Hey guys, this is one here welcome back to another video, and today we're going to be unboxing, the brand-new galaxy 871 5g from aunt and without further ado, let's just get into the unboxing. So here is the box, and I just received this a few days ago uh. I initially bought this phone for my sister, since it's the know their birthday, so I wanted to um, buy something for them, something good. I guess I was debating whether to get the iPhone XR or the Samsung um a715g, and I decided to go with this one big. So without further ado, let's get into the video and to make get my knife. Okay.

Now it was announced in April 8th, and it was not released until June, the 15th, it's 8.1 millimeters thickness, and it's a 185 grams weight, and here it is. This- is the phone right here guys. It's not something. You know that you will be expecting like um glass cover back on this phone. This is going to be affordable, but you still get all the good uh phone and um speaking of the specs.

I will be talking about again. The gigabytes of storage and you can actually expand record, and you can put the memory card to get more storage also uh. The technology network technology is, of course, um GSM, spa, LTE, 5g, okay, the dimensions of the phone is 162.5 by 75.5, and again it's 8.1 millimeters thick. The weight is 185 grams or 6.53 ounces. The build is a glass front, gorilla, glass 3, which is the screen.

So this is the phone, my sim card, of course, and let's see what comes in here, okay, so of course it comes with your manual right here. You can see terms and conditions, okay, blah blah blah sim card injection tool which we don't need. It comes with a type c to type c charger, so you can see that here type c to type c charger and the charging block, and this one is the fast charging so yeah and apparently, if you buy from a TNT, that's the only thing you get. You don't get headphones, you don't get um any other. You know items with it.

Furthermore, you don't get the case that you get when you buy the one from Samsung, so if you're looking to buy in a mid-range phone- and you want the headphones that comes with it- and you want that free case, I would recommend you to buy the one from Samsung uh. It's a bit more um, it's a bit more expensive, you buy it from Samsung. I got this one for 300 uh on ATT. So, as you can see, this is a box from at, and it does not come with a case, and it does. It does not come with the headphones.

So that's a bummer guy, and we are here all set up as you can see. Of course, if you get it from a TNT, this phone is going to come with a lot of blood wear. But you can see this is a gorgeous screen, and it feels amazing if um I have the Galaxy Note, 10 plus and by me, playing just with this phone right now. It feels like um. If I was typing- and I was using my actual phone currently- I don't know if it's just because I just recently set it up, and I don't see no lag, it's very fast, and you get exactly the same thing as the Galaxy Note 20 for a 300 phone uh, you get a lot of stuff, and you mainly get pretty much the same thing as the Galaxy Note, 20 or Galaxy S10 plus as except from the s-pen.

You also get the edge uh screen and no. This is not an edge phone, but you do get that on here again for the price. It's I think it's worth of um the tried or buying this phone if you're on a budget. So this is a perfect phone for you to try. Let me go ahead and open the settings.

One UI 2.1 and under version of 10. See you can see it comes with 10 android 10, and let me see, let's open the camera right here- where's the camera. Okay, okay, here it is, you can see it takes really, really good photos, that's regular and that's the wide angle, video! That's the video! Okay, it comes with single take, which is something that I really enjoy. Um. It has more settings the macro picture.

Let me see we can test this outside and um. I'm going to be doing another review on just the camera and see how to um. You know it works outside with uh different settings of lights, but that it said guys. So, as you can see, this is a gorgeous picture. Uh phone um.

The screen is amazing, and you can go to the settings display. You can change the vivid screen mode to natural mode, or you can change it to vivid. It just depends on what you want. You can add warmth to it. You can go back it pretty.

Much has everything this is the settings for the edge panel. So I'm really excited to know that Samsung is working on this mid-range phones um on a budget, and it makes a big difference from the phones that they were making before um the device has the storage. It has 128 uh gigabytes, as you can see, with the apps and images audio and it uh. It has available storage, 104 gigabytes, but again you can't um, add more storage by adding the memory card. The battery usage um.

I don't have any of that because you know which is button, but you have different settings for the power bar power saving. Just like your regular phones- and I mean everything else- pretty, pretty much looks the same um. It does come in different colors, which is uh prism cute, but black prism, cube silver piece, prism, cute blue and I guess the regular price was 472, and I got it for 300 and- and I got the prism black so, and I really love this color. As you can see, it is prism, as you can see the the reflection on my ring light right there. It has amazing colors.

I don't understand why, on the back, it has like two different sides. You can see the lines from like it has two different squares. You see right here like one it has like a line in between, and then it has a line going this way. So I don't know if this is plastic, but it feels like glass, but I don't understand why it has the two the lines right there. You can see the lines right there and this is you know the bumper on the camera looks good, so I will be testing the camera later on um.

Let me go ahead and put the case on okay. This is the lock screen, and it has a video. So it looks perfect um. It's a video lock screen. It's just like the regular settings in the Galaxy Note 20, but it looks good and there, as you can see, there is no lag right there.

There's! No luck! I'm gonna! Try the fingerprint, okay, we're adding you see the fingerprint scanner, it lights up, green. When I put my phone there, my finger, so I'm done. I agree. Let me back: let's try it see it works flawlessly. There is no no lag at all.

You have to make sure that you place it correctly. Let's see, I can't tell the lag, but I don't know if this is going to be affected by whenever apps are installed, and I don't know, but I don't see a lag, see I'm trying multiple times the screen looks gorgeous even with the screen off okay. Well, that would say for this video guys, I hope you enjoy and if you're really considering on buying a mid-range phone, please take in consideration the Samsung um a571 um 5g from Samsung, so you can get those extra goodies like the headphones, and you can get the um the free case that comes with it. Um again, I will be listing the link for the case that I bought here, and I did forget to mention that this phone comes with the headphone jack. So that means that at 3.5 millimeters you will be using your regular headphones. If you still have them, and again it has one speaker on the bottom and the type c charger, and this is how it looks with the case on okay.
