Gt2 comes in 2 version.1St is sports edition, which costs around 16k rupees 2nd. Is this classic pebble, which costs 18k rupees during sale? If there are any offers on card, then you can avail extra 10%, OFF galaxy watch also has 2 versions.1St is 42?mm version and 2nd is this 46?mm version this 46?mm version retails for 23k-25k rupees, but it costs around 20k rupees during sale, coupled with card offers, you may get extra 10% off, so you may see price difference of around 2k rupees between these 2 during sale. Next is the built quality.

First, both of these watches comes in same dial. Size, that's 46?mm! You can see the difference in thickness. , GT2 is 10.7?mm and galaxy watch is 13?mm thick next there's weight, difference. GT2 is 41grams, whereas galaxy watch is 63 grams. I have used both the watches for long durations and I find GT2 more comfortable, Thanks to its lightweight design, then both the watches have Stainless steel frame.

Bottom is plastic. Housing of high quality GT2 comes with proper crown type buttons, whereas Samsung comes with deeply seated buttons. Major difference is in front, with galaxy watch having this rotating dial GT2 has fixed dial with engraved markings. Both the watches have optical HR. Sensors GT2 has 2 charging points.

Samsung has NO charging points, since it supports wireless charging. Gt2 has this brown Leather 22?mm strap. It also comes with same sized Black. Silicon strap galaxy watch comes with both the black silicon straps with large and small sizes. Finally, both the watches are waterproof.

Rated can be used, 50 meters underwater, both the watches comes with AMOLED display on paper. Samsung is 1.3 inches GT2 is 1.39 inches on paper, its very slight difference, but in person GT2 display looks significantly bigger. Technically Samsung has 360x360 pixels with 278ppi density. Gt2 has 454x454 pixels with 326ppi density. Both have adjustable brightness, with auto brightness.

Visibility in outdoor conditions is quite good. I found both of them have similar brightness, with no significant difference. Watch faces is the section with major difference: GT2 has inbuilt 23 watch faces, there's no dedicated watch face store for it, but you can install 3rd party watch faces, galaxy watch has dedicated Samsung watch faces store. Both the watches comes with always on display. Gt2 has 2 styles Digital and Analog, whereas in galaxy watch, whichever is the watch face, the AOD is customized. Accordingly, both have tilt to wake-up features. Galaxy watch is fastest in the market and this gt2 is giving very tough competition to galaxy watch at times, its better. This is the main watch face swipe down, and this is toggle menu, its not customizable swipe up and here's notification panel scrolling around with navigate through widgets upper crown button is dedicated Menu button.

These are the options you get lower crown button is customizable, but by default, It's for workout mode in galaxy, watch, swipe down for toggle menu, its completely customizable no option for swipe up gesture USP of this watch is this rotating dial, which can be used for navigation. Extreme left is notification. Panel on the right are widgets. These are completely customizable. Top button is for BACK/Return button key is customizable by default, It's for Menu.

This same button can be used to go directly to watch face. To conclude, interface, gt2 is simple & clean, but limited Samsung has tons of features, but is complicated. Next is health features. Both the watches comes with optical HR sensor, with 24x7 sensing. Both comes with smart tracking feature.

Both are highly accurate, at times.100% there's also sleep tracking in both the watches. Gt2 has Trustees version, which is best in market and Samsung has REM sleep, which is as good as Trustees. Both the watches tracks the daytime sleep data as well both perform. Similarly, in health, section next is workout mode. These are some modes in gt2, there's even more selection in running section, there's inbuilt GPS in this watch, so you can use this watch for tracking without carrying the phone.

Samsung has almost 40 different workout modes. Samsung also has GPS so no need to carry phone while working out both the watches gives very similar pedometer readings. So if you are an athlete and need something for running, then you can go with either of watch, but if you want more range of workouts, then go with Samsung next, you get, a speaker and mic in both the watches, so you can directly use the watches for calling via phone both have very good call quality over the watch. There's difference in the notification. You can read each notification in gt2, but there's no option to reply, whereas Samsung has multiple options for reply.

Finally, is battery backup gt2. Has this magnetic charging dock Samsung has wireless charger, gt2 charges quite fast within 2 hours, Samsung takes almost 3 hours once completely charged, If you are using them heavily BT ON, 24x7, HR, ON, Trustees ON, using GPS 1 hour daily, then Samsung, clocks, max. , 3 days, gt2, easily clocks, 8 days next, If you just use BT, then Samsung clocks, max. , 4 days and gt2 clocks, unto 10 days. Finally, if you're using them in offline mode, with 24x7 HR on then Samsung clocks, max.

, 6 days and gt2, easily clocks, 14 days, gt2 is indeed a Market leader in terms of battery backup that was it the detailed comparison. Both the watches are great, but if you are to select any one out of them and your priority is features or replying to conversations then go for Samsung. This is my personal watch since last 6-7 months. But if your priorities are battery backup and display, then you can go with Huawei gt2.
