Poetic Revolution Case for OnePlus 8 Pro Unboxing and Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech, and today I am back with another big unboxing for you for the OnePlus 8 pro, and today we're back with the case from poetic. I believe this is the poetic revolution case to unbox. Do a quick review as always I'll, throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing, usually about 16 to 20 bucks on this one, which is really on point, they actually provide a pretty protective case for that price point. It's going to be heavy duty, but we'll see if it's going to be a hit or miss and what you're actually looking for in a case, let's go and check out the presentation. You can see what you're going to get in the mail, and you can see by the thickness.

This is definitely going to be a big boy case that really is going to be on par with some big boy otter box cases back in the day, like the defender series, all that good stuff is pretty thick case, let's go and bust. It opens to see if it's a hit or miss and for the OnePlus 8 pro, let's go and bust it open. Like that now, uh side, note programming, note I was able to order the word I'm in the US here, so I was able to order the OnePlus word from eBay. I couldn't get it from the actual OnePlus, which is, I think, a big mistake. I think they're really missing on an opportunity there to release that in the United States.

So hopefully they do eventually, but I do hopefully get that coming for you guys and getting able to bust out some cases for you guys as well. So let's go check this out very heavy-duty case. You can see this bulk hard. Shell plastic back got a little p branding right there, military style, reinforced edges. You can see.

You got a kickstand we'll bust this out, like this, be nice, looking kickstand what I like about this, that it tucks right away, so it snaps into place, and then it's completely flush. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about sticking out and got that wobble, which I completely hate so nice job. There now this has got the re. It's got the pre-installed screen protector. Let's go and check this out real quick here.

It's got the pre-installed screen protector. Now one thing that they've done, and I'll give them a complete shout out on this one. Are they give you an opportunity to use it with or without that pre-installed screen protector? So they give you both on here, which is something they just started doing so shout out to poetic. I think they're really listening to people that really want that kind of choice. So you can see the pre-installed screen protector, I'm not a huge fan of it, but for anybody that's got a know one of those lines of work where you're worried about dropping the phone and want that extra protection.

This is the way to go. You can tell it's just like a basic plastic case that give you that extra reinforcement for your screen or screw protector itself, but then they also give you this, which I'm a huge fan of nice job. Doing this poetic. It's busted open struggles here, sticker struggles. There we go, then you got basically the same exact thing, plastic and then no plastic, but you still get that big boy protection for the actual slippage, which I'm a huge fan of in the past cases from poetic, so unique design.

Very look at that rugged style case. You can see the just. The real attention to detail on this case got the poetic branding right there and then that unique design with the reinforcement around all the way around the edges. That's going to give you the extra reinforcement. Now the lure slider it does it's cut out.

That's you know. I think this actually does uh yeah, so you're good to go on this one, let's size cut out, but then this part right here is going to give you that protection, so you're good to go so overall big boy case huge protection nicely designed for that price point. You really can't go wrong if you're looking for a case, that's some heavy-duty protection. Let's wipe it down that black. Look at that! That black looks good still looking good shine it up real nice make it look clean for the camera nicely designed, so we'll pop this.

Let's go with the pre-installed screen protector first see if I can get this right on camera, which I'm probably going to bungle this up here, let's go check it out there we go snaps right into place. There you go and then what you're going to do snap it like this boom boom boom pops right into place, wipe down the front real, quick here. Look at that kind of fits like that old school otter box feel you kind of got to line up, and you know just that edges make it look right. You know kind of put it into place like that. So that's how it's going to look.

So that's a really nice protection, guys heavy duty. This is going to be a big boy, mini tank rocking a huge case, huge case. Look at this thing: it's going to add some serious weight to it as well, but again, if you're one of these jobs that you need some protection for that exp. Let's be honest here. This is an expensive phone you're looking at a g, so you want some protection for this thing.

This is going to be the way to go. I like it a lot. Let's check out the kickstand huge fan of the kickstand boom. Look at that boom, not wobbly! Look at that very nice kickstand like it a lot and then, when I'm done with it. This is what I really like tucks right away.

You put it down. There's none of that wobble, wobble. I hate that so very nice. Looking design, look at that edge, that's protection on the back! Look at that little extra reinforcement. You can see the military style that rugged look too, with the little look at that the screw look to it and then look at the camera protection.

That is amazing. Camera protection, big boy, camera protection- nicely done. You can't even see it is tucks away. So you got no issues at all with the camera protection. Let's check out the lip because everybody likes a fat lip, and this is huge lip protection guys.

Look at this slippage. You got extra reinforced edges on the lip protection edge to edge all the way around the borders huge. You drop this you're good to go. Look at that slippage! Look at that! You are in for some serious protection. Now you got that pre-installed screen protector, and it do I'm not a huge fan of it, but you got the extra layer protection if you got that rocking that very nicely done.

You look at that. Lid. That is a fat lip volume up and down nicely done. Click and responsive power is actually hidden, so you got this little flap it tucks away like this. If you don't, I think this is one of those things that if you don't like, you can probably cut it off.

I'm not a huge fan of making like little alterations like that, but if you wanted to, I feel like you can make a clean cut right. There speaker looks good look at that nicely done, but everything's tucked away power button and then alert slider. Look at that! Look at how deep that alert! Slider is, but its easy access, so they made it real deep. But then it's super easy to get to. I like what they did with that alert.

Slider nicely done again. Look at this little just simple design. Look at these edges right there, just simple design, quality, very nice heavy duty, though this is some heavy protection. Let me take this off real, quick here and see if I can give you the guys, the one to look at the other one, real, quick without the pre-installed screen protector, again nice job for poetic for listening to us, I've been kind of Harmon on that for a few years now, I'm not a huge fan of the pre-installation screen protector just doesn't feel natural to me, but I see why they do it, but this right here you're getting the best of both worlds. Let's go and pop it into place.

Let's see what we got all right. Let's see we get here boom. Look at that snap. It is right back into place same exact thing, same exact concept, snap, it right into place tight, fit there. We go! Look at this now same protection, though look at this look at that protection.

Guys look at that! That is a crazy. That's like a bow. You know what I'm saying like goes out like this out like this huge protection, but no pre-installed screen protector, perfect, very nicely done so. Overall, I have to say this is definitely not gonna, be for everybody. Some people look at this but like.

Why would I need that protection that? Why would I want that much you? Probably you don't need. If you don't need it, you don't need it, but there are a few people out there that will need this type of protection and for everybody, that's looking for this big boy, protection for 20 bucks.
