For, the first time in the series history Samsung is offering the Galaxy Note in two sizes, but no 10 in no 10 Plus bring more or less the same experience to two very different form factors. However, as much as these two having common, there are some really important distinctions to know about, particularly when it comes to what's missing from the smaller nodes. Take a sec to subscribe for more note, 10 videos, and we'll dive in, so you've got the standard. Note 10, with a 6 point, 3 inch display and the note 10 plus for the 6 point 8 inch display, both with that new, smaller centrally located cyclops hole, punch, selfie camera. The plus has the largest screen dial in a note to date that the overall footprint is basically the same. As last year's note, 9 Samsung has just dedicated more of that front face to the display I mean, while the smaller note 10 has nearly the same display sizes, the note 9 only with the XS bezel cut away for a small overall size.
Besides, the screens isn't the only difference here, though, unlike the galaxy s 10 series, the note 10 has to make do with the full HD plus resolution compared to the quad HD plus of the note 10, plus, it's not a huge deal, but it's a little odd, considering every Samsung flagship for the past five years has had that higher resolution. A glance down the spec sheet shows a handful of other key differences in a sea of similarity, same s-pen, same wireless charging and no headphone jack in either model. The camera setup is near identical to including the upgraded f2 Point want aperture for the telephoto camera. The only thing you're missing out on, if you go with a small note, 10 is the depth sensing time-of-flight camera, which perhaps means the plus we'll have better edge detection in portrait shots. While the core specs are the same ? snapdragon 855 for the US or x, the most 9825 overseas.
The spoiler note has to make do with 8 gigs of ram as standard, and the only storage option is 256 gigs, with no micros expansion. On the note, 10 plus there's a 512 gigabyte option as well plus micros, if somehow that's not enough space for you, the biggest difference on paper after the size is the battery capacity. Mono 10 plus has a hefty 43 hundred million power battery the largest. Yet in a Samsung flagship with a standard note, it's a mere 30 500 William hours and that's only slightly larger than the cell of the smaller galaxy s 10. The larger note m+ can also vote Samsung's fastest charging speeds.
Yet with 45 watt charging possible via fast charger that sold separately. Both note ends come with a 25 watt charger in the box. In terms of 5g support in the U. S. there will be a 5 g version of the note.10 plus it'll be exclusive to Verizon for a short time and in Korea they'll also be a smaller note.10 5g, without the plus, so technically four distinct models in total, but most people I think will be choosing between the 4G LTE versions of either note 10 or note 10, plus so for most people. The choice between these two phones will come down to one handed ease of use and battery life.
I suspect for a lot of a hardcore note, loyalists the note 10 plus, will be the more popular of the two. The note has always been about that biggest screen and that's well-matched with a giant battery and ultra-fast charging. On the other hand, if you've lusted after the notes, unique stylus capabilities in a small form-factor, the standard note 10 will have you covered so long as you don't mind, those one or two trade-offs. That's it for now be sure to subscribe and check out our extended, hands-on video for more note, tank goodness and comparisons with the note, 9 and s10 plus as well. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time, you.
