Google Pixel 5 Just Black Unboxing and Overview By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech and today, I'm back with another big unboxing for you, and today we got the all new pixel 5 in black to unbox. Do a quick overview as always I'll, throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing is going to just be 6.99. There's no XL version on this version of it. So you're, just going to have one pixel. Five 699 comes in two different colors.

You got this like mint, green or the black. Now I know everybody has already seen the mint green. A lot of these review units have been really for like the last month. I've seen this so kind of. I forgot about this honestly with all the other uh big boy phones coming out late.

Furthermore, I almost forgot about this one until it showed up, but I ordered this a while ago, and I'm glad I got the black version to show it to you guys to see if it's a hit or miss now. Obviously, spec wise, it's gonna, be the little mid-range spec, wise 765, snapdragon 6-inch screen, which is definitely fine for a lot of people. Uh it looks like 4 000 William battery presentation looks good. You got a g right there for Google Pixel 5 5g little clean branding on the side as well team pixel, that's pretty much it cleans white box 5g! Let's get right to it. Let's see if it's a hit or miss uh, eight gigs of ram for this one, the main drawback, I don't even think I need my trusty unboxing knife is gonna, be the g for the snapdragon you're, not getting the top of the line.865 specs or the 865, I think, plus, is what the uh the note 10 has, or I'm sorry. The note 20 ultra has that as well in the note 20, but this one is gonna, be a little different.

You're still going to get that bad boy camera. It's definitely just gonna, go kind of be like a throwback to the nexus days for phones, maybe for Google, so this one might be a bigger hit just depending on what you're. Looking for so, you got some literature, some ejectors tool right there, we'll put all that good stuff to the side, white charging, brick right here fast charge, and then you got your power adapter, that's pretty much it, so bare bones in terms of packaging, nothing else really to it. Let's go and check out this, let's see if it's a hit or miss beautiful nice layer, and then I thought this had some like something on it, but this texture feels really, really nice. It's almost like a sandstone feel anybody.

That's ever had one of the OnePlus phones back in the well, even right now they got the sandstone case for the OnePlus, and it's got this kind of like gravelly, feel to it, and it adds a lot of grip, and I like this, a lot on the texture for this particular phone. It's not slippery! It's drippy and no gloss as well. So I like that, a lot that black on its kind of like a and you can see its kind of gravelly, look to it so that g is popping through you got the fingerprint sensor on the back. I know a lot of people are upset about not having the front facing- I guess, unlock but the front facing fingerprint sensor, but I actually like to have that on the back. I would like to see also you know, maybe a fingerprint sensor on the front, but I like it on the back as well.

An actual physical button to me is probably the more weight the best way to go. It's just more accurate hundred percent of the time camera right there, you're still getting that nice camera trifecta and then that black on the side just looks very clean as well. This almost feels it feels like it already has a case on it, which is kind of hard to describe on a phone, but the texture of this is pretty unbelievable, and I like what they did a lot with that texture just feels really different from a lot of other companies have done so. Basically, I really, really like this for my first impressions now six-inch screen, so it's definitely not going to be for everybody. But for me, it's a perfect size.

You can see you got the little. You got the camera right, there punch hole dot. Furthermore, you could see the bezel around the edges, nothing crazy. It's actually pretty. You got a flat facing uh flat screen, so you're not gonna, have any problems with screen protectors, so very nicely done nothing on the side.

You got your uh ports right there, speaker, grill, speaker, grill power right there and then volume up and down. It's got the same texture and material as this, but then they kind of give you a little switch up right here with the chromed out power button. So very nicely done. This has got a nice overall, nice feel to it very lightweight, super lightweight, and I wouldn't sweat the specs too much um. I think it's for the Google itself, like the actual performance.

I think you're going to get really top-level performance out of this one. Just because google knows how to optimize it to whatever you know, it's android they're optimizing their own stuff. Like Apple does, so I wouldn't be too, so I won't sweat that too much. But the question goes there's so many other phones on the market right now. Why would you want to get this when you got some other big boys out there like the Samsung? This is s20fe this to me.

Maybe the sleeper hit of the year. Look at that. So you got definitely a 6.5-inch screen big boy screen, um spec wise. It's got the seven sir, it's 865 versus 765 camerae, I would say, probably going to get better with the pixel just because they know how to do it better than pretty much anybody in the game. But you can probably get this for 5.99 on the market. I want at least one was launched for 5.99, and it retails for 6.99. So keep that in mind if you're looking for something that's really close to this one, and it's a good alternative, if you're just really not sure about this one because of the specs, but overall, my first impression this one feels really, really nice in the hand it's got premium, build quality, which I wasn't sure about, because I've just heard different things about this texture.

I would definitely go with the black that looks very hard. We got accessories coming for this one. We got screen protectors cases all that good stuff.
