How to Save Battery Life on Samsung Galaxy A11

Hello welcome back to new video. Are you having issues with your phone, such as battery is draining out too quick by the time they go out to work in the morning and by the time they come back in the evening? The battery is already zero percent five to six percent. That's not enough for you! Then this video is the one for you watch this video till the end, and you'll soon find out on how to preserve more battery life on any Samsung devices, including the Samsung Galaxy a11. Let's get into it, let's begin with the first method. First thing you do is going to set things on your Samsung Galaxy a11 then go all the way down, then find device care click on device care. Sorry that click on device here then, in here you'll see your battery status, your storage status and your memory status, click on battery then right there you see power management, and you see power mode, click on power mode and the first option is medium power saving.

Then you can customize the brightness if you want to otherwise you can leave it as it is. What this will do, it will prevent any application from running on the background. So, for example, if you, if you just open Snapchat, and then you forgot to close it, and you exit the app so if you just open Snapchat, and then you just click on the home button and your Snapchat is still right there on in one of this place, and it's still running on the background. In that case, there will still train your battery, but what this power saving mode does is that it will shut down the application by itself, and it will prevent it from running. On the background.

The second option which you have is maximum power saving mode, and let me show you what this does exactly you'll see in a bit what this one does, as you can see right now, maximum power, saving mode shuts down your entire phone and closes all the applications, and it keeps only the applications which you need and which are vital. So, for example, if you, if, if you are outside, and you don't have a power charge, and you have it, and you don't have a power bank with you, and you don't have anywhere to charge your phone, but your battery is around 15 or below, then you can turn on the maximum power saving mode. This mode will only keep your phone text, internet settings and few other applications which you will need. What you can do on this power saving mode is that you can go into plus sign, and you can add all the applications that you will need. So if I want to add a Google map, I can just click on Google map, and it will add google map.

For me, one thing that you need to keep in mind is that this mode will not let you add, any up any external application which you have downloaded by yourself. So, for example, if you downloaded Snapchat or Instagram this mode will not let you add this application to the home screen, and it will not show up in here. This mode will only show up the applications which came with the phone and the application which was installed on the phone by default. In order to exit this mode, all you do is go on the top right hand, corner and click on the three dots click on turn off power saving and that will turn off the maximum power saving mode. Once this is done, I'm going to show you the second method which you can use in order to SEL.

In order to preserve your battery. If you're going to device care the same way, then you click on battery usage and right in here, you can see all the applications that you have been using a lot and how long you have been using them for and how and for how long they have been running on the background. So right now, you can see I have been using Call of Duty mobile, so I use Call of Duty mobile in order to do some testing on the Samsung Galaxy, a11 performance and gaming performance. So if you have, if you want to check that video out, I'm going to leave the link in the description down below, so you guys can go check the video out. So apart from that, you can see I've been using color video mobile for around 47 minutes, and I left the app running on the background for three minutes.

Then, in the case of YouTube, YouTube has been running for four minutes and I left the app running on the background for less than a minute. What you need to do is go on the application and then what you need to do is go on the application and right in there you say, put add to sleep click on that. What this will do is that it will um close the app if it's running on the background. So, for example, if you open Call of Duty mobile or if you open, Snapchat or Instagram, and you exit the app without properly shutting it down, then the application will keep running on the background and in order to prevent that you click put app to sleep and that will prevent the application from running on the background and in order to check which applications. So if you go in there, and you have a lot of applications in order to check which applications you have put to sleep um automatically, you go into app power management and sleeping apps right in there.

You can see all the apps that you put to sleep, and you find, and if you want to add an app, then you click on a plus sign, and then you can choose whichever app you want to put to sleep automatically when you're not using them. So in my case, I have Call of Duty mobile added right now and then so in the same case, if you, if you don't, want an app to be put to sleep, then you can go right in there. Apps that won't be put to sleep, and this means that these apps can continue to run on the background, if you, if, even if you're not using them, but I will not recommend you to do that- uh if you, if you require a lot of battery life and if you use your phone a lot during the daytime, so the third method is to put the app to sleep manually. So in my case, so in my case I have Call of Duty mobile running on the background. So if I open the app and just close it again, so what you need to do is go on the app that you want to put to sleep long press on the app for one.

Second, then you will get these four options. Then click on app info scroll, all the way down, you'll, see a sign that says force, stop click on that sign, and it will say if you force stop an app, it may cause errors, avoid that I mean sorry, ignore that and click on. Ok, unless it's an application, unless it's a vital application for the phone such as the home screen or one UI, which is running on the background in that case or your Gmail account or anything like that in that case, do not touch it, just leave it and do not try to force stop it just leave the application, as it is otherwise you're going to mess up your phone so right now I'll click full stop on the call of duty mobile. So that means the application has been put to sleep, and this is the application is not going to run on the background anymore. Therefore, I am saving battery life and my battery is not going to run out that quickly because there is no application on the background which is using it.

Another thing which I have to point out is that, for example, let's say I have different applications open at the same time. So if I have all of these applications, because some of you guys might may use three to four applications at the same time, and you may forget to close them. So what you do is that if you click on this bar- and you realize that you have all of these applications running on the background, just click on close all if you do not need all of these applications and if you're not using them, just click on close all that will cross all of these applications. And after that, you don't have to worry about battery life anymore. So this was it.

I hope you guys enjoyed this video and let me know if this method worked for you and if it didn't work, then let me know was the exact problem and I will try to find an alternative method for you guys on how to serve on how to preserve battery life on the Samsung Galaxy a11. So this is it for this video. I hope you guys enjoyed this video, give it a thumbs up if you liked it and if it worked for you subscribe, that will really help. And again my name is Ibrahim. I'm from mobile, tech land and I'll see you guys in the next video.
