Assurance wireless Phone replacement for free!! Update!! Free data, unlimited text and call! By Smith Fil-Am Family

Hi guys thank you again for watching our videos, and thank you for your support um. So I decided to um upload another video about assurance, wireless uh phone that I got for free with data unlimited text and call so um sad to say, unfortunately um the phone that I got from them. I think away in September um, it's not working anymore, so it was like two weeks ago, um, it's like I charge it and all of a sudden it was not working at all. So I tried to turn it on and plug it in with a different charger, but it's still not working. So I decided to call on insurance wireless mobile, and I will um post the um, the phone number or the number that you have. You should contact um so yeah.

I called them and told them about the reason why I'm calling is to ask if I would be able to buy a phone that will work with their sim card, because I tried to put the sim card in a different phone, and it's not working so unfortunately, because the sim card is just made for assurance, mobile or wireless phone now, whatever that they just give to us for free, so um, I called them and told them that um. I would like to purchase another one because uh, of course it's free data, uh free call and tax, and you can beat that so um. Furthermore, I talked to one of the representatives, and she said I am um under the warranty of the phone. So it's like, I think it's one year and if it's like there's damage, or it's not working at all, you can call them. So if you have a problem with your phone, and it's not working at all, so try to call them I'll, post a number and yeah, and you'll get a new phone.

So I will update you what kind of phone that I got this time um. So hopefully you like this uh um video and don't forget to subscribe. So this is the phone that I got from assurance wireless way back in September and then the new phone that I just recently got uh about, like maybe a week now um.

So this is uh. I don't know how pronounced it is. Why call w-I-k-o or Wicca, or maybe it will wacko so um, it's really nice. I think it's a lot way better than UNIMA. So, just like the UNIMA or other any other phone, it has the USB port where you can charge your phone and then, where you can put your headphone or um there you go, and then it has a camera and a wide screen.

I think it's 5.5 inches um the wide or the height of the screen. So it's its nice, and it's a lot faster too than um the UNIMA um. So I already set it up um, it's just the same thing in any kind of android phone, so you just scan your Gmail account or any email account and then what's your preferences connecting to your Wi-Fi at home, so I just want to tell you guys once you turn on your phone, don't forget to call 611 to activate your phone and then try to talk to a representative. If it's a replacement just to tell you, you won't be able to use your old sim card. It came with a new sim card, and you have to tell the representative that you want to use your old number, and they will help you with that.

They are perfect at that so good job at their customer representatives, um so um it has a camera. It's a lot better camera than the other one um. So yeah, it's just the same thing.
