1 + 60 vs. iPhone 10 our speed test coming up right now. Let's go guys Nick here, helping you to master your technology and welcome to the 1 plus 60 versus the iPhone 10 our speed test. This is an exciting one, because I think that these two phones represent a similar offering just different operating systems, I think the person looking for these two are looking for a good value, don't want to pay over a thousand dollars but want a flagship style experience of a device. So the 1 plus 60 is the cheaper phone of these two. But the iPhone 10 R does have a 7 nanometer chip, so it should be more powerful, and it does boot up first over the 1 plus 60, but look at that tiny notch. It's very clean-looking in comparison to that very large one on the right.
So the boot up goes to the iPhone at 10, R, okay. So, let's check out their biometric security speed now the OnePlus 16 does have faced on lock and then under display fingerprint sensor. Let's begin with that under display fingerprint sensor, so you can see right there very fast stuff here on that under display fingerprint sensor for 260, and it feels very futuristic. At the same time also, you can barely even look at this phone, and it's already unlocking with the face on lock, 3 2 1. You can see its in again: 3 2, 1 and there's no swiping.
Sometimes you will not even see your lock screen, 3 2, 1 and there's the 60 right. There. I mean it's so fast over here on the iPhone 10. Are you look and you swipe? You can start swiping beforehand, and you get in it's also very fast on the 10r as well. It just takes one more swipe, but it does seem a little nicer that you can authenticate my face ID, but you can't authenticate on the OnePlus 60 with the under display fingerprint, so it also has a benefit as well.
Alright. So here we go with the application test before we get started. I want to show you that for the first time ever, I'm going to be putting on reduce motion on the iPhone.10 are and animations off on as e1 plus 60 we're going for raw speed here. No polish, no animations just raw speed here on both devices. Okay guys.
So here we go. Everything is closed out on the 60 everything closed out on the 10. Are many people have commented if you turn off reduce motions, you'll blow away that phone? If you turn off the animations you'll blow away the iPhone we're going to see which one is faster beginning with Instagram three two one you can see the 60 says: I'll meet you at the finish line: i. e. phone 10 are: let's go over here to the profile page, and they're, both very quick here to run through these applications, so nice performance again fast scrolling on the Left, smoother scrolling on the right.
Let's go into Twitter three two one, and you can see. Twitter is first for the OnePlus 60 and there is the iPhone 10 are way behind here on Twitter, let's go into snapchat. First on the OnePlus 60. Again, let's go into Facebook again it's the one +16, not significant, but again it was ahead. Amazon you can see.
Amazon is first to look like the 60. Let me know if I missed that when I was pretty close, let's go into eBay, you can see the 60 again over. The 10 are a significant margin on that one: let's go into Best Buy three, two one, and you can see Best Buy is first on the Left again, so maybe these animations being off on both devices, does make a real difference. Let's go into prime video, so you can see that is the one plus 60 and there is the iPhone 10 R. So the raw speed of animations being off seems like the 1 plus 60 is winning all of these.
So far, what about YouTube, but I think the iPhone 10 R is going to strike back when it comes to the gaming. It's gonna trending. You see the 10-hour one there once you're in the app they're, both pretty equal, but the load times with the animations off look faster so far for a 60. Let's go on the Temple Run three two one, and you can see that the iPhone 10 R looks to be ahead here over the 60. Just very slightly so pretty close on this one and yes, it's the 10 are they're going into dead, trigger now 3 2 1.
You can see that the 10r looks ahead, and it does. It beats the 60 again, let's hit play so where it counts, even with the animations off it looks like the 10r is going to win this one, so definitely the more powerful graphics and gaming here for the iPhone 10, our let's go to pub G mobile 3, 2 1, and this one takes a little of time to load in comparison to the other ones. So I'm going to speed it up, and we'll be back when it's done loading. Oh, so the 10r just blew away the 1 + 16 when it comes to pub key mobile. So when it comes to these heavier games, the 10 are the 1 plus 60 is no match for the 10r, but wow that was pretty nice stuff to see on the 10r.
Let's go into slow there, 3 2, 1, and you could see. Slither is open first on the right, so let's hit play against AI and you could see pretty similar performance once you're in the game. The 60 is still respectable for an android phone, but the 10r seems to be ahead when it comes to gaming. Let's go into speed test, and you can see speed test first for the 60 and video shop, and you can see video shot pretty equal here. Ok, so let's go into camera on both devices, 3 2 and the 1- and you can see the 10 are launches that camera first, so nice stuff for the 10.
Are there that's it for the single round of applications. I think we can conclude here, but the 60 is faster opening. You know everyday apps that you're going to interact with more often than if you're gaming, the iPhone 10 R is gonna, interact better for you, but some of that regular everyday apps just seems slower to open on the iPhone 10 R, whereas they feel rocket fast.4 is e1, plus 60. Ok, so let's go to the RAM management. Here, we're going to begin with the OnePlus 60 to see.
If we get any reloads on either one of these devices and let's go into video shop, let's go into speed test. This is very fast and it should be. It has 8 gigabytes of RAM, coupled with the Snapdragon 10 nanometer CPU 845. So it's a beast in performance, and you can see prime video here for the 60 best buy eBay and Amazon, and look at this rocket speed. It's just so fast for the OnePlus 60.
Sometimes it's too fast, and I turned off the gestures, because the gestures are definitely a little choppy on the OnePlus 16 in comparison to the gestures on the iPhone 10 ours, so I would recommend using the traditional home buttons if you want the faster feel on a 16 see if the 10r is gonna. Give us any reload issues here on the device. Three gigabytes of RAM, so I expect it to reload at least a couple applications and comparison to the eight gigabytes of RAM you're going to find there for the one plus 60 temper run good YouTube good. Let's go into prime video, that's good to go Best Buy with a slight reload eBay. Let's go into Amazon, let's go into Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, and let's go into Instagram an Instagram reload.
So, like I said the 10r reloads a couple apps here and there it definitely cannot hold as much. In the background, then one plus sixty cans because it just has so much more RAM on they, 1 plus 60, so for RAM management, I think I would go with the 1 plus 16, okay, so I shot the same 1080p 60 frames per second clip here on both devices. We're going to go ahead and render these out here, save it to the galleries in the same 1080 60. So you can see right here at 1080, 64, the 10r and 1080 60 full length over here for the 1 plus 60. So we're going to go to photos here, and we're going to go to gallery here three two one and see which one is quicker.
So both of them are going respectably fast, but it looks like the 10r is jumping ahead from what I'm seeing so far the 10r is a very fast phone when it comes to stuff like this, so don't expect to beat Apple when it comes to video rendering they're good at this stuff. When it comes to creative work and apps like that, so you can see the iPhone 10 R says: I'll, see you later OnePlus 60 when it comes to video rendering the 10 are all day every day over the 16. Ok, so the final Geek bench scores are in, and you could see that the iPhone 10 are again well crushing victory. The 10 are pushes really high Geek bench scores, so the 1 plus 60 just can't compete in this area. So in conclusion, I think the most raw power win goes to the iPhone 10 R.
But when it comes to everyday usage, 1 plus 60 is a very powerful smartphone as well, and it's snappy and everything it does. Def 110 R feels smoother more polished, but the 60 is just blazing fast, so neither gets a full win they're, both gonna. Please many users, but there's other factors like you know: the bigger screen the OLED screen for the OnePlus 60 over the LCD other things that might make you decide.
