Hi everyone- this is Gavin from Gavin's gadgets, hope you guys are keeping well. This is the pixel 5 the box. If you want to know you see what's in the box and want to know, what's in the box, plug USB cable and a little adapter to go from USB a to USB, this is set up fingerprint on the back ultra-wide, and I have here I have here all my apps very set up. This was really quick and easy, but the thing you want to know is: what's the camera like so now, everything after I cut and go to the next scenes onwards. Everything is from um the camera here and what I'll do is I'll. Do video first then photos, and I'll talk on the video um and I text afterwards.
So I'm going to look back at them. I can actually examine them. Tell you what I think they look like, and I'll do the same with some brief commentary on the photos. I have done loads of tests on this already. So let's go check this out.
I will do some more tests and what I want you to do is let me know what you think and any other questions you've got I'll answer them or if you have any other suggestions for a second video. Let me know anyway, let's go check them out now. Here we are okay, we're in the uh rear camera. Sorry, it's the rear cameras, and we're walking and just give an idea, extremely windy, so it might be a bit gusty. I come around now there are some additional modes on here that you have in terms of stabilization, which you can't activate during we have got ultrawide, which we can now do bid, which is good.
We can select it mid-filming, and we also have the option to tap on the screen. So it's absolutely so. What I'm now going to try is show you some other stabilization modes, we're now in the active mode where this is for more movement. So I'm going to shake it a bit, I'm actually not holding it steady at all deliberately trying to move it, and I'll be interesting to play this back and see what this actually look like. This is another clip of active where I'm just walking normally so, there's, obviously some movement in my hand as I'm holding this, but it'd, be interesting to see when we do this all right there we go.
Let's look at some photos now, so this is uh front at the maximum resolution, which is 1080p, and I'm walking and held just trying to give you an idea of what the stabilization was like, and I picked this because there's a lot of sun and shadow. So I come around just pan around give you an idea what to expect. Let's come into the sun and pan around, and I will have commentary on top as to what this looks like we're now going to go into the rear camera and look at doing ultra-wide. You.
