Galaxy S10e vs iPhone 11 Speed Test

So, what is up guys Nick here, helping you to messier technology, Galaxy S, 10 e vs. , iPhone 11, coming off of a recent test with the 10 R and the 11. The 11 did quite well, let's go ahead and begin with a boot up in three two one and see which one can get there faster. Now. Both of these have seven nanometer chipsets on the ARM architecture. We have a Qualcomm, Snapdragon 855 CPU here on the left, and we have an apple, a 13 Bionic chip set here on the right, keep in mind that the SNE does have more random access memory or RAM at 6 gigabytes.

The iPhone 11 has four, and this phone came out much earlier, so good value from the start. The s10 II does boot up over the iPhone 11, not surprised there, as these recent Android phones have gotten very fast. So in terms of speed, when it comes to unlocking the phone for the S 'tony, you do have this fingerprint sensor. What I do like I, like physical fingerprint sensors, you can also just use the phone like that and look at the camera to unlock. Although that's pretty easy to fool, and I wouldn't use that, if you care a lot about the security of your phone for the iPhone 11, you could see face ID as fast as ever, and it works very well with third-party authentication.

Now for the S 10 II, you will authenticate all of your applications, usually with that fingerprint sensor. So yeah, the s sunny very fast with its form, is just a different way to unlock and the iPhone 11 and doing very well as well in terms of getting in there's, not a big deal of difference, but I think the s tone's a little faster to get actually get into the phone, because you don't actually have to do any swiping. You can just look at the device, and it'll go in, so that's pretty convenient, although not the most secure okay. So when it comes to their software I'm still an Android 9 I didn't put the bait on here, because it wouldn't be fair to compare beta to an official version of iOS.13 point two point: three, but iOS I have to tell you, has been pretty buggy on 13 since the launch it's getting better, but I've, seen more bugs on here than I've. Seen on the s Tennyson its launch so yeah take that for what it is, but we're gonna head over here now and get into the actual application speed test.

The sunny I left everything on the fall. Animations were not tweaked, neither are the ones for the iPhone 11. Let's begin with clock, and you could see the ESTA knee just flies there, but so did the 11 pretty close performance, let's go into calculator, and you could see pretty close again, let's go into calculator and that might have been the iPhone 11, let's go into weather and if I'm wrong on any of these call me out that was the iPhone 11. Let's go into Snapchat, that was the s10 II, let's go into Instagram and that looked like. Oh, the s10 II started first and then the iPhone 11 caught up in beat the s10 II.

So let's go into Twitter and you could see. Twitter was first there. It is usually always first there for the Android device. Let's come home and let's go into YouTube, you can see. YouTube is first, therefore the left and will scroll through a little choppy.

Therefore, the s 'tony very smooth on the iPhone 11, let's go into Amazon and you can see Amazon first there for the iPhone 11. So a couple have gone to you: the iPhone 11 a couple have gone to the s10 II, let's go into you eBay and you can see a Bay first there for the iPhone 11, let's go into Best Buy and you can see. Best Buy is first there for the iPhone 11, showing its performance capabilities. Let's go into you, Pandora and you're, ready to listen here. First on the iPhone 11, so iPhone 11 now showing why it might be one of the best values in the game.

Let's go into bed trigger and see which one can open this game. Now, it's not just about this game or another game. It's the fact that iOS has a lot of great titles and I think the quality of the games you can find on the iOS platform is just better for gamers. So if you do game, you probably want to get the iPhone here, although if you don't game all that much there's still a lot of great titles on the SNES. Well, both of them do have very good performance, though I find the iPhone 11 to have better battery life in this section and let's go into pub key mobile and see which one can load this game up.

First Ian looks like the iPhone.11 is clearly in the lead, so s tone's started out perfect in this initial test, but it looks like the 11 is going to take the win over the s tinny we're already in the match. It doesn't even matter. What's loading now we already have blowed past the s 10. At this point. It's not even close, like we're already in the match, and here's the s n? now so significantly better performance there in the game.

So if you're going to be playing games, iPhone is gonna, be where it's at it's still the case. It seems that's been that way forever. Now, on the channel we've been discussing these phones for years now, and I think it was a couple of years back. It was still the same kind of conclusion that the gaming was better on the iPhone, and it's still that way in 2019 I, don't know if that's ever gonna change, unless you maybe go with a hundred and twenty Hertz Ralf phone or something like that. But you know your typical Samsung galaxies versus your iPhones iPhone still seems to have a lead.

So let's see how good these do when going through the applications. Again, we have about six gigs of RAM here on the s10 II, if I hit Pandora that had to re-listen but spy's good and that's good to go Amazon good to go and the capabilities of multitasking on destiny are actually quite better than at the iPhone 11. Although a lot of people argue, it's not that useful because of the size of the screen, I agree to some degree, but if you need it in a pinch, it's nice to be able to just go ahead and pop you an application and do something in a pinch. I'm not saying that's useful all the time, but sometimes it can be useful. If you need it now going over here to the iPhone 11, you can see it just has a smoother gesture system.

So when using this phone versus or comparing to that of the galaxy s, 10 Yi you're going to notice that it just feels smoother to use now. This could change a lot next year with Samsung's lineup, where they're likely to go with a 90, Hertz or 120 Hertz display that remains to be seen. But for now the iPhone is still very smooth and as one UI 2.0 comes to all devices, that will also help as well as animations are better for that software. But for now the iPhone 11, if you bought it store today, is a smoother phone in the s10 II. Today, destiny is still a very fast phone.

It's a rocket of a performer and often times you could find it less, though, than the iPhone 11 okay. So, let's see how fast they can open their camera systems, and you can see that was definitely the iPhone 11 pretty easily and let's go ahead and try that again here for both devices and one two three a little faster. Therefore, the SNE this time, but still the iPhone 11 open that application faster. Now, if we take a photo, you can see, the shutter is still a little faster on the iPhone as well. If we hold down you get a video.

If you go to the left, you get a burst, and you can see bursting very close on both, but I still think the iPhone is the fastest shutter speed on any smartphone. So yeah I would say it's a little faster of a camera experience on the iPhone 11, but in terms of the quality of results, they're also, probably a little better I've seen on the iPhone 11, but that wide-angle is a little sharper for the s10 II, and it's also a little wider than that of the iPhone 11. So keep that in mind also, they both can do 4k 60 on the rear. So these are pretty competitive in camera. Okay, guys, so we're going to run a synthetic benchmark here on geek bench 5, which is going to test the performance on both of them I'll be back when these guys are done, and we'll see which one does better on the scores.

Okay guys so the final Geek bench 5 scores are in, and you see that it's a crushing victory for the iPhone 11 and in the real world. You seem that the iPhone 11 was slightly faster in a lot of aspects, but you got to take these scores at face value because destiny is one of the most powerful Samsung phones ever with a snapdragon 855 6 gigs of ram and sacrificing the higher resolution gives it a performance like nothing you've seen before on a smaller Samsung phone. So yeah, it's a pocket rocket here in the s10 II, but the iPhone 11 I think does have a little better of a CPU, and it's a little faster in the day-to-day use and a little smoother right now, but that could change with the 1ui 2.0 on the s10. Ii will see how that performs later on when I get this thing on the official version. So I don't think, there's enough here to make a difference in your purchasing decision in terms of their speed.

But if you do want Apple in their software and their ecosystem, you'll be happy here if you want Samsung their software in their ecosystem. You'll be happy here. So if you enjoyed the video click, the thumbs up subscribe, if you haven't already Nick hair up, and you'd a mess to your technology, be sure to be well and peace.
