scanning, which I'm sure is not any better? Basically just using the camera and, let's see with a wire in front of my face, all right have register' irises. Okay, thank you, grammar check. Okay, it looks kind of cool I like that. They put some I'm into making that the menu look a little cool here, but will my fingers unlock it doesn't look like it has to be my eyes all right.

So there are some very crappy implementations of security. That's just about it. Let's check out the camera. Let's, let's see how well it does that single, probably 0.3, megapixel, sad, sad bastard over here in the middle alright. So this is probably the most vibrant thing I can find at my garage.

It's really dark out here very fast and ya. Know optical image, stabilization, absolute catastrophe of quality here, but hey the colors. Don't look half bad I, guess just very pixelated washout. Oh my goodness kill me. That is the worst really makes me think how much money are they possibly saving by putting in 0.3 megapixel shooter and not like a standard two megapixel 5 megapixels. There must be cheap, cheap cameras, I mean this is China the world of cheap stuff.

And yes, they still stick this garbage in here. So it is worthless and yeah cameras. What's new, ok and the very last thing I wanted to try is an iOS skin, a launcher on top of Android here's a control center, so it seems to work fairly well, but it ain't going to fool, no one. That's for sure, just for yourself seems to run a little smoother than the stock when it comes with, so I'd say. Give this a try.

If you guys do you have a clone only last thing that I'm curious about is the inside, even though pretty sure it's fairly similar plastic backing here, which is why I'm confident I hold break kids and I highly doubt. There's any wireless charging yeah, so I'm sure there are models with wireless charging, but this one in particular does not have it and there are the lenses. Yep — our fake huge, huge battery here, 3000 William, that is massive, but not very dense. Ok, nothing very exciting or inspiring on the inside, so I'm going to pop that cover back on, but at least you won't break it. So who is this phone for? Probably someone trying to rip someone else off and think that they have a s10 to use this phone on a daily is to be tortured on a daily.

There is no way. I would ever recommend that you submit yourselves to such things. There are better phones for $200150. Please just spend a little more money and do not give these guys your money. So there it is the galaxy s 10.

While this thing turn out to be a massive disappointment, I'm quite excited about the real deal here: On February 20th, so I'll keep you in the loop on that. It's got another video here coming out about it stay tuned, peace.
