What's up guys, it's your boy, DJ avionics, welcome back to my channel. If you haven't already, please go ahead and hit that subscribe button, so you can stay in tune with all the videos. I come up with in this video. We're going to be talking about the new camera. That's on the new 4th gen iPad, pro 2020, so Apple has gone and revamped the camera system on the new iPad Pro. It features a 12 megapixel white camera for stunning photos and 4k video and now has a 10 megapixel ultra-wide camera that zooms out 2 times to capture a much wider field of view.
Now. Another cool thing about this camera is: is it has a LIDAR scanner? The LIDAR scanner enables capabilities never before possible on any mobile device. Basically, they caught up to the game of augmented reality. Cameras on mobile devices and I've tested it with the IKEA app, and it's pretty accurate. But what I want to talk about is, and not a lot of people are actually talking about.
It is the stabilization of the new camera system yeah. It's actually been smoothed out and improved and for some reason not a lot of people are talking about it and I want to show you in this video that this camera on the new iPad Pro 4th gen is pretty smooth. Now, you're, probably wondering why would I want to take video with this hunky piece of metal but um yeah? You probably won't, but in case you do have it, and maybe your phone doesn't have very well camera stabilization, and you have this on you that this is an option to use when taking video out there in the real world and to show you my findings. I went ahead, and I turned on the screen capture feature on the iPad Pro, while I'm video recording in the camera app now, as you can see here, while I'm standing still I'm purposely shaking the camera just a little just enough, so you see it in the screen recording and then, when you're. Looking at the actual video footage, you see that it's smoothed out all the shakiness, and it's cropped in just a little to be able to do that.
Now that I've showed you indoor testing, let's go ahead outside and do some more testing, so yeah I'm pretty impressed with the new camera system they put on the iPad Pro 4th gen. Now the reason why I have an iPad 4th gen 12.9 is I use it with procreate, Photoshop Illustrator, when I'm sidecar into my Mac computers, I'm, creating designs for my shirt company, and I'm, an artist as well, but yeah I understand why a lot of people wouldn't really be videoing with their iPad. But the option is there, and it's finally on a tablet: iPad Pro 4th, gen 20/20, twelve point: nine inch by the sector, the nearest Apple Store online, or even my Amazon affiliate link down below in the video description. I'd appreciate. If you hit that like button, it goes a long way, leave any comments or questions down below, and I'll get back to them.
