LG V60 ThinQ vs Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Overall Comparison

Hi everyone- this is Joseph from force tech reviews, aka, your favorite, Cajun tech review, a backward another video today. Today's video, yes I, am I going to compare the LGA 16q against the galaxy s, 20 ultra yes, I'm, just gonna compared to display and a few other things, but before I get into this video check this out all right, everyone, so I'm back with another video. Today. Today's video, yes I'm gonna, do a discussion. Video I'm going to do a comparison between both of these phones. I want to talk about the display battery life experience with both phones and just the overall phone I'm, enjoying more between the s20 ultra or the LG v 60.

This is a discussion video. So let's have a discussion in the comments: let's keep it friendly and PG. If not, I will block your butts, but definitely pick your favorite phone. If you agree with me, leave that in the comments, if you disagree, like I, said, let's have a discussion. The first thing I want to discuss is the build quality on both phones.

Yes, you have a glass back and also the glass front, with the display, surrounded by metal or aluminum. Look at that. Both phones really feel good in the hands. I, don't know this one has the s20 Ultra has the curved display the camera hum -? What's up think about that, then we have the v60. The v60 we all know has that flat display, but the back is curved, so it fits better in your hand.

I do love the gold trim just a little different, especially look at the camera. Huh ?, it's really almost flat with the body of the phone, but both phones are great. Look at that. If I have to pick a winner I can't both phones are built perfect, they actually feel about the same weight -. Maybe the LG v60 is a little heavier, but look at that.

They both are a sexy-looking phone's. Camera hump on the s20 Ultra is kind of ugly, though looks like a square pancake waffle, type of band top of the phone, but yeah. Let me know which one do you like better, which build quality? Do you like better ?, 20, ultra or the v60 thing to the next I want to discuss the display? So let's bring this bad boy up? Also, the s20 I don't know what he said about Trump there, but there you go now. The s20 ultra has a six point: nine inch super AMOLED. Then they call this dynamic, Super AMOLED display, while the LGA has just appeal that display the LG v60 displays 1080p, while the Galaxy S twenty Ultra is in 2k right now, I have my display on the ultra as 2k because I'm, not using the 120 Hertz refresh rate and the v60 is a 1080p.

Both screens look great. Both wings do get bright in daylight, but if I have to get a winner as far as daylight goes yes, the s20 Ultra does win. Overall to me, the s20 ultra has the better display when it comes down to it does have the 120 Hertz refresh rate, which makes everything look smooth, but the v60 also looks perfect and then the v60 has something special. If you definitely want to get this the dual case and a dual screen. Yes, this screen is 1080p also, it saves on battery life.

Let's go ahead and put the v60 in the duels are spray and I can move that out. The way. Look at that, and it's just beautiful, which I think so. Yes, the display I, have to give it to the s20 ultra. The next I want to talk about.

Is the software experience. Both you eyes need some work. I know Samsung has been working on theirs. Lg said they worked on theirs too, but they still need a little more work to go on their UI. Yes, I highly recommend that you deem it out or even put a different launcher on it right now.

I do not have any type of launcher on either phones. So, overall the experience with the software now they both are running Android, 10 dot off straight out the box. So you don't have to worry about getting an update to the latest software. It is on both phones have the latest software. It's just a UI I think the UI is a little better on the galaxy s 20 ultra, while we have both phones facing this way.

Also, let's talk about the cameras on each phone. The front camera on the s20 ultra is better than the v60 front camera. Yes, you can shoot 4k 60 on both phones, the s20 ultra. Does a better job hands down, can't fight about it. I don't want to hear it.

The s20 ultra beast the LG v 60 as of now yes. Now, when you turn them around, let me turn this around and turn it around. You have a different story. The s20 ultra has the 128 megapixel camera, while the v60 has the 64 megapixel camera and the camera on the rear of the v6. It does a better job, especially in 4k video, also 1080p 60 frames per second video in my opinions.

Yes, the v6 does a better job with the photos and video on the rear cameras compared to that 20 Ultra I still have focusing problems with the s20 Ultra camera. As you can see in my 4k video that will put right here on the top right. You can check that video out. Yes, I have some focusing problems with the s20 ultra now, don't get me wrong. It's not like the v60 is a better I.

Just prefer how the video comes out is more natural is more to the colors that I'm, seeing with my eyes, which to me makes the biggest difference, but some people do like the s20. How does it saturate a little more? It doesn't go overboard like the old Samsung is used to do, but it does saturate it more than the v60 and some people don't like the v60 colors. They say it looks a little washed out again. Cameras are very subjective you all. Let me know which I think also I want to talk about the battery life on both phones with the case on the v60, as it is right now, I'm, getting between 6 and 6 and a half hours of screen on time and maybe like 19 hours off to charge I get about the same amount of time with my s, 20 ultra with one display, that's at 1080p, with 120 Hertz refresh rate, so they both had the five thousand William hour battery.

Now, if I take the case off and just use the phone LG v 60 by itself, yes, I get between eight and nine hours of screen on time, if not more, and I can get it between like 24 hours to almost 30 hours off the charge with the v60, so the battery life on this one I'm a gift to the v60. Again, let me know what you get on your s2000 ultra are the v60 with the case on it, it's a little closer, not going like that dual screen. If you have it on all the time, it will drain your battery a little more. Let's talk about overall features, we know Samsung packs a lot of features on their phones. You can do decks.

You can link it to your computer they're, building an ecosystem like with the active to watch the buds, the phone everything working together, which is great, and the phone has a lot of features on it. That's what Samsung is known for. The v60 also has a lot of features, a lot of different things. You can do with it. One thing they added to the v60 is Penn support.

The Penn support on this phone is a lot better. Then what you get from the cheaper budget phone, but also it's very close to the note 10 check out my man, easy computer solutions, video and also wine Kernel did a video I might link those in the description or even, even on the top right here, go check out their videos. They both did a great job explaining the pencil part how you can use the phone really close to the note 10. This is the same as a no 10 I, don't know because I don't have the pin, yet I think I'm. I ordered very soon to check that out, but they both did a great job check it out.

Man, the v6 is really stepping up the game shoutout to LG. One thing that LG does not do very well as marketing so marking and goes to Samsung. I'm gonna just put that out there, but as overall features with the dual case, with the phone itself, I'm going to give it to the v60. But again you can't go wrong with my galaxy s, 20 ultra this, it's a great phone. The next thing I want to talk about.

Is the speakers on both of these phones so get that BAM? They both have dual speakers. Yes, we got the bottom and then one in the earpiece I'm going to give that to the s20 ultra I can't believe I'm saying it I just think it does a better job with the sound they both are not the greatest I'm not gonna lie, but if I had to pick out of both of these I'm going to go with the s20 ultra I did a comparison between the s20 ultra, the v60 and the g8. I have a bunch I have a couple of people saying the g8 sounded better both than both of these phones you all. Let me know check out that video come back and put a comment on this one which one, you think sounds the best. One thing where LG wins is the headphone jack.

The DAC in this phone is just amazing and there are no comparisons on there now and the AKG to get with the Samsung sounds great too, but it can't compare to the headphone jack and the DAC on the v6. The next I want to talk about, which is everybody's biggest thing, hood doesn't matter. Yes, it does price s20, ultra 1400, with 512 gigs of memory and 12 gigs of Ram, while my and v60 is 899 with the dual screen: 128 gigs of storage, 8 gigs of ram. No, it does not have the 120 refresh rate or anything like that. The price is $8.99, but you get two screens think about that two screens, folks for $8.99. Now you can get it for $7.99. If you don't want the dual screens overall, I think the price goes to LG, you get more value for your money, but that's 20 ultra again.

If you are buying that phone or if you think about buying it, nobody can tell you what the value is on for your money. You have to do your homework. Hopefully these videos help you out to do your homework, and you make the decision is the s2000 to work the $1,400 I, don't know, let's get a discussion going overall. What phone am I enjoying more I think honestly to answer that question? It's kind of tough, but I'm, leaning more to the v60, just because it's a dual screen: I'm learning more and more. What I can do with the dual screen with the dual screens? It gets people's attentions they're like what is that phone sound like a tablet or something, so you show them and I actually think it's pretty cool, but again I can't, say: I hate, my s20 ultra, it's a great phone.

If I never picked up the v60 I wouldn't have a problem with the s20 ultra. Yes, the camera could use some more work, could I get it fixed, I'm hoping they can, because I still have the phone not getting rid of it. I'm I'm into the ecosystem. I love it with my active watch too, but overall I'm enjoying my time with the v60 I love the dual screen. But let's wrap up this video I.

Don't want to make it too long, because it's already very long as it is so overall I'm leaning towards DV 60 a little more just because the features I can actually probably use this phone for a video for the channel, because the mics sound perfect. When you shoot the video I can put it in manual mode and change up. Everything I can still do with the s20 ultra, but that autofocus is a problem. When you're trying to do videos for YouTube again, don't get me wrong. There's 20 Ultra is a great phone you all know which one you all enjoy more.

If you have either one you know, am I wrong in my opinions. Or am I right? Let me know: let's get a discussion going if you liked this video, give it a thumbs up if you haven't subscribed to my channel, yet please do so for more coverage on both phones.
