Oneplus 8 vs Htc Desire 20 Pro | SPEEDTEST By Jas Review

Hey there guys hydro just tape here from this review and welcome back to my channel and if you have seen my old videos about these two devices, OnePlus 8 and HTC uh desire20 pro. So my review for this phone is very good, and I really like this device- and I use this as my daily driver. This, on the other hand, is a very budget phone, a little different approach and basically come back of HTC uh, but not in true form. This phone is a little different and overall feel very cheap, and I wasn't very happy about it. But I've used this phone on and off here and there, and it's quite usable. I didn't have that much big problem in using this phone, so speed test of these phones um.

I just wanted to do. Basically, I can tell you right now: this phone is very, very fast as compared to this phone, and is this phone is definitely going to win, no surprises there, but I just wanted to know how um how laggy this phone is like. If this phone is usable, uh for daily tasks or not, and if uh you have spent 243 euros on this phone and if this one is well worth of that money or not, I think uh. It's a good phone, but not well worth of 240 euros uh. The price should have been uh at maybe 180 or 170 euros, but nevertheless, let's start the speed test and see how this one is going to do so.

Most of the focus will be on this one, this one um. I know this phone going to do well, all right. Do okay! So now both of the phones are fully booted up. So, let's check, if any tasks are there, so nothing in there.

So, let's see what we're going to get in the speed test and how far behind this phone is going to go all right. So, let's start with the clock just to let you know the clock icon outside it's a little dynamic in uh OnePlus. It changes outside as well, but this stays the same so stopwatch uh, reset and start right, okay, so calculator, so one plus very fast. You can also basically get the history out from here, and this is android 11 by the way uh beta, which are they changed a lot they kind of made it like Samsung, UI 2.0, something like that. But still it's its very slick, and I really like it.

Okay, after that calendar all right, so calendar OnePlus settings, okay settings also. So, as you can see it's, this phone is slow, but it's not super laggy oriented and again the weather icon here is dynamic, and you can see the icon changing outside according to the weather, inside, okay, all right. So it's night at the moment and let's see what you have in here, so it's a little different animation but as for I remember, this animation used to be uh, animated and moving on, but here it doesn't do it anymore, Amazon, okay, so you might see here a little lag, uh, Netflix quite fast in OnePlus YouTube! That's my channel and YouTube music and then Amazon Music. No, thanks all right maps, one drive so, so far, no score for HTC, yet okay, so this was not damage. Far behind Google Pay uh.

I shouldn't open this because my card is there, but anyway, let's go for the Instagram, okay, so and Snapchat much faster in one plus twitter OnePlus, and let's do the Wi-Fi test also- and I can tell you right now- uh you might see a worse result ever in HCC. The case may be the older chip of Wi-Fi, so 150 megabytes and 81. So you can see the upload speed is a little better in here, but usually this speed test is a little uh varied here and there I don't know when you're running simultaneously on two devices. Okay, so now it's a game called clash of clan turn down the volume. Okay, so wasn't that much far away and now um, maybe people from India will know this game PUBG, and they don't have it anymore.

So I'm so sorry, if you really liked this game, okay, so OnePlus is already in, and this is still doing its thing. Okay, so yeah OnePlus, I told you are gonna, be very, very fast as compared to this device, but uh you can. Let me know this much speed is enough for anyone or not in the comments below in one plus it's in and let's see what has. This is doing. Okay, so now it's on um, not sure why this is signed out uh.

I have a different account on both of the phones, but anyway OnePlus is faster, and this is how long it takes. So, as you can see, uh, so many apps are still running in the background for these phones, and they're still not like dying or anything but yeah. This is justifiable, but uh HTC is also okay and let me see if any of the phone is a little hot nope yeah. As you see it's not uh. One more thing I wanted to say about the HTC like whenever you tap on the screen.

You can hear very weird kind of noise, and here is like basically glass and this even front feels like plastic. Yeah, back is obviously plastic but uh front. It's also like plastic. Okay. So, let's see if uh how's, the ram management is uh for OnePlus, it was good like it's still showing.

Okay. HTC is also fine and clock, obviously still running stop uh. And what should we see? Twitter, okay, still running and puppy still running on here and oh still, out running on sgc2, okay and clash of clan, so this got rebooted and just got rebooted too, and it was very fast on both of the devices to just boot up again, and this is open too and Facebook open. As you can see, the ram management for HTC is quite good, like it's not too bad, because it has six gigabytes of ram, and this is eight kilobytes, not that much big difference. So I think that's the reason.

This phone is still doing something like it's, not uh, not usable or anything but yeah. So that's all I think I can say about this device and has to say is usable enough if you're on a tight budget, but I would still say like if you're getting this device, wait for a little time and pay a little less, I would say around 200, not 250. , but yeah.
