Razer Phone Unboxing and Overview By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech and today, I am back with another say with me guys, big unboxing, for you today we're back with the razor phone to unbox. Do a quick overview on, as always I thought that link in the video description. If you guys want to check it out, so the pricing on this one is gonna, be $6.99, so it's definitely a pricey phone. It's not for everybody. This one's supposedly like a gamer's phone, but I actually think the phone itself looks pretty nice in terms of the specs. So that's what actually got me interested in, and I wanted to check it out.

The reviews are pretty good. Someone did give it a shot check out some accessories for it. So if you guys have any accessories, let me know in the comment section: I'll try to get to everything: I can, so you're getting basically the latest greatest Snapdragon 835 8 gigs of ram. So that's definitely a big boy. Ram right there competing with only probably the one plus five, so packaging wise.

Look at that I like just know, pretty much like the essential phone. Almost with there are no logos besides, are not branding besides just their little logo right there and that's pretty much it just cleans nothing else to it. Some very legit packaging feels heavy feels premium. They do have a little razor on the side there. So that's pretty much it and, as you guys can see, it's just very it's kind of a heavy box, and it definitely feels like a quality presentation for the price points.

You would expect that, but nice job to them anyways for the presentation this one again, this one I'm impressed about the battery life, four thousand William battery life. So that's definitely going to be a big boy battery, so hopefully all day battery nice job to them. So let's go ahead and get to the unboxing yeah. That's it. The presentation looks beautiful, so what's up want to check it out and see if it's actually worth the price of admission is definitely expensive.

Phone get two right now that nice little cut no ice, it'll cut on the razor and again this is more of a gamers type phone I'm, not really a gamer I'm a phone head, so hopefully this one's actually worth the price again. The packaging feels legit feels very premium, got a little pull tab right there. The whole presentation looks beautiful. Here's a little of some literature about you're, introducing your razor phone, so nice job to them. Just a nice little added touch little.

Here's the phone itself, I think this thing is supposed to be like a break, and yes, this is a big-boy phone in terms of screen size, there's only 5.7 inches I believe, but it definitely has its thickness is very comparable to the essential phone. So it's very thick phone we'll put that to the side and see what else we get in the box very curious to see. This is all new to me. So very exciting. I, don't know! If you guys got excited about this type of stuff, like I, do but see it else we get in here alright, so here's I like that braided cord, so nice job to them.

You can see just a nice little added touch that braided cord see very thick feels premium. Just the nice little added touch kind of the essential phone had something similar with the braided see beginning here there with me guys and trying to figure out what we get in here. Alright, that's your dongle! So this one does not have a headphone jack. So here's your dongle, and again you got your braided dongle, so it's premium at least put that to the side. It's like Christmas up in here, I'm guessing this is the power brick see.

We get definitely lots of layers to this presentation. Yep, here's, the power brick and, let's see, if there's any type of branding on it, yep just a little got the logo, and then you got the razor right there. So it definitely feels premium. You got that nice little added touch with the logo, and it's not too thick of power. Adapter nice job there, so that's it with the presentation.

They get an A for presentation for sure the actual phone itself definitely feel this is it I mean it feels gay, actually good in your hands. I'm surprised it's very boxy, but it actually does have a nice feel to your hands. When it's in your hands, I should say: let's check out the phone, it's so the back again. You got that little razor branding, but the rest of it's very clean, nothing on the bottom. It's got like a matte black finish, probably avoid some type of fingerprints.

It's actually pretty nice it doesn't. Furthermore, it doesn't appear so far to collect a lot of fingerprints. So that's nice got your dual camera setup right there. It just protrudes out just a little. So if you throw a case something that you're good to go, it definitely has some weight to it's very heavy phone.

And, let's see so, you got you the supposed to have superior speakers, so you got speakers right there and the top, so I guess it's bezel, but then it's not wasted space like, for instance, the pixel, the original pixel, where it's all bezel, but you actually have some speakers front-facing speakers, that's supposed to be really nice. The bottom is clean. Just feels like a nice piece of metal. It feels very bulky, but again it feels like I'm. It actually feels pretty nice in your hands, let's go and turn it on to see if there's any juice to it, I'm not even sure how to turn this on.

Let's see, bear with me guys new to this phone. There we go. Let's see if this is it yeah, maybe not struggles, real struggles, real here we go there, we go there. So it's on the side is actually I. Believe, that's actually the fingerprint sensor on the side, and it's got a nice little spot for it.

So you just put your finger like that I believe that's going to unlock your phone for you powering up speeds, pretty quick, actually, so yeah, that's pretty quick! Let's see how fast it loads up got the razor popping up. That's it! So that's very fast, that's actually similar to like the pixel in strips of startup time. Let me do this. Let me put my information. Put the video on pause, be right back, we'll, throw this thing up and see if it's uh, if it's a hit or miss guys hold on welcome back guys alright, so we got the razor set up and I have to say in terms of setup time.

This is very smooth fast to set up the phone, so nice job to raise it for that, let's go and do a quick overview on the phone itself. Give you guys some little details about the phone itself well kind of compared to some other devices out, because this is a definitely a big boy phone. So you got your fingerprint sensor on the side and that's actually going to be your power button as well. You got your micro SD slot. This comes with 64 gigs of internal memory.

You would have like the scene. This could have maybe 128 as a starting point, especially for the price point, but at least you can do expandable memory. I guess that just me especially for like again, this is supposed to be a gaming phone. You would've thought that they would put 128 in as the minimum storage on this one but upside is you, do have expandable memory. So again, this is the fingerprint sensor.

You got your volume up and down on the sides: front-facing camera speaker, grill, speaker, grille, back camera, dual camera lens setup right there and again the fingerprint sensor is on the side what you think that's kind of a little odd placement, usually you're, expecting something on the back or the front, but this is actually where it's at and at first I thought it was kind of weird too, but this does feel like a natural spot for your finger dressed. So it's pretty responsive. If you can see look at this there, you go your kind of got a clique in it a little. Let's check this out there you go boom, no issues all seems like it's pretty fast and responsive, so I have to get used to this. But overall it's a nice resting point for my finger.

Anyways, so I think I could get used to that, and it might be something a little different, something new, so you got to give them credit for trying something new it. The screen size against 5.7-inch screen lots of bezels, but the screen is very beautiful. Has vibrant colors, just right out of the gate, obviously haven't changes anything yet and in terms of Android experience it's very fast. It definitely feels close to stock, as you can get very bare-bones. I guess is the way it put it similar to like the 1, + 5 or there's not a lot to it or the essential phone there's.

Obviously some stuff like that with the games. You can terribly take that off. If you would like, but overall, very bare-bones, minimalist skin on the thing itself, so nice job there, you can obviously change this. Whatever way you want to change it, so nice job ? to Racer with that and again I, give you guys some different. The phone itself definitely has some heavy weight to it kind of different from anything else in the market.

Right now, let's compare it to some other four devices out at the moment. Let's see here's the pixel XL -. So again you get the pixel. You got 6-inch screen. This is only gonna, be a 5-inch screen, but look at the difference check this out guys.

That is crazy, so six inch 5.7 inch, but this thing is bigger, wider, all just pretty much towers over it, but it's you're getting more of a screen with the pixel XL. Obviously this is a different type of phone, and it's got a different type of feel to it as well. It's got a different look, ? and I actually, don't think that's a bad thing. Lg v 36-inch screen again. You got the 5.7 and this one's going to tower. Even more look at that crazy.

That is bigger. Basically, it's almost got that whole bezel above it crazy. Look at different views of it. Look at that huge, huge difference, so you got five point. Seven, let's check out the iPhone 10 this one's going to be five point.

Eight-inch screen again towers over it like nothing else. Just definitely a bigger phone see what else we got. The 1 + 5 t this one's going to be 6-inch screen again. Look at the difference, guys, look how much thicker just how much of a bigger phone that is, and it actually a might surprisingly enough- I, don't like huge phones, but this one actually feels pretty good in your hand, it doesn't feel like it has it's bulky, but it actually has a nice feel to it. So you got to give Racer credit with for the actual, build quality and just the way it actually feels in your hand.

So give you guys a couple more looks at it see what else we got one more phone, maybe the honor 7x. This one's got a case on it already, but so you got a 5.5-inch screen actually now I think there. The honor is actually close to 6, that's close I'm, sorry, so it's about the same obviously have a case on it, but you have to say that this thing actually does its kind of growing on me. I think you kind of to look at it in person. It's going to get it true, because I was kind of on the fence about this thing.

I thought kind of ugly, but when it's actually my hand, it actually feels like a substantial, beautiful device. Let me know what you guys think in the comment section. You guys think this was a hit.
