Galaxy Note 9 vs Galaxy S9 - Stereo Speakers

Hello YouTube welcome back to my channel and in this video I'll be testing the stereo speakers on the Samsung Galaxy note 9 against the stereo speakers on the Samsung Galaxy s 9 early this year, Samson released yes 9 with the first time ever putting stereo speakers after people complaining for years and years and surprisingly, they came from nowhere and pretty much beat the whole competition out there. I did a few videos of the s9 speakers against the jet, the x17 mini and HTC u11, and a couple other phones and every time s9 came out to be on the very top. So this is very, very impressive on the note 9 they have similar set of speakers, the earpiece acting as the second speaker and the bottom final speaker as the first speaker, so I've been thinking. If the note man has got a bigger body, other speakers also bigger and louder than opposed to the s9. That's why this test is very, very interesting I'm, yet to test it. I haven't, played them so far, guys against each other.

That's why, when we hit live right now in the video I want to see, if the note 9 speakers having a bigger body will have louder sound as opposed to the Samsung Galaxy S 9. So this video will be two parts in the first bit we'll play sound from both the phones, a one at a time and see if we can pick up to see which phone sounds louder and the second half of the video I'll be using y1 plus 6 I'm, using this sound meter app to actually measure the amount of sound coming out from both the phones and see which phone is actually louder when it comes to the technical bits. So without further ado, let's quickly get started it's difficult to pick a winner here and I. Remember from the last videos people asked me if I had the Dolby Atmos option on the s9, so let's check it out on the note 9 s9, both so let's go along here. You can see the Dolby Atmos option is on and also on the Samsung Galaxy S 9.

You can see the Dolby Atmos option is also on full volume. Both at most setups on both the phones, so let's play a few more times, and then we'll get to the second part. We will see if we can get a bit more accurate reading of the noise coming from both the phones. I'll tell you what I could be wrong, but after hearing it a few times seems to me as if the Samsung Galaxy, S 9 seems to be producing more sound as opposed to the Galaxy Note 9. It's got a bit higher pitch to it.

It's slightly louder as well, but, like I, said it's very difficult to pick one up and that's why we're going to jump me to the second part of the video and see if we can get a better reading from the OnePlus 6 using the actual sound meter app. So let's bring the 1 plus 6 in now and get this meal ready and see if we can get a better, accurate reading. So now the sound meter app is ready and lesser of things with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. So now, let's do the same with the Samsung Galaxy, S, 9, okay, so results are very, very interesting. The first screenshot I took of the readings was from the Samsung Galaxy note 9.

As you can see a minimum of 37 decibels, averaging around 70 decibels and a maximum of 81 decibels. S was what we had from the Samsung Galaxy note 9, looking at the s9 readings. Now, if the minimum was thirty-six decibels, obviously that doesn't matter as much and the average is quite interesting on the s9. It was averaging 58 decibels as opposed to 70 decibels on a Samsung Galaxy note 9, so my ears could be deceiving. I could be wrong.

I thought the s10 was louder, but it's not the case according to reading that we have here seems to me as if Samsung Galaxy, Note 9 is louder, averaging, as opposed to the s9 max wise. Both were showing 81 decibels once again, almost pretty much spot-on. But overall the note 9 averages more than the Samsung Galaxy S 9, but again very, very interesting. That's what I wanted to do this life with you guys, but nevertheless, if you're going to have any of these phones, the s9 or the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, rest assured you'll be getting some really excellent. Stereo Dolby Atmos certified speakers.

So guys. If you got any questions, please feel free to ask me in the comment section, and please give my video a thumbs up. If you liked it and subscribe to my channel as it helps, and I shall see you in the next video you.
