Nokia G20 Unboxing: Great Battery & Build Quality but What About Performance?

Hello everyone and welcome to gadget360. Today I have made the Nokia g20. It is the latest smartphone from Nokia's budget lineup and is priced at rs 12 9. , like every other recent Nokia smartphone. It packs in android 11 and promises two years of software updates. So let's unbox this phone and take a look at what's inside, but before I do that, I would recommend you head to the gadget360 YouTube channel and click on the bell icon so that you stay notified whenever we upload a new video okay.

So this is the Nokia g20. The box is quite different from the usual Nokia packaging that we get, which is a bit flat or the past packaging uh. Everything is very simple and clearly laid out, including the specifications. As you can see here. There's the camera setup mentioned the 48 mp quad camera setup uh the battery, that is a 5050 my battery a 6.5 inch display the fingerprint reader, which is on the right side and the Google Assistant button, which comes on most Nokia smartphones is this. This is the 4gb ram and 64gb storage variant and, as you can see here, this is the dark blue, or it's the night variant night finish: let's just unbox this phone now here we go something on the inside over here: keep the side: here's the phone.

Let's take a look at this in a bit. Let's just have a look at what else is there in the box? There's your sim ejector tool, paste it inside here and oh there's, a free case that comes with it. It's a simple CPU case, shiny one, which should gather a lot of fingerprints, there's the documentation that was inside the TV case, and on this side we have the charger a really tiny one. This is the 10 mod charger and, on the other side, is the charging cable. So let's just keep all of this aside and have a look at the phone.

As you can see, the phone looks quite subtle and quite fancy actually the design it has this nice design, which doesn't seem to catch any fingerprint as a matte finish. That kind of reminds me of the Nokia 7.2 or the 6.2. The design has a nice camera set up at the back circular, which has the LED flash placed outside the module. There's the water drop notch style, camera cutout at the top and yeah. You have the ports at the bottom, and it's in this nice night finish, which is actually a dark blue finish, the other one is called glacier: here's the fingerprint reader and the volume button- and here is the Google Assistant dedicated Google Assistant key.

So let's just set up this phone now that I've set up the device. Let's take a closer look at the Nokia g20, the Nokia g20 weighs 197 grams, which is relatively light. The fingerprint reader is embedded in the power button on the right side. It sits just below the volume rocker as with most Nokia smartphones. There's a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side.

There's a 6.5 inch LCD panel on the front. It's a regular 60hz display with a HD plus resolution. It has a water drop style notch at the top, which seems a bit dated compared to what the competition offers. The Nokia g20 uses a MediaTek hello g35 processor and is available in a single 4gb ram and 64gb storage option. It offers 512gb of expandable storage using a micros card slot in the sim tray at the back.

It's a 48 megapixel quad camera setup, which is laid out in a circular module. The rear camera setup includes a 48, megapixel, wide angle, camera a 5, megapixel ultra-wide angle, camera a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel camera for calculating depth. Selfie duties are handled by an 8 megapixel camera. As for the battery, the phone features a 5050 my battery and comes with a 10 watt charger in the box. When it comes to software, the Nokia g20 offers android 11, which is based on the android one program.

Nokia also promises two years of android software updates, keeping in mind its price. The Nokia g20 will compete with smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy f22, the real mean also 30, and the Redmi Note 10, all of which are priced similarly, but offer slightly better hardware on paper. So the Nokia success will depend entirely on its camera software and battery performance. So that was our unboxing and your first look at the Nokia g20. What do you think about this device? Let us know in the comment section below and as always for all things tech stay tuned to gadget360.

com. You.
