Samsung Galaxy A32 5G - Complete Review

What's, going on guys, Philips tech here coming back at you with another video in this video, we're going to be taking a look at the Samsung Galaxy 832 5g, I'm going to be going over everything you need to know about this phone to help. You decide whether this phone is the right one for you. So, let's get into it, so before we get into the actual device itself. Let's take a look at what comes in the box, so we got a quick start guide in here as well as a case now. This is actually pretty unusual to have a case included in the box of a phone, especially a Samsung. This case isn't really that heavy duty, but it is going to be acceptable to have until you get a more permanent case.

We also got a sim card removal tool, a wall, adapter and, of course, an USB, cable and now, of course, onto the actual device itself. So the Samsung Galaxy a32 5g has a six and a half inch TFT display with a resolution of 720p a PPI of 270, an aspect ratio of 20 by 9 in a screen to body ratio of 81.6 percent. We got a water drop notch here for the front-facing camera, and this camera is 13 megapixels. Now, I'm not a huge fan of water drop, notch, front-facing cameras, the look is pretty outdated, and it doesn't look nearly as clean as a hole, punch design. In addition to that, the bezels of this phone are on the thicker side, and I'm not really a big fan of that either.

The back is made of a glossy material that picks up fingerprints fairly easily, and although the color itself looks pretty cool, I'm not a big fan of this material. Overall, the phone doesn't really feel very high-end. It feels pretty much on the cheaper side which for a 5g phone I did expect a little better. So that's a little of a disappointment. Right now.

The brightness is at a hundred percent and for a 720p display. It does look pretty good, there's nothing wrong with it. In and of itself, but considering that the 4g version of this phone does have a better display, it is a little disappointing, because I would think that the 5g version is supposed to be the more premium version and with this phone specifically that's just not the case. Usually 5g phones in my experience, do have more premium features and nicer designs than their 4g equivalents, and in this situation it's one of those rare occasions where it's the complete opposite. That being said, not considering any of that, it is a pretty decent display.

The screen is large enough to the point where you get the benefits of having a large screen without the drawback of the phone being too bulky or uncomfortable to carry in your pocket. So that's good. If you're doing some kind of content consumption like video streaming or reading, then this display is gonna work out fine, but if you're viewing photos or something like that, where having a higher resolution would be more beneficial, then you're, probably gonna, be a little disappointed, and you'll probably want to look at a phone that has a 1080p display. Instead, for storage, this phone has 128 gigabytes of internal storage, with micros card expansion and for its price range. That's actually pretty impressive.

A lot of phones a little of a step-up from this do have 128, that's not uncommon, but in this exact price range, most of them are around 64. I can only think of a few that are lower than this as far as price goes to have the same amount of storage. So that's really nice these days with apps in the system and pretty much everything getting larger and larger. It's important to have more storage than you think you need so having 128. That's definitely at the top.

As far as storage and smartphones goes, so I am impressed with that, whether you're just an average user and don't do too much with your phone or you're a power user with a bunch of different apps in photos and videos, and that sort of thing with this phone you're going to be fine, either way. Now, there's no wireless charging with this phone, but it does have a fingerprint scanner right here on the power key as well as face unlock. So that's really nice. This fingerprint scanner is placed in such a nice spot. You're, probably gonna, be touching the power key to wake up your display anyway.

So to wake up the display and unlock it in one move is really nice. I'm going to do a demonstration to show you what this looks like so right now the screen is locked, and now it's completely asleep and there we go now. It's completely awake and unlocked really fast and convenient. Let's try it one more time we go so this fingerprint scanner is not only really conveniently placed, but also really fast. So with this phone you're not gonna, have any trouble unlocking it.

Now we got a triple camera setup here on the back with the 48 megapixel rear camera, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2 megapixel depth, sensing camera and a 5 megapixel macro camera. So this is a pretty good camera setup. You get a really high quality rear camera, as well as every feature you could ask for cameras in these pictures are really high quality. Take a look at this photo taken with the rear camera of this phone. The image is really high: quality colors, look really bold and nice.

The colors look really bold and vivid, and the lighting in general, sharpness and quality of the image is all perfect. So if you're looking for a phone that can take really professional looking photos, whether it's for something like social media or for something more professional like a website, this phone's going to be able to get the job done for you either way now for video, you can shoot in qualities up to 4k in the rear, camera and 1080p. In the front, this phone can shoot really nice looking videos. The only problem I really have with it is the audio quality. I do think it could be a lot better, but if you are more serious about shooting videos- and you do want to use a mobile device for it, then you can always get an external mic to fix that problem.

Other than that, I do think. The video capabilities of this phone, especially for its price range, are really impressive, and I can definitely appreciate that it can shoot in 4k internally. This phone is getting six gigabytes of ram with the MediaTek density 720 5g processor. I ran a geek bench 5 benchmark test on the device, and it came back with a single core score of 472 and a multi-core score of 1520, so not bad at all. For a phone in its price range.

It's definitely pretty good, but at the same time for a 5g phone, it's not very impressive.5G phones are usually significantly more powerful than regular 4g phones but processing power wise. This phone is in the ballpark of phones like the Samsung Galaxy a52 and a72 in the Motorola Moto G stylus 2021, and none of those are 5g phones. So that's a little disappointing if you come with the expectation of having the power of a normal 5g phone now, that being said, this phone's going to be able to do pretty much any daily task. You need it to whether you're just browsing the web and going on social media or, if you're, doing something more intense like mobile gaming or video editing. It should be able to get the job done, but if you're doing any high performance, gaming or video editing with really large files or something like that, it's probably going to struggle a little and, of course, even for normal activities like web browsing.

Don't expect the power of something like a Samsung Galaxy s21 that really has a super high-end flagship processor. This phone has a perfect battery with a 5 000 William hour battery that supports 15 watt fast charging, you're going to get a lot of battery life and longevity down the road as the battery starts to wear out you're, not going to notice it nearly as fast as you would with a smaller battery. So if you like to keep the same phone for a long period of time, this is going to work out real nicely for you and, of course, fast charging doesn't hurt either being able to charge the phone. A lot more in a shorter period of time means you're not going to have to sit around waiting for your phone to charge as long if it even does run out of battery during the day. So now that we've gone over some specs of this phone, let's take a closer look at the hardware on the left side.

Here we have the slot for the sim card in the micro SD card. On the right side, we have our volume keys and our power key on the bottom. We have a three and a half millimeter headphone jack, the microphone, an USB charging port in the speaker and on the top we have the noise-canceling microphone and on the back we have our camera setup and our flash. So in conclusion, my final thoughts about the Samsung Galaxy a32 5g now for a 5g phone, this phone might not be the most impressive. Usually I expect 5g phones to have more premium features like a nicer display, at least a 1080p display, if not a 90 hertz display as well, and a nicer sleeker, more modern in high-end, looking design, more premium materials and a significantly more powerful processor than most 4g phones.

But this phone isn't really at that level. That being said, for a phone in this price range just ignoring the 5g part, this phone is actually pretty impressive. It has a lot of storage for its price. The display is acceptable. I mean it's pretty decent, it's not bad in the sense of just looking at the display itself and not comparing it to other phones similar to it.

It has a perfect camera. I'm super impressed with the features, especially the video quality, being able to shoot.4K videos is really nice and the processor. While it's not at the level, you would expect from a 5g phone. It's definitely competitive with other mid-range phones. So, if you're looking for a device that has lots of nice features the capability of accessing the 5g network, a decent processor and a perfect camera that can shoot 4k videos, then the Samsung Galaxy a32 5g is gonna, be a good option for you, but I hope you guys enjoyed the video, and I hope you found this information useful as well.
