Samsung Galaxy A50 stuck on boot screen. Here’s the fix.

When it comes to boot issues. You can always expect it to be a problem with the firmware. Some owners of the Samsung Galaxy, a 50, reported that their units got stuck on the boot screen for some reason and would no longer boot up successfully. So in this, video I will be showing you how to fix an 850 that would no longer boot up to the home screen. First solution wipe the cache partition when a phone like the Galaxy, a 50, won't boot up successfully. It is obviously a firmware issue, there's only so much you can do with a phone that does not work properly.

So the first thing that you have to do is to wipe the cache partition. This only requires the phone to boot into the recovery mode and from there you can wipe the cache partition. But since you cannot turn your phone off, do this instead press and hold the volume down button and the power key for a few seconds when the screen turns off release the volume down button and hold the volume up, while also holding the power key once the galaxy, a 50 logo shows release both keys. Once you see a black screen with yellow and blue texts on it, you've successfully started the phone up in recovery mode now, using the volume down key, highlight the option, wipe cache partition and then press the power key to select. It highlights yes and then press the power key when it's finished.

The option reboot system now is already highlighted, just press the power key to select it and restart your device. Wait for your phone to finish rebooting. If this is just a minor issue, then your phone should be able to boot up successfully after this. However, if it's still stuck on the boot screen, then you have to do the next solution. Second solution, hard reset: your phone firmware issues can always be fixed by doing the reset, but the thing is that you may lose some of your important files and data, but as long as the firmware has not been tampered with, this procedure will make your phone work perfectly again.

This is how it's done do what you did in the first solution to reach the recovery mode, using the volume down key, highlight the option Y of data or factory reset, and then press the power key to select. It highlights yes and then press the power key when it's finished. The option reboot system now is already highlighted, just press the power key to select it and restart your device. Wait for your phone to finish. Rebooting I hope that this simple troubleshooting guide has been helpful.
