What's up weber, kitten right here so finally, today after months of waiting and number of weeks and months long delays, Huawei has finally unveiled the next generation of the Huawei p50 series at its Huawei p50 launch event. So here is the Huawei p50 pro in all its glory. Honestly speaking, the white version of the phone is really, really beautiful, and I'm really excited to have this phone in my hand. So, first, this is the first Huawei's major smartphone, which launched globally with harmony operating system out of the box, which is again a great thing anyway. At the event, Huawei has released two devices: the Huawei p50 and the p50 pro, so both devices sport, 66 watt, fast wire charging and have stereo speakers. However, only the Huawei p50 pro sports Huawei's own 50 watt wireless charging technology, the smartphones are also ip68 certified to withstand water and dust and, unfortunately, though, the rumors turned out to be accurate and neither devices sport 5g.
Therefore, they are both limited to 4g, 3g and 2g, only, of course, due to the American sanctions. So both smartphones are available with the Karin 9000 chipset and snapdragon 888 chipsets in it, and I guess the global version will end up getting a Qualcomm snapdragon 888 4g chipset in it. Furthermore, if we go into detailed specs, the Huawei p50 has a 6.5 inch OLED full 80 plus resolution 90 hertz refresh rate display with a 300 hertz touch sampling rate, and it will be available with 8 gigs of ram and 1 to 8, GB or 256 GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the Huawei p50 pro will also be available in two versions, including one rocking the current 9000 chipsets and other with the snapdragon 888. It will be available in multiple configurations, including eight gigs of memory and one to eight GB or 256 GB or 512 GB of storage, and there also be a high-end model with 12 gigs of ram and 512 GB of internal storage and as far as the cameras are concerned, Huawei p50 pro have quad camera setup on the back consists of a 50 megapixel primary camera, a 40 megapixel monochrome sensor, a 13 megapixel, ultra-wide angle, camera and a 64 megapixel telephoto camera with optical image, stabilization and a 3.5 x, optical zoom, the camera also sports, 100x, digital zoom, and on the front side there is a 13 megapixel, ultra-wide angle, camera to spice up your selfie cam. The battery has a capacity of 4360mah, and it sports reverse wireless charging.
Also, the Huawei p50 series will be available in five color combinations, which you can see here. I really like the blue and white, so yeah. That is pretty much it. I'm really curious to buy this phone. So if you want to see more videos of it hit the subscribe button to get notified so as always I'll catch you guys in the next one peace out.
