HTC U11+ vs HTC U11 : BATTERY DRAIN TEST By Shaan Haider

Hey guys, what's up, this is Sean hey there and in this video we are going to perform a battery drain test comparison between HTC, u 11, plus and HTC. U 11 a smartphone, you 11 plus comes with 3930 MN battery and you 11 comes with 3000 mAh battery talking about the hardware. Both of them got exact same hardware, but you 11 plus, comes with 6 inches screen and you 11 comes with 5.5 inches screen. The resolution is same on both devices right now, both of them they are on flight mode. We are using the Wi-Fi for internet connectivity and there is no power. Saving mode is utilized, so let's just start our test and let's see that which device is going to perform better.

First, let's start with the gaming test with s1 extreme. We are going to play this game for 30 minutes on highest possible graphics setting and after that we will see that how good these two devices are going to perform. It's 30 minutes of gaming. Now, let's have a look on the battery percentage, so both of them are at 91%, as you can see, 91 91 on both you 11 and you 11 plus. So now do the YouTube video playback testing.

We will play few videos on highest possible resolution once again for 30 minutes and after that we will see that which device is performing better in terms of battery. So here we go with you to playback, so it's 30 minutes now. Once again, let's have a look on the battery status, so it's 83% on you 11 and 82% on you, 11 plus, so the difference is not much and now, let's do the native video playback testing. We are going to play a video at 1080p, fulled, video for half an hour and native video player, and then we will see the battery performance of these two devices. So it's 30 minutes now.

Once again, let's have a look on the battery percentage so on you 11 it's 76 percent and on you, 11, plus at 75, so the battery reduced exactly same on both devices in terms of percentage after the native video playback. Now, let's do the web browsing test in this test. The home page of Shanna and accomm will keep refreshing after a particular time interval for 30 minutes and once the test restfulness, we will have a look on the battery status once again. So here we go with the web browsing test. So it's 30 minutes now of web-browsing.

Let's have a look on the battery status on these two devices, so on both devices, it's 69% on you 11 and you 11 plus, so the battery consumption is exact same even though there is difference in battery capacity and the screen size. And now, let's do the 4k video recording testing. We are going to record 4k video for 6 minutes on both of these smartphones and after that we will see how much the battery is going to drain after the 4k video recording. So here we go with the video recording test, and now the video recording is finished on both of these smartphones. This is the video that we have just recorded the 4k video and if you go to the home screen here, you can have a look on.

The battery percentage is 65 on both of these smartphones, so you 11 and you 11, plus both of them are performing exactly same, and if you go to the battery settings here, we can have more information about the battery consumption, so at 65 percent on you, 11 and 65 percent on you, 11 plus as well. So the battery consumption is exactly same after performing all of these tests. Even though there's a difference in the screen size and battery capacity, it seems even though you and I will plus got bigger battery because of the bigger screen. The battery consumption is more an equivalent to PU 11, and here you can compare the battery consumption for each of these individual application and the activity that we have done. You can see there is a difference between gaming and YouTube, but if you're talking about the native video playback, the camera and web browsing, the difference is very menu and overall, both of these devices the consumed exactly same amount of battery after this test.

So if you got you 11, then you can know right now that q xi plus is going to perform the same when it comes to battery life. Both of these devices, the got create battery life create screen on time.
