What's up YouTube: this is your man. I apple OSX in this video I'm going to test the difference between T-Mobile 5g and Comcast Xfinity 600 megabits per second. So let's get right into it! We're going to go into you know what we're going to go to settings first, get out of their wallpapers. I was playing around with some wallpapers we're going to go to the Wi-Fi. We're going to turn that off now we're going to go to speediest. net right now, I'm using the app you can go to the website, or you can use the app it's up to you.
We're going to hit go now the last time I checked this. I was getting, I believe, like 200 megabits per second download and 40 megabits per second upload and again this is T-Mobile 5g on the iPhone 12 Pro max and right now. As you see it's currently at 272 megabits per second download, and what do you know 22 megabits per second upload, so I mean that's: that's not bad right! Now, I'm in Chicago! That's not bad at all. For, of course, 5g. Hey, I'm cool with that.
Now we're going to go back, we're going to go into settings, we're going to turn on my Wi-Fi now again with the Wi-Fi I mean I'm uh, with Xfinity and with Xfinity I'm getting 600 megabits per second download and roughly around 40 to 45 uploads. But let's see what it's like and, of course you know the closer you are to your modem, of course, the much better speed you get and right now it's only currently showing roughly 300 okay, a little higher 400, well 398 downloads. I have my modem, my router and everything inside my bedroom, so right now, I'm currently in the living room. So right now we're looking at 398, download and 23.7 upload. So, as you see with Comcast the 600 megabits per second of what they told me, I would be getting it's roughly somewhat close around to the 5g.
I mean, if you ask me, because, with the 5g, we are looking at like what 278 something like that download and like I say it fluctuates it. It goes up and down uh. Just yesterday, when I tested it with the 5g I was at like 200 and with the upload, I was actually like almost 40 bit 40 megabits per second upload, so I was like I was. I was actually kind of shocked, I'm like wow, that's pretty fast for it to be. You know, 40 megabits per second and that's on 5g, just off your cell phone towers, but right now with Comcast, I'm at 398, download and 23.7 upload. Now, if I was to take my phone in the bedroom and do another test that will change, because when I did the test in the bedroom it went from, I was looking at like close to 600.
It wasn't 600 on the head. It was roughly like 550 downloads and the upload was like 32.5, something like that, but not bad. You know I just wanted to do a quick video just to test my speech to see what it was like and show you guys and just share it with you. This is your man apple OSX, please rate comment and subscribe. Deuces.
