iPhone 12 Mini vs 12 Pro vs 12 Pro Max! Which Size is Best?

Hey everybody how's it going dale here today we are talking about the size of the iPhone 12, 12 mini 12, pro and 12 pro max, which one should you get, which one is best? Is there really a difference between them all? Well, here we have the three: the 12 pro is the same size right here as the 12, so this will act as both right here for the size comparison. This is the pro max and then, of course, we have the mini right there and right there you can get your first look at how different the three sizes are and uh. You know you might know directly which one you're going to get you might not so hopefully, this helps you out a little and gives you some information regarding this now with that said, I do want to thank our sponsors for this video raid shadow legends. How does each one feel when I use each device? The most comfortable one for me to actually type on is the 12 pro it's actually even more comfortable for me to type on than last year's 11 pro, because it's just a little wider, and it helps me not make as many misses right here when I'm typing the 12 mini is not hard to type on, but I do have to kind of crunch my fingers and do this thing here which doesn't feel as comfortable as being able to type you know comfortably with the wide screen on the 12 pro now on the max. It's actually almost the exact same thing as the mini, as in quite in the opposite way, though, I have to go too far out, and then I start making mistakes like that, in which case I actually prefer typing on the mini than I do on the max, especially since on the mini, I can actually just hand hold it with one hand and then yeah. You can just one hand hold it like this and type very easily, with just one hand like that, if you so please and that's actually quite fun, and I actually prefer typing on the mini than the pro max now. One of the other things that I do want to mention is the fact that maybe you are okay with the size, even the fact that the max is a little bigger than last year's and that the pro and 12 are bigger than last year's 11 11 pro by a little.

You have to keep in mind that then you're going to add a case, maybe you're not, but in case the fact that you are here. It is so you got a case that usually does help a little with grip and just feeling secure in the hand. You know that you're going to drop it, it's less likely to break. However, depending on the case, you might make it too bulky, and then it might become an issue with how big or thick the phone is. For example, I tend to put my phone in a little cup holder in the car that would not work with the max right here, especially with the case.

Well with my pro right here. It does work and when I put a case on it, it barely works. So it needs quite a thin case, and I believe this leather case is the max I can put on before. It doesn't work on my little cup holder in the car, so definitely something to keep in mind, even if you want the bigger phone, because what I want is the big 12 pro max right here. I would love to edit like videos if I wanted to or photos and everything on this large screen on the go, make some stuff on procreate.

One of my arguments for the mini is, if you have an iPad, then I mean this is just your little phone to reply to messages and stuff and then, when you watch media and content and stuff like that, you can use your iPad and then you kind of have the best of both worlds. I would also like to note that it's actually very important how they feel in your hand, like do they feel secure, and this one feels secure in my hand. The max doesn't really feel secure in my hand. I can't flip it without feeling. Like you know, I have to be kind of careful with it.

Meanwhile, the mini right here I mean I just feel like I could toss this thing in the air play around with it and never drop it. It's just so tiny and nimble. You can fidget with it, and it's just easy to use it's nice, and it just feels like something that gets the job done. It's a tool, it does the job, and then you can put it away. Meanwhile, the max to me does not feel like that.

It feels like a whole thing of its own, like you're, pulling out an experience, and you're using that, if you want one device to rule them all, you don't have an iPad and all that then that this device is of course, going to do it for you, and it's going to be incredible with that very large display it's, I believe, 6.7 inches, so it is quite large as far as the size comparison here. So you can see compared to other things. Here is the max compared to a Nintendo Switch. So if you have one of these go ahead and grab it, and you can see here I'll put it to the edge right there, it's quite big with the case, it's almost as big as this whole section that has no joy-con so something to keep in mind. Let me go ahead and right.

On top of this, try to stack the pro and then on top of this, try to stack the mini just to give you an idea. Hopefully you have one of these to uh kind of measure up and see the difference. If not, let's go ahead and compare it to something else, and that is just a little air pod case. A lot of people have air pods. Here, let's see right there, you can see the difference there.

Maybe it gives you an idea, maybe not- maybe I'm doing useless comparisons here, but right here is an air pod case right in front of the 12 mini, and you can see that it's very, very, very, very small. One of the other things I want to talk about here is the leather wallet on the mini. It fits perfectly it's like a match made in heaven. It just feels great in the hand, and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall or budge off, or you're, going to lose it as easily as it does on the slightly bigger models when we put it on the 12 here, 12 pro, it has a little of an edge here, it's still quite fine to hold, but nowhere near as nice, and sometimes you can tend to kind of move it around and budget around. Just because of that extra space that you have with the max.

I just do not see this happening. It's very easy for this to come off and budge around when compared to the other one. Just because, when you're holding the phone, the case is kind of just in its own section, there you're not really grasping the case. It's not thick enough to add a little bump or anything. So that's just an extra little tidbit there with that all right.

So here we have all the screens on, so you can see them with the screens on, of course, the best one to watch movies and everything on would be the max you're going to get the best speakers you're going to get the largest display. Let's go here into the app store there, so you can see this I'll. Let me get the same exact screen, so you guys could see a little more of the uh difference you see between each screen. You get a little more space, not by much. The biggest change here is with the max.

I think again, the max is the way to go. If you just want one device, and you're only going to be using one device you want to draw on it, you want to watch movies and everything on it. That's really great, and if you can manage and uh you know it works in your pocket or whatever you carry it on, then that is a really awesome device to have if you're just looking for something that gets the job done, I think if you can go for the mini. That would be amazing, because this thing again it feels like a tool. It is something that you use, you use it for a task, and then you put it away and when it's away it's not disturbing you.

It's not moving around in your pocket, all big, and you have to readjust it or anything. Furthermore, it's there, and it's available whenever you need it really awesome little thing and of course, the 12 and the 12 pro are right in between still being a little bigger and going towards the bigger side, because it's bigger than last year's 11 pro the 10 and the 10 s. So it's not going to be quite super manageable. For most people, but it is gonna, do kind of a jack-of-all-trades where it's still not too huge. It's going to fit in the cup holders.

It's going to fit in different places and uh still give you a large enough screen. So that's why I went with that one. As far as the specs go between the three, I would not really consider that at all the extra camera that you get with the pro isn't really a big deal. Unless you know that you need it then just forget about it. Do not consider that in your thing, I would also just not consider the fact that the max has a slightly better camera array compared to all the other ones.

That's just silly you'll see a lot of YouTubers hyping that up on videos, and they're, just basically tooting apple's horn. At this point, it's just a little better. We've seen that in the past, with like the six plus or whatever, whenever we got the dual cameras, instead of just one, it's a little of an extra little feature there that apple can market, but you're not going to see major changes in the pictures or anything any pictures you see online taken with the pro max that are hyped up like that they could have taken them on the 12 mini or on the pro or on the normal 12. So don't think you're getting an inferior phone, because you're getting a smaller size, you're getting an incredibly capable phone in any of these, regardless of the size or anything because none of these are being held back by anything. All of them have OLED displays, they all have face ID.

They all have beautiful, displays and um. I think the whatever you choose, you're, not going to be disappointed, and they're all really, really great, so yeah, hopefully some of those shots and everything I showed you and talked about here- helps you out a bit when choosing a size of a phone. I really recommend that you keep the mini up on a higher list than the other ones just because of how easy it is like. If this fits your hand well, and you can use it without feeling any weirdness or anything like, I feel just a little cramped when using it, and it might be just having gotten used to slightly larger devices who know, but if you can get this one, this is just an incredible little phone that has some magic to it, and I definitely prefer this over having an extra camera and a slightly better camera on something like the pro max. This one has something that you can't really explain when you hold it, it gives you just like happiness for some reason, and I think it's just due to the fact that it's just so small- and it reminds me of uh- you know like over 10 years ago, when we had not even small phones.

This is a normal-sized phone. What it used to be, we just got huge with phones over time. So definitely consider that many. I would second guess yourself. If you're going for the max just make sure that is what you want, because if you haven't used the 12 and the 12 pro, I highly recommend it.

It's still a bigger screen than the 10 and 10 s, it's closer to previous year's max's. As far as the screen goes, so it might be plenty big enough for your needs, and you won't have to carry around something so big, so consider these two first and then be like you know what I do need that larger screen and I can make use of it and then go for the max, because not only are you doing that you're also paying more money. So if you can save some, then why not that pretty much settles it for this video? Thank you for watching and I'll catch. You guys in the next one goodbye.
