Follow me on Instagram for the latest updates and if you have any questions, just dm me there I respond pretty quickly. Okay, with that being said, let's go ahead and get started, and today we're going to be unboxing and reviewing these the Samsung Galaxy a3205g.
So I've been trying to get my hands on this phone for a minute finally dead, and I'm ready to give you guys my unboxing and review. Let's get started okay, so let's just go ahead and do the unboxing, basically a slide-off box. So you slide the front, and you get graded this tab, so pull it out, which has your sim card, your paperwork and whatnot, and we're also going to pull out the tab that holds the phone in the accessories. You only get your standard USB to USB, as well as your wall. Adapter, which does support adaptive fast charging, so let me go ahead and set up the phone mess around with it for a couple of days.
Okay, so the phone is set up. I've had it for a few days, and I'm ready to give you guys thoughts on this phone right now, so, starting with the design. This phone first has a very glossy plastic back. I'm not saying that that's bad or anything like that. It definitely gives it a nice look if you have a clear case on it or if you just take it out the box for the first time, but other than that.
This is a fingerprint magnet, and it's extremely reflective. So that's also so that's something to keep in mind and on the bottom of the phone you have. You have your bottom facing speaker. You have your USB a microphone as well as the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, and it's nice from Samsung to still include a 3.5, millimeter, headphone jack and a budget smartphone when you think about it, not even the big boys, not the s21 or the note 20s have it. So that's something to also keep in mind when you make your purchasing decision, I'm not saying that they're better than the s21 or the note 20.
By the way. Just let you guys know, okay, so, on the right hand, side you have your power button, which also houses your fingerprint sensor, and you also have your volume up and down. So the chrome finish on the sides of the phone is reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy a52, and it seems like they share a lot of design aspects. Okay with that being said, let's talk about this display, so this is Samsung's 6.5 inch, what they call HD, plus infinity v display. So the display is a sub 720p display it's not the nicest quality or the highest resolution display.
So it's not even an OLED panel or anything like that, but it's definitely a very good LCD panel, and it does have a cool feature which is the support for a 90 hertz display, and you can go to the settings and change it from 60 or 90 hertz, depending on what you want. I mean come on.90 hertz is where it's at 90 and 120 is where it's at. However, I did notice this issue where you see this a lot of jelly jittery effect and kind of annoying, but that's just me nitpicking at this point to be honest and yeah, that's that for the display. Now, let's talk about the camera, so this phone has a quad camera set up with the LED flash, and I'm definitely going to be doing a more extensive look at the camera which will be coming right after this video and here's the story behind the camera. So you have a quad camera setup.
So your main sensor is a 48 megapixel sensor at f, 1.8 aperture. You also have an 8 megapixel ultra-wide, so a 5 megapixel macro sensor at f, 2.4 and a 2 megapixel depth sensor and basically the camera, really they just decided to put each camera individually. It's not like it's just a single module and if you turn the phone to the side, you'll see that the camera does protrude quite a bit. So laying this phone flat is just not going to happen and as far as the camera app itself, it's as you would expect from Samsung quick to taking pictures so literally just take your phone out snap and shoot, and we'll take pictures, and you can adjust between your cameras from your wide angle, to your uh primary sensor. Even your macro sensor and zooming on the micro sensor, I mean it gives it a quality.
Look, I mean it's not, it doesn't have a telephoto lens, but at least it gives you the um, the illusion that it does, and I took a couple of pictures um with my tom on this phone. Like I said, a full in-depth camera review is coming really soon, so make sure you're subscribed for that. But off of the pictures that I took, I mean they look pretty similar to the galaxy a52 and yeah I'll, save the full analysis for the review of the camera. Okay. So, as far as the specs go, here's the here's, the specs of this phone, so the galaxy a32 5g- does use the outscore chip with four gigabytes of ram and a standard 64 gigabytes of storage, which is upgradable to one terabyte.
Now I did hear that this phone does come in a variant with eight gigabytes of ram. I don't have that variant, so I'm not going to talk about it. I'm just going to talk about what I have in stock in-house and as far as opening apps and doing the daily tasks. This phone is very smooth. I mean thanks also to the 90 hertz, for making the experience better and yeah.
The four gigabytes of ram also help out a lot. So that's really the summary behind this phone. It's definitely a good option. However, it's kind of a weird choice because it falls between the galaxy a52 and the Samsung Galaxy a12, which I have videos on those linked in the description. I don't hate the phone I kind of like it, but I still don't know what Samsung's thought when make when they made this phone.
It's a nice phone like I said, don't get me wrong, it's definitely a nice phone, it does what it's supposed to, but I would rather spend the extra money and just get the galaxy a52 because it has an OLED screen. It has an in screen fingerprint you have your 120 hertz display. I need to do a comparison between it and the f52 to really make a final decision. So that's basically what I have to say about this phone. Like I said I don't hate it.
I don't love it. I'm in between just like this phone is meant to be in between the a12 and the a52, and with that being said, I want to thank you all. Furthermore, I want to thank you all so much for watching. If you enjoyed it, leave a thumbs up, make sure you're subscribed, and I will catch you guys in the next video thanks for watching.
