My Honest 2 Months Review of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

Hey guys for today's video I'll be reviewing my Samsung Galaxy z. Flip a few people actually asked me about my phone and told me to review it, so I decided to make this review video every opinion in this video is from my perspective and to make it easier for you to relate. I am among the female young, adult demographic, and I use this phone mostly for social media, school and everyday things like opening files, take pictures, etc. I've been using for more than two months, and I got to tell you that I love it and I don't regret buying it, but nothing in this world is perfect. So, let's see first, let's talk about the size and for that I think it has the perfect size I'm able to hold and grip it properly without it falling out of my hand or anything and to make it easier, for you has the size of a compact powder, and it fits in my pocket nicely. Next is the fingerprint scanner if you're right-handed, then there's no problem for you, but I am left-handed.

So for me, it's very annoying that I have to change hands. Just to unlock the phone for the hinge, I think they did a great job with it. It's very sturdy, like you can open it at a lot of angles, very useful when you're watching videos or using the front camera as a mirror. This is sad for me, but even after using it for a couple of months, it's still hard for me to unclip it with one hand. Only and since I got long nails, I have to be extra careful to not scratch the screen when opening it.

Because of this, I just used two hands and, to be honest, it's not a problem, but I'm just not satisfied. This tiny screen is really my favorite feature the first I'm kind of disappointed at the size after using it. I prefer to stay at this size. So if you click the power button twice, it will turn on the front camera and the small screen. You can tap the screen once to change it to white lens wave or click.

The volume button to take pictures, but the pictures you take when the phone is folded will always be square. Take note of that to turn on the small screen just tap it twice. You'll see the time date and battery swipe to the right will show you music. Let me show you notifications, which I have none right now, since I take a lot of naps. This timer feature is so useful to me so tap small screen once, and you can pick and swipe to start timer or dismiss it.

Then the outer part of the phone it really does live up to its name, mirror purple. I don't really sweat on my palm, but there will still be fingerprint smudges. So if you have sweaty palm, then you totally need to put on a case. It's a definite fingerprint and dust. Magnet here is where my biggest pet peeve lies.

So you can see the border is higher than the screen and because of this, a lot of dust will be stuck at the corners of the screen. I like normal phones, where you can wipe it away with your fingers this one can't because of the border. So at the end of the day I just use any weapon cloth that I have to clean. It so much cleaner now for the screen. Durability.

To be honest, I think, is very durable. I have actually accidentally tapped the screen quite hard with my nails a couple of times, but there's still no scratches whatsoever. As you can see, it's still smooth. I have no problem with the screen at all. I went to Samsung's customer service the other day to put on the free screen protector, but the guy himself said that there's no need to put it on, because the screen protector itself might damage the screen, even though they provide the service.

So it's like okay kind of work, though here's the caution, note that came with the phone, just a heads-up for you for the crease at the folding part. In my opinion, there is no problem at all this footage from the camera kind of makes the crease more obvious from the shadow and whatsoever, but you can hardly see it when using your phone. You can slightly feel when using it, but you'll adapt to it so fast. Since the bump is not that obvious to me for one of the first generation of foldable glass, I give it an plus to be honest and just in all the screen- and I know they'll make a better one later on, but I can probably see while using this phone is that the future is here. So don't worry again that the crease might disturb you from seeing videos for the screen properly, because I tell you it won't trust me, so you need to know that this phone only has one speaker and at first I was quite worried that the sound won't be that loud, but it's actually long enough for me right now.

The volume is not even half of it, and it's actually adequate. As long as you can listen to music and shower is enough. Okay, here's another sound test! Next is the folding feature. I guess I don't know the exact term for it kind of disappointed that not a lot of apps took advantage from this, but YouTube did, and I love it for someone that loved watching YouTube while eating this is perfect. I can watch video at the same time read the comments, so I really hope that other apps be creative enough to make use of this okay, the camera.

Furthermore, I only have one problem with the camera, but first I really love the fact where you can change the size of the screen by folding and unfolding it. It is useful. I tell you- and here I like this feature where you can move the camera from the upper side of the screen to the lower side. This is to make it easier for you to take pictures at certain angles. You can do it for both rear and front camera, but here comes the problem on the rear camera.

I can tap the screen to focus on anywhere I like, but this function is not available on the front camera. You can see me tapping, but it does nothing. It will only focus on face detection. Unfortunately, not a lot of people know about this. I thought my phone had a problem, but no, I live chat emailed and called Samsung, but they gave me a couple of instructions and that all didn't fix the problem.

So they told me to go to the service center because there might be some hardware issues, so I went there, and it turns out that the zeppelin really does not have this feature for the front camera. Even the worker just found out about it. The day I went there well, these are the conversations and email I have with Samsung. To be honest, this is most downside of the phone, not going to lie. The pictures are great, but it's a huge power that I can't tap to focus on such an expensive phone sound.

So please fix this asap. Last but not least, this is the part where you get to be a little more creative. So I found this artist on IG. She makes a lot of pretty and cute moving wallpapers. She even made wallpapers for the ZEP flip like this one, for example, these wallpapers are also available on other android phones, but sadly not on iPhones, but downside is that it can either be set from home screen or home screen and lock screen, and I just want it to be on hot screen, but it still looks cute though Kirby I'll enter her Instagram account in the description box.

In a nutshell, I totally love this phone I'll, give it an 8 out of 10 for a foldable phone. They lost a lot of different camerae. To be honest, I'm still mad about it. If you're thinking about buying this, I really recommend you to so. Why did I buy it in the first place? The answer is that I want a small phone that can be carried around easily and this fits my requirement.

And yes, I can say that the only different about this phone is that it is foldable other than that it was great just like other phones. So, to be honest, the extra money you pay is actually for the folding feature. It could be the new technology. So if you want a small foldable phone get it, but if you prefer normal smartphones, then don't buy it. That's all I've got to say.

So! That's all from me. If you have more questions you can comment down below. I hope this video helped you thanks for watching.
