Poco F3(Xiaomi 11X) vs X3 Pro PUBG Mobile UHD + 90FPS Gaming Test Comparison | Snapdragon 860 vs 870

Hi guys welcome back to golden reviewer, so today I have two devices on my left: is the Poco f3 uh, Redmi k40, so k40 for the Chinese domestic market and globally? It's called Poco f3, okay. So this is a device powered by snapdragon 870. Okay, as you can see here and on my right, this is a Poco x3 pro okay. So this is a device powered by snapdragon 860, okay, here's the device- and these two devices are actually priced quite closely together right. The f3 is about 150 dollars more expensive than the x3 pro. So I think a lot of you might be choosing between these two devices.

So today we'll do an extreme gaming comparison between these two devices and the game we are going to test is PUBG mobile, and we are actually going to test the devices at ultra HD settings at 90, fps, okay, guys, so we'll test this on the Chinese version of PUBG mobile. As you can see here, I've set the graphics settings to UHD and 90fps, and I've enabled the shadow and enable the a8 okay. Maybe some of you do not understand Chinese, but it's fine. You can trust me. So actually, some of you mentioned to me that I can try to use gfx2 to unlock 90fps on the global version.

Uh. Sorry, it doesn't work so far. There is no way to tweak the global version of PUBG mobile to unlock the fps settings result root right, at least that's as far as I know, so, if you know any way to actually unlock the 90 fps on devices say, for example, the galaxy s21 ultra or something like that, please, let me know down in the comments right I'll, be very, very happy to follow your steps and try to unlock the 90 fps and give you a very thorough test of it right. So it's not like I like the Chinese version of PUBG. I don't like it actually, but we have to test it this way to use the highest settings right.

We have no other choice, and actually I've made some simple comparisons of the Chinese version and the global version. They are actually more or less the same. There is no such thing as which one has a better optimization and which doesn't right. They are running on the exactly same engine. The uh, uh, the graphics settings are the same, and the load is mostly the same as well.

So I think this is still uh somewhat useful information. While I test on the Chinese version and maybe in the future, the global version will be updated to make these settings available and for now you can use this result as a reference right as a reference. Only okay, so, as you can see, I've entered the subwoof map, it's a four percent team match, and I'll actually drop at a boot camp area. So if I leave I'll play the wrong, if I die, I will actually spectate the opponent or my teammates so from what I see. Playing and spectating has mostly the same load.

So don't worry about that and, of course, I'll show you, the real-time fps here, and this comparison will last about 15 to 20 minutes right. So, if you want to see it, you can watch it in full. Otherwise, you can skip the end of the video where I'll show you the results from these two devices, and I've given you a short analysis of how I think they perform in this game. Okay, and before that, may I ask you to actually give me a leg and also subscribe to my channel if you haven't right, so I'll, do more tests like this I'll cover more devices in the future, and you can subscribe and turn on the notification to make sure you don't miss any of the future videos? Okay without further ado, let's go so, so foreign um! So so so right, oh okay! So let's take a look at the result: uh, firstly, for fps uh. They actually perform uh.

Surprisingly similar right uh, the snapdragon 870 on the Poco f3, actually outperforms the Poco x3 pro by about 6. Only so the fps is 76.9 versus 72.5, so the gap is very, very small here actually, and I think both devices are absolutely amazing right for their price range and remember. This is UHD graphics, settings right, and they can still achieve more than 60 average fps, which I think is very, very good. If you set the fps to 60 only or if you lower the graphics settings to smooth, I think you'll have no problem playing the game very, very smoothly on these devices. But if we look at the power consumption, we actually see a larger gap here.

The snapdragon 860 in the Poco x-ship pro, while achieving a little lower fps, actually use more power. I think that's just because the older architecture, the older soc, is less power efficient, comparing to the newer soc, which is the snapdragon 870 right on the Poco f3. So the power gap is a little larger. The Poco x ship pro actually use a 14 more power than the Poco f3, and this will actually translate to your device thermals and the battery life right. So indeed the Poco x3 pro runs hotter during the test than the Poco f3, but considering that it does have a larger battery, so I'll say you may expect a similar battery life on these two devices, but remember that the Poco x3 pro will be using more power and hence the device will be a little hotter.

Okay guys. So that's all for today's video. So what do you think? Let me know down in the comments which device would you choose? I think they are both amazing devices. So it's up to you to decide whether the performance gap is worth the price difference right. Yep, thanks for watching, see you next time, bye.
