Monday's Smartphone News | Note 10, The New T-Mobile By J. Williams

Whoa, what's up guys that should manage a, and I am back with another video. It's been a minute it's the weekend. You know I decided to kick back this weekend and not really do too much. So there's a few things to talk about in the news. A lot of you guys have been hit me up, sent LA. This is I, know I got it.

I saw it. I finally saw it. Furthermore, I know, I saw it would happen, but relaxing Sun relaxing, so the T-Mobile merger is official. Now some of you guys are against it. Some of you guys are with it.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter it got approved and that's that, so there are some parts in this deal that are kind of you know you need to pay attention to, so first thing is the Justice Department is, is requiring T-Mobile and dish to support East Sims as a part of the merger. So this is a huge plus for people, but it also could be a huge downside for people who like to swap SIM cards a lot I personally am NOT gonna I'm going to avoid the e sim as long as possible, because the e sims are embedded into the device and I like to pull my sim card out and just pop it into another wrong phone real quickly. I, don't know how this will work with a Sims, but I'm sure it's not gonna. Be that easy. So that's something that you need to be aware of what this these up in the upcoming years.

This isn't something this is gonna tomorrow. We're going to have to only use SMS now, but eventually these sims are gonna, be like official, so they're going to be across the board. So that's something that you need to pay attention to now. Another thing, the another part of the merger. If you want to read this, just google this stuff online, another part of the merger there's people are concerned about like sprints and Boost Mobile.

Other things well. Dish is basically creating a fourth carrier, and it's going to consist of all of those other carriers boost Sprint virgin. All of those guys are gonna, be under one umbrella, and they're going to be owned and ran by dish. So this is something that you should be aware of. If you have Sprint, don't go canceling your Sprint account and things like that.

The Sprint is obviously gonna fall upon the T-Mobile and all the prepaid things are gonna, go to dish ultimately, and they're, creating a fourth carrier. What is it going to be called I didn't really see anything in there for that, but I know that they're going to be a fourth carrier, and so this is important. There's all this all kind of talks about you know who can use a network. How long you know, seven years here or five years here. That stuff is there, but the most important part is.

The merger is now official and T-Mobile greased a lot of pockets. Man, that's I, don't ever see it. Another white man is that I, just not gonna. Let things happen because, honestly, folks, some people say sprint was going under whether T-Mobile was gonna, buy them or not, I kind of agree, but I disagree because Sprint hadn't they have millions of subscribers they've millions, so they could survive. You know all the head do is cut their price a little, and they could survive and in their price, is actually already good.

So I, don't think dish was just gonna. Plummet is if this deal didn't go through. I think they would have continued on because they were they're. Releasing 5g phones, and you know, they're, building out a 5g Network, so I don't think Sprint would have just folded because T-Mobile didn't get the merger with them. I.

Don't think it would have worked like that. So if you have sprint just keep your service, you know saying and let the natural process flow and if you just have crappy service, obviously switch, or you would have done that already, but those people that are worried about what's going to happen to them. Just keep flowing along man. I, don't have the answer to that, but I'm just reading what is listed here on the sites and, ultimately you know, there's a're, gonna they're gonna notified custom consumers. You know it has to happen that way.

So that's something that you should take note of. The merger thing is official. You know it's no surprise, I'm actually kind of surprised to take it approved, and that's why I say T-Mobile, they green a lot of pockets, man for real, because you know I, I'm cool with the merger I, don't feel any type of way about it. You know Sam, but most there are some gains here, definitely for T-Mobile for sure they get what 40 40 million more subs on their side. They get a bunch more and however many sprints has they go all going to the T-Mobile umbrella.

Now because it's called the new T-Mobile so sprint, you know I mean T-Mobile really is gaining from this right here you know Sam. So this is something that is very beneficial to T-Mobile, not so much to sprint. More than likely, you know the CEO is gonna, take a different seat. It's sprint! You know I'm saying, so you know they're rolling forward, but you know my thing is the fewer options we have the harder it is. You know on us.

So when there's no competition, you know because, ultimately, what they want it is they you know, whoever those whoever they are. They want to adjust it to be sprinted. They wanted to be T-Mobile, Verizon AT&T, and they got it. You know this fourth carrier that they're talking about creating it's just all the other prepays together. That's all it is, and I'm going to rename it more likely an asset, but you know the less.

We have the less. If we don't have a lot of options, you know, there 's's not much competition, and we lose in that situation. We lose you know, because we get that we have to pay whatever they say. You know saying we don't have to like you know in certain situations you have to something you don't, but it's not a win-win. All the time.

I, don't know how I don't like it I, don't feel any type of way about it. It's just I'm, just gonna. Let it play out, and I'm going to go with it, and I'll bring the news as it comes along. You know saying so: yeah the T-Mobile the T-Mobile deal is there you've, probably read it all weekend, some other news. You know the pixel 4 is confirmed to have faced unlock and air commands and gestures.

Google confirms this now, let's, let's really talk about what we really want to talk about, which is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 10. So a thing went out: Samsung sent out I got my notification, and I'm reading here, basically they're, just like giving big money for trade-ins, so I reserved the Galaxy, Note 10, and you know supposedly pre-orders are gonna start on August 7th. Now that's like a week away from the recording of this video, and you know, you'll start to get them about two weeks later. You know this is something that's important to the tech world. There are some people out there to feel like it's just not even necessarily to have a note in, and that is overhyped and all these other things in and that it's just a waste of time and people are just talking about it, just to get clicks on you to there's a bunch of things out.

There being said. Reality is folks, though, if you're a techie, if your tech, enthusiast, you're gonna, get this phone there's no way you're going to pass on it. Like I'm saying you could pass on you, your channel could have evolved into something else, and you just don't want to spend the money anymore, and I'm with you on that I'm not saying you have to buy every flagship device. I personally have been rocking with the galaxy a 70 for quite some time, and I am super impressed. A phone like this makes me not even want to your know, purchase any other phones, I've put out at least 5 to 10 videos on this phone already in the first couple of weeks, so we can have forever long I've had if it's fantastic.

You know it's its it's just great, but the Galaxy Note 1000 I'm, a real tech, enthusiast and I like to get my hands on all the latest tech and that's ultimately what it is. So when I say, if you're a real tech enthusiast you'll buy this phone I don't mean that as an insult I just mean you'd want to give you'd want to give your followers, because if your followers are used to you getting something you got to change it up, you have to stay within your realm. You have stayed within your budget. You have to do all those things, but at the same time, if you're really into it, I'll say I'm really into it, I'm not going to tell you are I'm really into it. So I plan on grabbing the note, 10 I, don't know which one, but I did my reservation for 600 bucks off.

So ultimately, what they're doing is they're really Jack and needs these reservations for pre-orders. So you can. You can reserve yours, and you can pick what you want to do. You pick the carrier, unlock Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and us a lot of the carrier's listed there. Furthermore, you hit reserve you go to the process, and you know it'll.

Furthermore, you know, you'll get your reservation for you for your device. Furthermore, you can choose a trade-in it'll, tell you what it is like I'm going to read off some of these trade-in values to you, you can trade in a 10 hour, 10 for seven plus, all the iPhones, all the way down to the 6s and then for the Samsung devices. Furthermore, you can trade, it all the way down to the Galaxy S7 and some people who already saw it online. Furthermore, you can trade any Google devices to the pixel three I put when I saw the pixel three on there with 600 bucks, ultimately they're just kind of doubling these. These trade ants man they're doubling them and that's all it is so any in folks the Galaxy Note 10 is coming.

We have to accept afford it. Is its a part of the tech game? It's a part of the tech game. That's brought the tech game to where it is man. If you're a real Galaxy Note fan, you're going to get this phone, you get whether you want to review it or not. I was buying the phone before it was.

I was like heavily reviewing phones and the Galaxy Note 10 10 5g, whatever it's gonna, be called, it's going to be hot man. Furthermore, I know it is its just the way it has to be. It's got a different design, it's going to be pretty much borderless and the cameras in the center I'm excited to try it out what I think what I'm probably not going to like about it, is the foxiness, so I'm probably deterred from getting the bigger version, because it's going to be huge, more likely who knows, but if it's about the size of this phone I'll be okay, because this is a six point, seven inch display, and it has some bezels, but not too many. But it's still, you know big enough. So I would say you guys man if you're worried about the size of the Galaxy Note an until you get it in store.

Don't watch a bunch of YouTube videos and people telling you how you all get societies get it in hand yourself?
