Samsung Galaxy A8 2018 Vs Galaxy A5 2017 Speed Test Comparison!

What's up guys welcome back to the phonon guy and in this video I am going to do a speed test comparison between the a 2k 18 and the a5 to K 17. So you can see both the devices right now are working. The 2k 18 is having 4 gigabytes of RAM, and it is having the Snapdragon 7 8 8 5, while the 5 2 K 17, is having the 3 gigabytes of RAM, and it is having Snapdragon 7 8 8 0. So there is a difference of the RAM and the processor is also different in both the devices and the Samsung user. Experience is also different in both the devices it is actually 8.5 in the 8 and in the a5. It is I think in the salmon range.

So, let's move, and you can see there is no app running into the background and, let's start the stopwatch right away, and let me tell you that both the devices are connected to the same internet connection, and you know that we do the speed test in two parts. In the first part, we will see that which device holds these set of applications faster and in the second route we will be testing out the RAM management actually of those applications which we have opened and those are running in the background our node in each of these sets. So you can see right now. Both the devices are almost had to had eaten to each other and that it is actually moving at a faster rate. Actually, this Samsung user experience 88.5 is a very fast and very fluent, so things are very quick on this Samsung user experience and the a5 is actually slower. I have noticed it many times.

So, let's see which device completes this round faster and at the end of this first round we will be noticing the time taken by both the devices, and we are retrieving the clip Oh for 10 seconds on the aah, and you can see it is very fast on the a8 and the a5 is also about to retrieve the clip which is the same HD clip an of 10 seconds, and you can see now that it has also exported the clip- and we are just about to finish. The test on the a8 in the first round is actually about to end on the a8, and we are just unloading. The final applications and let me just skip it, and you can see it- has completely the test in 1, minute and 16 seconds, and we are just about to complete the first round in the a5 -. So, let's see how much time it has taken, and I think it has taken a total time of 1 minute and 30 seconds. So there is only a difference of 14 seconds.

So that's not a big difference in both the but the a8 becomes the winner of the first round. So let's move to the next round and have start the stopwatch in both the devices actually I have started in on an 8 faster, but this round will only test the RAM management. It has nothing to do with the speed test, so you can see right now. Both the devices have kept everything in the background. They are opening the applications as they are present in the background, and it is actually moving at a very fast rate, and it has completed the first round.

I think it is now on the final application, which is the Chrome, and you can see it has completed the test in 1, minute and 41 seconds, and the a5 is just about to complete the test and let's skip it, and let me tell you the time, and it has taken a total time of 1 minute and 59 seconds. So there is only a difference of 18 seconds in both the devices and I. Don't think that it is a huge difference between both the devices. Both the devices are great and these are high-end mid-range devices by the Samsung, which usually come every year, and so this year Samsung has chained the naming scheme for a series. Actually last year it was a 5 2, K 17, and now it is the a8 and an 8 plus 2k, 18 and Samsung has made many improvements to these cell phones and it is right now.

You can see that this device is actually performing much, much better than the a5 to create 17. So clear winner here is the a8 2k 18. So that's us guys. This was the sweetest comparison between both the devices and I have posted a lot of videos of both the devices on my channel. You can check them out, and I hope you enjoyed this video and if you did then give this video a thumbs up and after next video, bye, bye and B's.
