Is ZTE Axon 30 Ultra a Flagship Killer?

A flagship killer, is it still a thing or did the smartphone companies have a meeting some time ago and decided? Let's stop killing and, let's start earning money. Everybody agrees, wait, where's, ZTE, oh, they were traveling with Huawei, and we're probably both stopped at the border. Maybe that's the reason why ZTE's new smartphone is much cheaper than you would expect a regular flagship to be, or maybe it's just not worth the money. If I was judging only by the screen, it is so much worth it. The crazy 144 hertz, refresh rate and 300 hertz touch sampling rate, make interacting with axon 30 ultra an extremely pleasurable experience. This is the best part of the smartphone, all right who wants to be the annoying person that doesn't need headphones to listen to music.

When there's other people around okay, the annoying person should definitely choose OnePlus. It's more expensive, though. Let's look at the back of the accent. I like the fact that it's not glossy, but if you prefer glossy you're, always free to use the protector that comes in the box, the box, it's full of surprises, the charger, even though you won't find it in many flagship boxes nowadays is still kind of a common thing. But when did you see the earbuds in a smartphone box for the last time? And there is an adapter as well, they sound decent and remind me of the fact that even cheap wired, earbuds sound so much better than cheap wireless earbuds.

But maybe you'd expect me to say something that you don't know already so wireless charging, it's missing here, and it's a pity cameras three times: 64 megapixels. The photos are okay, sometimes even more than okay, but they won't strike you with o five times. Optical zoom is surprisingly good.60 times digital zoom is unsurprisingly worthless. There is an option for people who like to have the moon look incredibly fake in their photos, and there is the multi-camera mode, which seemed to be much more useful when shooting videos, portrait mode is okay, but not astonishing. Night photos are sometimes useful.

Night selfies seem to do the job while shooting videos you can choose the direction of sound, recording, it's not a new thing in smartphones, but I don't think it's very common as well when you put it on the tripod. The video is really decent, but when you're on the move, the accents cameras are also on the move, but sometimes they just struggle to catch up. There is the focus tracking and I don't find it very useful, but it's there as well as the white balance button in the corner, and it's as close as you can get to the manual video mode on this smartphone, but I still like it. Vlog options, on the other hand, are totally not for me, but if you're into that kind of stuff it might be amusing. What's really important here is video stabilization.

It works in 4k, 60p cool, and it works like that. It could be better. So ZTE comes with an option that lets you stabilize the video after it was shot, and it makes it even worse. The fingerprint scanner is fast and reliable, and I would use it more often if the face unlock was not there. It's fast in general.

Typically, I'm not a benchmark guy, but I checked it. It's not as fast as OnePlus 9 pro, but it's so close. It's a snapdragon 88 here, and it doesn't heat up, but it consumes a lot of battery. I mean it lasts for a day no worries, but if you always lose your charger to find it every second day, it might not be a phone for you. So is it a flagship killer? When you look at flagship killers from the camera's perspective, they were never the best in class.

We believe that photos and videos are not the most important in a smartphone, but it was some time ago now. We still have the right to believe it, but it's like believing that the world is becoming a better place. Maybe it is but then look around you is it. When you look around you, you'll see people constantly taking photos and videos, and in that field, photos and videos. There are better smartphones than axon 30 ultra on the market, but not too many with a nicer screen, and we interact with the screen even more than with the cameras, and if you have the Chinese version of axon 30 ultra, you will be able to see android 12 beta on this screen.

As far as software generally is concerned, I like this phone and I like the fact that it's up-to-date, but I know that people using axon 10 from 2019 are still on android 9. So with this one, you really don't know what to expect. Maybe regular updates. Maybe in two years time someone in ZTE will say: hey guys, do you remember the axon 30 ultra yeah? I think it's still running android 12. ! Oh, do you want some coffee because I'm getting some yeah yeah that would be nice.

So it's good to keep that in mind, not the fact that guys from Zoe like coffee- I don't know if that's even true but the fact that they may or may not forget about the smartphone. It's like buying cryptocurrency. Some people will tell you that it's not wise, but no one will tell you that it's not exciting and if you ask me yeah, I bought some hope. This video was helpful. Thanks have a bearable one and see you soon.

You.
