Huawei P30 Lite vs Google Pixel 3a XL vs iPhone XS Max Camera Comparison

What's up guys, Stephen here welcome back to another video. So today, another camera test we're here in the beautiful Hungary at the Balaton, and we're testing out the brand-new Huawei p4 delight the pixel, free AXL, and we'll compare it to the iPhone Menace max. So we'll compare the front facing cameras, the rear, camera videos and pictures so stay tuned and let's find out which of the smartphones is the best. So guys. As you know, the camera hardware between the phones is quite different. They all have different attempts at how photography works for them.

Well, the Google Pixel only has one single camera: it's a 12, megapixel camera, it's I think 24 millimeters with an F 1.8 aperture, then the iPhone is quite similar, but it has two cameras, also both 12 megapixel, it's 26 and 52 millimeters, so wide and telephoto. And then we have the peeper delight, which has a totally different attempt. So we don't have a zoom lens on this one. You just have a wide-angle lens, it's 8 megapixels, it's I, think 13 millimeters and the main sense is huge. It's 48 megapixels, and that means in order to soon it actually does a crop on the image sensor, so it uses the big mega pixels and then shrinks it down.

So this is how soon works and people delights and let's compare it to the iPhone and the pixel we AXL. So we forgot to switch after 60 FPS at the iPhone, because that's only 100 cortex 360 at front camera yeah. So now it's 30fps and, as you can see right now, so I think the movement is, could just move on all of them, so there are no lags to stutters, but still as upsets skin tone. Personally, for me, winner is the pixel. Then the iPhone is always a little too warm bit too artificial and the people you like this way to cool this is so wide right.

Now, it's a little weird, so the front facing camera and 1080p is pretty decent on all of them. The iPhone is capable of 60 frames per second, which is a big plus if you need it, but it has two wrong colors that need some post acting, and also it's a pain to added iPhone videos and Adobe because of the variable frame rate. Everything was out of sync and I had to convert the videos before editing them, which really sucks the pixel is doing good, and it's similar to the P fairly light, but the P fairly light has a bit too cool and white skin tones that all need some kind of post editing, but still all of them pretty good quality. So let me know down below in the comments what you prefer talking about the front image quality this time. I want you guys to choose.

Every eye is different. Everybody has different preferences. So let me know your thoughts. The P fairy light has the most impressive stuff, but is it really the best? It has a 24 megapixel sensor that can render a lot of fine facial detail even them indoors, but check out here some samples- and let me know your thoughts, so guys use a quick phone facing camera test on all the smartphones and, as you can see, I have a really weird skin tone on the free AXL, also the peeper delights, but on the iPhone, my skin tone looks actually the best. So what do you say? My hair is bad, but actually iPhone is a winner.

Definitely look at the skylight, it's not white, it should be yeah. You see that should be yellow. It's really yellow, like you on the iPhone, but here on the P third is really white and also on the free, an egg XL. It's so yeah. Well, then, was the front-facing camera I'm, not real self 11.

So I don't care too much, but you see that there is a big difference between the phones and for me, something that is really important. There's color accuracy and current focus. So now, let's come to videos on the main camera and also to the pictures. All the phones are very different here, not only resolution wise, but also regarding the lenses. The peeper delight is the only one which comes with a wide-angle lens, which can be really cool and some shots and pictures, but also it'll act as zoom lens.

The iPhone comes with a zoom lens, but has no wide-angle lens and the pixel, while the pixel has nothing except a single camera. So let's check out the video settings before we check out some actual footage. So polish, can you show us the video settings on each phone because one of the phone can't record 4k right. So let's stop at a pixel. There we go into more and then, when we go into the settings we can take up the camera to Full HD on the front and on the back it's portable, okay, 4k Fer die.

Then we come to the people delight, so there's no 4k recording on the p4 delight and what about the iPhone? That's the most annoying thing, yeah, definitely the best, but also way more pricey than the other phones so guys. This is a quick test against the sunlight and, as you can see, the people delight here in the middle struggles a little with the exposure. So there's a lot of full exposure over here. The iPhone is looking pretty good, really nice skin tone, I, really like it so far, and here on the video pixel. Now exposure is pretty much on point, as you can see just a tiny little of overexposure, but I really think the iPhone handles the skin tones about one thing so ? all right so guys.

Here's now a quick 4k recording test on the iPhone is currently recording at 4k Body. The Pixel 3a Excel is recording in port-a-potty, and the people item is recording in 1080p s comparison. So compare now the difficulty between the three AXL and the iPhone okay, so guys I just switched the p40 light to 30fps and, as you can see, exposure now looks more okay, but still everything really blurry and let's try to focus on the middle and, as you can see, not a lot of changes here. Let's do the test again over there. So we can now see that there's a tree and a house but actually um the details, let's check it out, the iPhone doesn't focus so actually right now it looks best on the Google Pixel, free AXL, so yeah.

Let me know down below in the comments. Would you think so? This is just really a quick real-life test on all the smartphones and let me know your opinion and alright. So that have been videos. The iPhone is clearly the winner, but the cheaper peeper delight in the pixel free AXL. Don't do bad either there is no 4k and P for delight and destabilization is better on the pixel, but still the p4 delight offers great shots of the wide-angle lens.

So you don't do anything wrong with picking such mid-range err, but video vice. The iPhone is still under the top smartphones for videos. But now, let's talk about pictures, the Huawei p4 delight has a triple camera, but the pixel free, a or the Excel version does not have to hide because it is equipped with the same 12 megapixel main camera, with Sony dual pixel sensor as the larger and more expensive brother. The pixel 3 XL, you can definitely look forward to beautiful shots at night and scenes from everyday life which do not give any reasons for complaint. The AI on the Huawei be fairly light and shows great shots, but the night shots can definitely not compete with the pics of free AXL.

The P fight light offers a huge sensor and a wide-angle camera that is not available on the pixel model. So here you really need to choose what you want to focus at. The iPhone, however, takes great pictures and daylight situations, but really doesn't get the job done at night, but still pictures of the iPhone looks so natural, with a perfect white balance and overall sharpness in detail. So for people who don't care about post editing and just want some natural good shots, there is nothing wrong with picking an iPhone and even the mid-range I found. Also.

It is possible to get the Google camera on the p30 light, and then you can enjoy even more beautiful pics due to the great processing by Google. So if you're on a budget, I would probably go off the P very light, but if you want the careless packaged and go with the pixel or just pick an iPhone, alright we're now here at the end of this comparison, and now it's your turn. Let me know down below in the comments which smartphone you would choose and why this comparison was a lot of work. So please also, let me know if you want to see something like this in the future, because I'm also working on the OnePlus 7 pro camera comparison dropping on the weekend.
