Pixel 4 vs Pixel 3 Astrophotography Mode Comparison! [Part 2]

Hi guys today we're going to go ahead and compare the pixel four versus the pixel three enhanced row, photography, skills, let's go and take a look in my last video of the pixel for macrophotography. A lot of you said that the pixel three could do the same with the g/km 7.1. So that's what I got loaded on here, so pixel three on the right or on the left, so they both are using the macrophotography, and we're going to go ahead and see, take a look at the results, and you can see right away that the pixel four is able to expose for much, much longer. Now it doesn't I, don't think it actually exposes for four minutes. It actually takes multiple different shots, since it takes so long for one photo. So I think it just took a photo, and it's going to take multiple and take the best out of them where the pixel 3 using the g/km 7.1. It's not taking multiple I think it's maybe taking one or two.

So the advantage of the pixel four has is the numerous processor, with the 55 faster processor, It's able to take more photos. Basically, and give you the best one, whereas a pixel 3 is not, you know as hardware accelerated as a pixel 4, so we'll to go and take a look at the results, but yeah I think if this works, and possibly you could just get away with the pixel 3 without having to buy a pixel 4. Okay, pretty much the for 4 minutes, we're going to my desk and check it out. Okay, so I've got pixel 4 on the left and pixel 3 on the right, and you can see both photos actually came out. Pretty good I would say the pixel 3 photos is very, very useful.

You get pretty much near the identical photo as the pixel 4. Now the colors are slightly off with the pixel 3. As you can see, it's sort of struggling with getting all the colors and there's some light. Noise from the bottom here, and I did take this shot a little lower than the pixel 4. So that could be why, apart from the color, let's go ahead and actually zoom in on this tree here, and you could see that they both have about the same amount of resolution zooming in there you can see nearly identical results for the tree, I wouldn't say one's better than the other.

Now taking a closer look at the Stars, you could see that the stars are slightly brighter and there's some extra stars on the pixel, for while the pixel 3 sorts of misses a couple of the stars. This could be slightly difference in angle, but we'll go ahead and take a look at in the center here, and you could see here. We've got one two three stars, one, two, three stars: all the big stars are able to be seen now, some smaller stars, one two three here, one two three, you could barely see it while with the pixel for EM, you could clearly see it all these little stars that won't really show up here. You can see it with the pixel four, so there are advantages to using the pixel four. Obviously it is using the Qualcomm snapdragon 85 neural core to process.

Also, it did take multiple shots, more multiple shots of the stars, while the pixel three only took maybe two or three um, so it took about four minutes to process this. It only took about a minute to process the pixel three, so there is an advantage for using the pixel four. You do pick up extra lights stars. You see all these stars that exist here. Furthermore, you can't see with the pixel three now this is same thing everywhere.

If you go ahead and zoom in on these left over here, and you can see where the three dots line up one two three, you got a star there. You got a star here and here, but it's sort of missing here and here so also here- this here's a star supposed to be a star, but it only shows up on the pixel 4 and let's actually zoom in on this. This part right here where they're supposed to be a star- and you can see right here- there's a lot of sort of artifacts with the pixel 3 there's a lot of just artifacts, whereas the pixel for a lot less artifacts, and this actually, you can see the axis star extra star, and you can see all these stars missing from the pixel 3. Basically, pixel 4 definitely wins in this contest of being able to give you that perfect macrophotography photo also, the colors are much, much better with the pixel 4 where's, the pixel 3 you're going to have to really edit the colors to make it look good, so overall I would have to definitely give the wind to the pixel.4 here bears sly advantage. If you want to take it to the maximum.

Obviously getting the pixel 4 with the neural core is gonna. Give you better as macrophotography photos, but pixel 3 photos, don't look bad either you just don't get the full experience of a pixel for macrophotography. You could still get very decent results. As you can see here, you can easily get this on your pixel 3 just installed the g/km 7.1 for your pixel 3, and you all have macrophotography mode anyway. It's still minor difference, but is it worth to get the pixel 4 I? Think? So, if you want the absolute best macrophotography photos now, this is google's initial version on once they start updating the cameras offer it might even get better and better as we go along the rest of the year and the next year anyway.

Just wanted to give you this quick comparison, hit the thumbs up for me share this video have a great day and, as always, stay.
