Fix Crashing Apps on Alcatel Tablet By Ricardo Gardener

Hey guys ricotta here welcome to another blog tech tips in today's tutorial, guys I'll be showing you to fix the problem of crushing ups on the Alcatel tablet, for example right here I'll be using this particle app, which is the Chrome browser to show you what I mean, or you can actually fix the issue when your app is crashing at random, all right. So the first thing you want to do guys go into settings once you're in settings guys. You can look for the option that says um, apps and notifications right here, so go ahead and select once you select um apps and notification next you're going to see the apps' menu here. This shows all your apps on your devices. You're going to see all you can see the main apps here. I recently used apps we're going to go to see all apps and, of course it shows all your apps on your device you're going to go ahead and search through the alphabetical list for chrome.

Once you find the Chrome browser, you're going to go ahead and um select so go ahead and choose select chrome. So once you do, you should have this menu right here from here guys, you're going to go ahead, and you're going to go to um storage and cache, and the sturgeon cache is the option as seen right here go ahead and select, and this is for the Chrome browser and, as you can see here, you can see the option to clear cache from here. You can clear the temporary files or cache, which is clear. You can go ahead and test it up, of course, to be sure, go ahead and go to clear storage. Remember you clear, um, the storage or clear all uh data on your device.

What's going to happen is that it's going to clear all related files. It's going to log out of your device. You could also lose save so be sure. Before doing this, it does prompt you before sorry the prompt warning and, of course, if your sure go ahead and hit okay and, of course, um. If it's up you have to log back in, you can go ahead and log back into the up once you relaunch, but in most cases it will start working again and of course that's the main way you can use to fix this um problem where your apps are crashing.

You also have another option, guys in case um, the app's scratching. You can long press um in this case there's no option to uninstall here but of course, in some devices that's the way, but I'm going to show you another way. Furthermore, you can find the option to uninstall the app and in order to do this, you'll have to go back into settings and once you go back into settings, you'll have to find the appropriate you're going to upsell notification. Furthermore, you'll find the appropriate app and select from the list. Again we said chrome, so we're going to select our chrome.

Remember. You can go into all apps and once you're in here it does say, disable your disk device, but in others it should show uninstall on the section where it says open for stop or uninstall, so go ahead and um. If it's able to you can actually uninstall the app and actually reinstall the app all right guys.
