Oppo Reno phone Battery Saver Options and Settings | Color OS 7

In today's video we're going to look at battery saver options for Oppo Reno phones, that's using color OS 7. So there are two ways you can access the battery saver settings one by the quick panel access here. You can just look for the button for it and when you see it, you can tap on it to turn it on, or you can go ahead and long press it and that'll. Take you into the detailed view section of your battery settings section now. If it's not in the quick panel access section, you can always go ahead and select the edit option, which is located to the top right here and when you tap on that you'll be able to look for the power saving mode button anywhere from the bottom section. Just drag it pull it up, let it go, and it should be in the quick panel axis from here on, depending on where you place it now with that said and done, if you want it the long way, that's perfectly fine.

You can go into the main settings of your opening phone, and you'll just look for where it says battery and when you go into that section that says battery, it is pretty much the same thing as if you were to long press from the quick panel access section. So from the beginning, you will see a quick view of what's been going on with your battery how much battery life is left the type of um saver mode, you're in right now and just a few other details of like the last charge. How much is left and all that stuff right? But if your phone is brand new, I would recommend leaving it at smart power saver mode, no need for all that power saving thing, because your phone is fairly new, but if not go into where it says, power, saving mode. And then you can go ahead and turn it on from here, which is the same as tapping the button in the quick panel access. But if you want some more choices, go into this section, you'll see where it says default.

Optimization. You can go ahead and maybe toggle some of these off. If you really just don't need it, but if that also doesn't work for you, then you can also try to turn off automatically which, if your phone is currently charging, and it reaches 60 percent, it's going to stop battery saver mode. If that is on, while your power saving mode is on, but if that even is still not enough, you can go to where it says turn on at specified battery level. You can set it to a certain percentage, and this means when your phone has reached to that percentage set like 30.

For example, when my phone reaches to 30 battery life left, then it's going to turn on battery saver mode on its own automatically. So if you prefer something like that, then go ahead and set that feature or settings then next up under where it says, power, smart power, saver, where it says phone battery usage. This is going to give you a more detailed breakdown of what's been going on with your battery usage. So you got today in terms of all the apps you have on already you got yesterday, and you also got two days ago and because I haven't really been using this phone much you'll see that I don't have many things going on here, but yours may be a little different and, of course, go into the bottom section. Now you got power saver options.

If you tap on that, you got power, saver option, and it says sleep standby, optimization and if you just read that sleep uh, the phone runs on low power mode when you are sleeping. So if you turn that on, and it notices that this is the time of the day that you sleep depending on your activity, then it will go into power saving mode. And then you got high performance mode. Now, if you want that, that's going to actually increase the battery of usage battery usage on your phone. So if you want that go ahead and turn that on.

If not, then that's totally up to you, and I would only recommend this if your phone is fairly new. But if you've been having battery issues. I would avoid that at all times and then the last thing in the main battery settings section is pretty much showing the battery percentage in that battery icon in the status bar. So if you want to see how much battery percentage left actual numbers then turn that on, and it will show you there, so hopefully I made myself somewhat a little understanding as the power saving mode. You have many options.

You can always go back in there and make changes, but again if your phone is fairly new, leave it at smart power. Saver mine is new, so I'm not going to mess around too much with it. But if you are like really like your phone has been around for a while, then maybe you want to kind of go into these settings now and then save some power. Let it run that process in the background, and it's going to kind of cut down on some of the things that are currently running for you and right here it will say, extend battery life by a certain amount of time. So you can just tap on the save power option that big green label that says save power underneath the 99 that also works pretty well and that's pretty much it for this tutorial do like share, subscribe, turn on notifications and read it to my channel and once again just showing you can access it from the quick panel access, so yeah like share sub thanks for watching.
