The Huawei P50 series has 3 models, the vanilla p50, p50 pro and p50 pro plus. A Weibo blogger Claiming to be a “company internal tester” has stated that the regular version of Huawei P50 will be using a 90Hz refresh rate screen,and while he did not mention the display size, its expected to be 6.1" panel. As for the rest two models - expect a 120Hz panel with either 6.6" or 6.7" quad curved display. Also, the phone WILL adopt a center punch hole design to incorporate the single front-facing camera. ABOUT THE SOFTWARE Huawei will implement EMUI 11 with android 11.1 instead of Harmony OS, who would have thought? Although prior to this we had heard, there's gonna be two models, one with harmony os and the other with EMUI 11. And only China will get the harmony oS version.

We are not sure to what extent that's true, so let's go with no Harmony OS for now. Also mentioned in the leaks are the processor's Kirin 9000 and 9000e, which are the company's latest processors built on a 5nm process. we are not going to focus on this. I'll post a link to the difference between this two chipset, you can check if you want to. Now coming to the cameras As everyone knows, Huawei is known for the beastly cameras setup and the P50 series is no exception These handsets will use Leica lenses at the back and the imaging system might be similar to that of the Huawei Mate 40.

What's interesting here is that the ‘Space Zoom’ tech will be increased this time by up to 200x. And even liquid lens might be used if they are ready for mass production As for the battery, all the models of this series will support 66W wired fast charging + 50W wireless fast charging. But Huawei is also considering 135W fast charging during internal meetings. However, leaks point out to 66+50W combination been more likely. The Battery capacity for pro and pro + will be 4200 or 4300mah.

In other aspects, the Huawei P50 series will come with 4 surround speakers and an upgraded vibration motor. The body will be lighter and thinner than that of the Mate 40. So that is, for now, Hope to catch you in the next one Peace out.
