Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Review - Almost a Perfect Smartphone 2017!

You know I've been using the Samsung Galaxy S8 for four months now, and I just love it. A lot of people, including myself, think that the note 8 is just bigger, Galaxy, S, II Plus with a pen. However, it offers a lot more than that. My name is lioness, with attack line HD stay tuned. First, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the most expensive phones. You can get as it retails for about 1,000 bucks or 1000 euros depending on the region.

You know it's great that once you pay a lot of money for a phone, you get some extra accessories with it. The note 8 chips with some paperwork, adaptive, fast charger, USB, type-c, cable and some cool adapters. The first one lets you connect the USB devices like flash drives to the phone, and the second one gives you an option to convert your micro, USB, cable to the USB type-c one. Last but not least, Samsung included a pair of earphones that are made by the company itself, but they are actually tuned by AKG and the retail value is about 100. Bucks.

I have to tell you that they sound perfect, but more on that later on. It is obvious that the note 8 is he phone made by Samsung, as it looks very similar to the s8 on a Z plus. However, it feels more substantial in the hand, since it is rectangular it's a bit heavier. It has sharper edges on the aluminum frame and a larger 6.3 inch 2k resolution Super AMOLED panel, which is just excellent for both indoor and outdoor use. It is covered with the Gorilla Glass 5, it's crisp and sharp and super bright as it can reach up to 1,200 minutes of brightness.

The phone looks just amazing due to one of the best screen to body ratios out there. Also, the device is well-made, and it just screams premium. Just like the Galaxy S8 phones. The s-pen is what makes the note 8 stand out from the crowd it is safely stored inside the phone and, to be honest with you, I didn't expect to use it so much. There are plenty of features to play with, but my favorites include the ability to take a note while displays off or even Obioha, to always on display for 10 minutes.

If you double tap the display, while holding the button of the S Pen, you will quickly open the Notes app. You can also select anything on the display right on it highlight the text almost in any app or handwrite, with a pen instead of typing. Well, it's up to you to decide if features like live messages that create animated gifts or coloring are actually useful, but I found the glance feature useful for multitasking. Let's say: you're writing an email to someone and use a news article on the Internet as a reference. There are plenty of other use cases for the S, Pen and I found myself to even use the S Pen to scroll through the social media or for web browsing or previewing images in the gallery.

App. Another key feature is a tool. Camera setup that consists of two 12 megapixel shooters that both have optical image, stabilization, which is quite impressive. A secondary sensor is used to capture pictures with two times optical zoom or portraits with that nice both effect. Other features include 8 megapixels, front-facing, shooter, LED notification, always light on display.

That shows essentials at a glance and a heart rate monitor same as on the galaxy s 8. There are plenty of security options like iris, or face scanner that I found to be working pretty well. The only downsides are that you need to actually pick up the phone and hold it in front of you to use biometrics. Unless you want to lean on the table to look at the bone sensors. There is also a fingerprint reader.

Well, it's really fast and accurate, but it still sits in the place that requires some time of getting used to same as the latest galaxy s, a serious phone, the note 8 and the s-pen are water and dust resistant thanks to the ip68 rating. If you want to protect your phone, even more I recommend you checking out a wide range of note, 8 cases made by tech 21. Let's send me a few cases and sponsor this video. What is cool about these cases is that they protect the phone from all sides, but they are very thin and light. They assure draw protection up to two or three meters.

Thanks to technologies like bullet shield, our flex shock, depending on the case also they look and feel premium. All the cutouts are precise. The buttons are easy to press, and they are high-quality cases overall, make sure to check out a link in the video description to learn more all the S Pen features are run by Android 7.1 based software that uses Samsung's skin on top of it. After using my Samsung Galaxy S8 for about four months, I feel right at home, I use a few extra features and customization options. Sometimes they change the themes or wallpapers or adjust the display resolution.

If I want to save some power, also I got used to using the edge screen. That is highly customizable, like any other feature on this phone. If you are all about customization, there are plenty of other tweaks and little settings to play with Samsung's virtual assistant. Bigamy has a dedicated hardware key, and it actually has improved a lot. Well, I'm not going to lie I, don't use this feature much on the daily basis, but it has all the basic features like every virtual assistant.

The voice commands are actually pretty good to open up gallery app. Tell me how much storage space do I have who's the best basketball player in the world. Unless you agree with me, in which case this was the most meaningful thing, I've ever written a Shaquille, O'Neal 7, Larry, Bird, 6, Bill Russell and by Bhaskar Robertson for will Chamberlain 3 Magic Johnson to Michael Jordan 1 Reverend James. What is important to me is that the note 8 is fast and responsive, even after installing a lot of apps same as my Galaxy S8. It is the fastest Samsung phone ever much faster than my Galaxy S7 edge that had some UI hiccups here there that smooth user interface performance is assured by a high-end hardware components: I have an international model that rocks Enos, 88-90 5 OCTA core chips, 6 gigabytes of RAM and 64 gigabytes of expandable storage.

Obviously, here the note 80 can handle absolutely every latest 3d game you throw at it, and it's just a joy to play games on a huge display. Also, the phone does not get hot, even after extensive gaming sessions, just like all flagship, Galaxy phones, the note a takes pictures extremely fast, a few shooting modes that I use the most include a pro mode that allows you to adjust quite a few image settings. There is also two times optical zoom and a portrait mode. As expected, the daylight image quality is great, as the pictures come out. Sharp detailed and the dynamic range adjustment is usually excellent.

The 2 times optical zoom feature works very well, and these are one of the best images from a secondary camera. I've seen the portrait pictures are impressive too. We can get some spectacular shots with that blurred background, even in poor lighting conditions. Also, it is great that you can adjust that both effect after you take a picture and the phone takes in normal photo automatically. The low-light camera performance is one of the best on any phone either.

If you take a photo at 7:00 p. m. or at night, the pictures will still look pretty good I love that the noise reduction works very well. So this, look great too, when there is plenty of light, but the quality decreases in lower light situations. I'm recording a video with a Samsung Galaxy, Note 8.

This is handle footage. Today is quite a cloudy day, yet the lighting conditions are pretty good. The 4k video is again one of the best in class. You can use two times optical zoom during the video, and it works almost seamlessly. My only complaint is that there is some jello effect going on due to optical image.

Stabilization here is one more video test with the Samsung Galaxy Note, 8, and I switched the resolution to 1080p, because the 1080p video looks very good, too I'm recording a video with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 I'm, recording in 2k resolution, and this is the maximum resolution. This phone can shoot videos 2k resolution selfie video is probably the best you can get on any phone. Also, the sound recording quality is just excellent when it comes to connectivity. The note it performs flawlessly the Wi-Fi speed and range are excellent. The Bluetooth 5 works, fine GPS is very accurate and 4G signal.

Reception and call quality have been great all the time, also a heavy dual SIM card model, which can take either 2 Sims or one sim and the micros card. Honestly I think dwell SIM card models should become a standard. It's so convenient if you are a traveler like me, the loudspeaker, sound quality is good, but not really exceptional. Since it's implemented on the bottom, you may end up covering it up once you hold the phone in the landscape mode. It's great that the note 8 still has a 3.5. Millimeter has a jack, and the AKG earphones are one of the best you can get with any phone in the retail packaging.

The sound is balanced, rich and clear. You can also tweak the sound using built-in equalizer that has quite a few settings and audio effects. Some people may be very skeptical about the battery life once they see the spec sheet since the note 8 ships with a 3300 William hour unit. Since the new Enos chip is very power, efficient, the battery life is perfect. Considering the display size I used the phone with a 2k resolution setting mainly for social media playing some games.

Taking pictures are just playing with the S Pen, also I used the always-on display feature and about 60% of screen. Brightness setting and I was able to get about five hours of SOT a pretty good result. In my opinion, what is interesting is that, if I switch, the resolution to 1080p and I turned on the always-on display feature off the screen on time, increased just about 20 minutes. It takes about one hour and 20 minutes to fully charge the device thanks to the supplied, fast charger. Finally, you can charge the note 8 wirelessly, which is a really awesome feature to have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the most expensive, but one of the best phones.

The money can buy. I love using it because it just looks great. The display is sharp. The overall performance is top-notch, and the cameras are one of the best in class. The S Pen functionality exceeded my expectations as I use it more often that I thought I would a few things.

I wish the Note ADA had at this price point would be stereo speakers and a slightly larger battery. Also, I would love to see 128 gigabyte storage options in the EU and the US markets other than that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the best all-around devices you can get. If you consider all the premium features interplay between hardware and software and the s-pen that makes it stand out from the crowd. It was lioness thanks for watching and as always guys.
