Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite Unboxing & First Look Review: The $549 Note with S-Pen!

With all the hoopla over the recent release of the s20 line from Samsung I wanted to take out one that might be flying under the radar. I was able to get my hands on it recently and for 549 dollars with an S Pen I wanted to check out the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, but it's the light version. It does come with the S Pen. It has some really great cameras. Furthermore, it really is a great offering that won't break the bank, everybody its Andrew- and this is my unboxing and first look at the Samsung Galaxy Note and up want to see more videos like this. Why not hit that subscribe button and make sure you hit that notification bell this way, you'll be alerted every time.

I upload, a new video make sure you follow me on my social media, especially Twitter and Instagram. That's where I post, all the latest updates and in the interest of transparency and full disclosure I'm not being paid by Samsung I'm, not being sponsored by Samsung. All the opinions you're about to hear are my own, and no one is seeing this video before its release. This unit was purchased with my own money. I did not receive a review unit from Samsung.

Now. One of the reasons I wanted to check out the note 10 light is its price. You could pick it up for 549 over at B&H photo 579 over at Amazon. Now, of course, I'll put all the links in the video description below. If you want to get more information and pick one up for yourself and with that out of the way, let's find out what you get inside the box, let's open it up, you get a sim ejection tool.

You get the unit itself, the s, pen tip remover tool of some extra tips, you get the superfast charge adapter, it uses USB-C and you get a USB cable, and they throw in a pair of wired earbuds. There three point five millimeters, and you also get a clear case in the box. Both really nice touches at five hundred and forty-nine dollars holding the unit for the first time. It definitely feels premium, even though it is plastic which is mimicking glass in a sense, but it doesn't feel cheap in any way. It has that premium feel to it, which I do appreciate and at 199 grams.

The weight feels just about right, and here it is on the left. The note 10 light covered in this plastic made to feel like glass versus the note 9, which you see on the right, which is actually covered in glass and I love the fact that it has a 3.5, millimeter, headphone, jack and, of course, the s-pen. Now this is going to be the same S Pen or equivalent to the note 9 S Pen in terms of functionality and performance, and it uses the Wacom EMR technology. It also has Bluetooth technology for added functionality, we'll go over that in the full review, but so far taking notes and sketching out artwork has been great on the note, 10 light and I also love the fact that the S Pen allows you to take screenshots with the S Pen, and it also allows you to take selfies a lot more to come to my full review on that, and I'm really impressed with the display. What we're looking at here is a six point: seven in Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 by 1080.

That's a twenty to nine aspect ratios. Now this is a very sharp display with some really deep black, some very vibrant colors, and it also is an HDR display watching Netflix, YouTube and even Amazon in high dynamic range is really great on this smartphone and another difference between the note 10 light and the note 9 and the note 10 line is the fact that this has a flat display, as opposed to the curved glass that you'd find on the note, 10 or even the note 9. So that's something to keep in mind I'm, actually a big fan of a flat display. Let me know what you think in the comment section below, and they also notice. This is a very bright display and from what I understand it can get up to 600 nits with auto brightness.

Now one thing of note: you'll notice, the punch hole which, of course, is your front-facing camera. Now you'll notice the earpiece on the top. Unfortunately, it doesn't double as a second speaker, so you only have a mono speaker located on the bottom and I have to say for mono speak. It actually sounds perfect and for those wondering about the sound here's, a comparison with the Google Pixel for Excel, everybody is Andrew, and this is my unboxing and first look at Samsung's all new Galaxy book s coming up everybody, its Andrew- and this is my unboxing and first look at Samsung's all new Galaxy book s coming up, and here it is compared to the sound of the Galaxy Note 9 everybody- and this is my unboxing at first look at Samsung's all new Galaxy book s coming up everybody, its Andrew- and this is my unboxing and first look at Samsung's all new galaxy book s coming up now. Some people might want to look at the note 9 in comparison to the note 10 light, because you could pick up the Samsung Galaxy known for around $600 right now, which is very comparable to the note 10 light, but I think you're going to get better performance out of the note 10 light at this point.

You're going to get a bigger battery with that 4500 William hour battery. Although you get a lower resolution display, the display itself is very good, so it's something you may want to consider now when it comes to performance, the Enos 9810 has not really been a disappointment. In fact, it's been pretty good compared to the Samsung Galaxy note 9, which runs the Qualcomm snapdragon 845. You can see it was very comparable. In fact, it did a little better on the single core score of the Geek bench 5 test.

But what really surprised me was the graphics performance did much better than the Samsung Galaxy note 9, as you can see from these results. So, so far, I'm really impressed with the Samsung Galaxy note in light I look forward to giving you more benchmarks in my full review. The note 10 light comes with Android 10 right out of the box, along with Samsung's own 1ui, 2.0 and so far, I'm super impressed with that triple camera setup on the back, a 12, megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12 megapixel telephoto lens and a 12 megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, and that 549 dollars I didn't expect Samsung to put in a high-end photo system and that's exactly what they did. These are perfect images. Let me know what you think in the comment section below, and it did really well in low-light photography check out the night mode, look at my model s and was almost pitch black when I took this photo, and it came out really great kudos to Samsung and a great implementation of night mode, and here are a few more examples.

Of course, I'll give you a lot more in my full review, so this is 4k video 60 frames per second on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Let's take a stroll to see how that stabilization fares on this smartphone. Looking good I want to know what you think. Let me know in the comment section below, so this is the front-facing camera on the Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 facing camera that can do 4k video 30 frames per second, actually, looking perfect I'm very impressed with the cameras so far the triple camera setup on the back, the front-facing camera looking good so far, but I want to know what you think. Let me know in the comment section below, and I thought.

I did really well with that front-facing selfie cam well, I focus really did a good job, I'm very happy with it. Now this is an unlocked GSM phone in the United States. You can use it on AT&T T-Mobile I use it with my project file SIM, which utilizes the T-Mobile network. It will not work on Verizon or Sprint as those are CDMA networks, so 48 hours in I'm really impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 clues, the s-pen. It has a bright Super AMOLED display I, like the fact that it has some really excellent cameras, and it especially did great in low-light photography.

Furthermore, it's got a nice sized battery a 4500 William hour battery I, look forward to testing that in my full review, I like the fact that it comes with Android, 10 right out of the box and I like the fact that, although it only has a mono speaker, it's a powerful mono speaker that sounds actually pretty good. Now. The negatives here are that there's no IP rating on this there's no wireless charging, and you don't get stereo sound, but those may not be deal-breakers, especially for those that are looking to get a nice mid-range smartphone that are not looking to break the bank, but want that S Pen functionality. This may be your ticket I look forward to putting it through its paces and bringing you my full review. So what do you think about this bad boy? B? No ten light I actually really do like it I think at 5:49 us.

This is a great deal, especially if you're in the market for a Samsung phone with an S Pen. But you don't want to break the bank. You don't want to go over a thousand dollars. This may be your ticket now it does have a six point. Seven inches, Super AMOLED display it's absolutely gorgeous it's a flat display, as opposed to the curved displays we get with the note 10 line, the regular, no 10 line, or even the S 20 line and so forth.

I, like the flat display that this has now, as you can see, it's a very bright display. It's a vibrant display. You get the really deep blacks you get. The vibrant colors, as I mentioned all hallmarks of an excellent Super AMOLED display, so they don't skimp in that area, but there are a couple of areas that they do cut corners on, and that is there's no IP rating on this. There's no wireless charging on this and there's no stereo speakers, but you do get a great mono speaker on this, and it actually sounds pretty good, as demonstrated in the video now what I really do like about it is its build quality.

Now this is plastic, but it's a very high-end feeling device. It doesn't feel cheap in any way, but I'm curious to know what you think. Let me know in the comment section below what do you think of the note 10 light at 5:49 to me this is going to be a winner. Now, of course, I will bring you my full review, I'll test the performance I'll test, the battery life I'll, give you the measurements of the display.
