Apple Watch Series 6 (PRODUCT)RED 44mm Unboxing & First Impressions

It's time it's time it is time and just use the best one, hello, everybody. How are you today? My name is David franc olive not really live from my new recording room. It's still not done it's still quite a mess, as you can see, I'm literally just sitting in the corner by natural light. I have a video light on way over there. I have two desks to my left. Furthermore, I have some furniture over here that I'm not even using so.

In other words, I'm not done. The audio is not going to sound great, but the backdrop actually looks perfect, and I got quite a few compliments on the uh last video that I recorded in this room so guys, thank you so much, and it's only going to get better, I'm looking to create more content and um. Well more content. Because of stuff like this, I have my Apple Watch Series 6 and product ride. It just arrived today, I'm so excited and, interestingly enough, even the Apple Watch.

Logo on the front is red, so that's really cool. So I'm very, very curious. Please answer this in the comments. Is the blue Apple Watch blue on the front, or is this only red because it's product red, I'm assuming it's only red because it's product red but hey? If the blue one is also blue in the box, then that's pretty cool. I just love attention to detail like that.

So I'm quite curious. So I'm going to unbox this product, red, aluminum or aluminum in 44 millimeters. I do have this series 4 Apple Watch. I never got the series 5. Furthermore, I mean.

Furthermore, I really, really wanted that always on display and I still really want it so badly, but I just couldn't justify upgrading from the series 4 to the series 5, mainly because I got myself an iPhone 11 Pro max last year and for anyone who uses an iPhone yeah, you guys know how expensive that is. Furthermore, I mean it's over a thousand dollars. That's a lot for a phone, but hey I mean I use it every day. So it's worth it so anyway. I figured I'd wait until this year's model of the Apple Watch, and I'm glad I did because it's about time and mix up the colors.

Typically, I'm a space, gray, kind of person, or one year I use the gold Apple Watch which I absolutely loved. Then I went back to space gray, and now I'm mixing up again so product red it is, but before we unbox the watch, I'm going to unbox or un envelope. This should say these. These are two third-party Apple Watch. Bands cost me 15 for both of them, combined and even better.

I have three more Apple Watch bands coming tomorrow, so guys two bands for fifteen dollars: three bands for fifteen dollars. So do you see what I'm saying here? Am I love apple, but I just cannot suggest going the apple roots with their first party bands, unless you have money to blow like if you have to spend money, or you just don't care, then spend it treat yourself? You never treat yourself we're all going to die someday, and you can't take money with you to the grave right like our dark, real fast, but it's the truth. But for someone like me, I'm quite cheap when it comes to bands- and I just can't justify paying apple's price. Usually so I've treated myself to five bands um, and they should be nice also for some reason I could not change the band color on Apple's website. I don't know if that's a product, red limitation or just an Apple Watch band limitation for the time being, maybe because a COVID-19 supplies are constrained, I'm not sure so.

I went with red and black because this does include a red band and, in my opinion, a red watch case or whatever you want to call it with a red watch band. That's a little too much for me. So I like the whole contrast of red and black long and shows long, I know but hey if you're a subscriber. You should be used to that right. So, thank you.

I appreciate you sticking around okay, as always apple makes it stupidly easy stupidly, easy to unbox your products. I love them for that. It's a nice, thin plastic. There is the Apple Watch, branding love it, and we have these easy, open tabs on the bottom boom. It's like a Christmas present boom, very, very eco-friendly and speaking of that I'll talk about that in a second, and we have two boxes inside this box, so the band is separate.

The band is actually in its own box, which is really cool. So, let's open this again easy pull tab come on baby. There you go and boom. So there 's's the band very nice, I have to say it looks similar and feels similar to the one. I got with my series, four, which is right there.

It's obviously been through some wear and tear that's that's paint and whatever, but yeah I mean I, I haven't changed this band since I think I got my watch, that's kind of crazy to think about, I mean have I really been using the same band for two years, it's a long time, but then again I'm the kind of guy who finds an accessory and sticks with that accessory. For instance, I've been using the same case on my iPhone for about a year for about a year, as you can see, it's got some paint on there too. I've been I've, been I've, been doing a lot of housework and stuff, but yeah. This looks beautiful, maybe a little too red for my liking. Again, I like the whole contrast of red and black.

Hence, why I bought a black band, but very cool and um. It is indeed Velcro, and we actually have the product red uh branding on the band itself, which is really cool and look more paint. I have paint on parts of my body that I can't show on camera all right enough band talk, let's open up the watch itself. We have an easy pull tab once again on the bottom, and we have another one over here, and this should just lift right off there. You go.

That is a tight fit, so we have designed by apple in California, boom. Look at that. That is fancy. That is fancy right. There love it, and we have some instructions for changing your watch face and all that stuff, unfortunately, Apple did take away force touch, not going to lie.

That upsets me quite a bit. Not only have they taken out, 3d touch from iPhones, but now they've taken out force touch from the Apple Watch. I see why I see why, because they want to make more room for components such as increased battery life. However, I refuse to update my Apple Watch Series 4. I will never ever update this to the newest watch OS.

What is it 7 because it takes away forced touch, even though there's a force touch mechanism in here they still take away forced touch, I guess for consistency, reasons which- which I guess I understand, but a bigger part of me says why not just leave force touch there if this is physically capable of force touch, so that definitely triggers me quite a bit of apple. I love you, but sometimes you make weird decisions like that, and I don't know why I don't know. Why? Is it a big deal? No, it's just something I'm going to miss. I love 3d touch and I love force touch rant over okay. This is something they did very well, you get the charging cable right, but you no longer get the USB adapter this.

I 100 back apple. Thank you for being more eco-friendly because, let's face it, the average person I mean, I don't know someone like me. I unbox things all the time, so I have USB adapters on top of USB adapters on top of USB adapters, and actually I have a LED lamp upstairs on my nightstand I'll link it right below if you're interested, which charges both my iPhone and my Apple Watch every single day, because they're plugged into USB- and that's all I need I don't. I don't need a dedicated USB adapter included with my iPhone or Apple Watch nowadays. So definitely expect the same scenario with the iPhone 12 or whatever it's going to be called.

We will not be getting an USB adapter all right. I guarantee you and don't whine about it. I mean I'm sure, there's going to be some people out there who still whine about it. But chances are you have an USB adapter lying around your house somewhere, so apple props, 100, respect for this move. I love you for that.

Okay and speaking of eco-friendly wait. Did we get apple stickers? I don't know if we got apple stickers. I didn't see them this time. Maybe we don't a big deal either way they might be in here somewhere, I'm not sure uh. But yes, speaking of eco-friendly here's, the Apple Watch, which I think is typically inside a felt case, but with the whole eco-friendly thing they're doing this is actually a very thin piece of paper, it's sitting inside which is very cool.

So let's slide this out. It's actually quite tight. Oh my god and there's the Apple Watch Series, six 44, millimeter and product red. Look at that red- oh my god that is beautiful! That is just beautiful and of course we do have the blood oxygen monitor on the bottom. That is so, so nice that is a beautiful red apple, good job.

I definitely made the right decision here. So, let's put on apple's default band and see how it looks- and there you go- that is a very, very bright band. I actually might use a red band for a little just because it's apple's uh band, you know, but that looks really nice, I'm impressed. Let me show you what it looks like with the black band on you know. I'm really, really glad apple allows you to use third-party bands, because back when the Apple Watch was announced, I honestly thought they would restrict us to their bands only, but I'm so, so glad that is not the case.

All right. Where did I put those bands? Okay? So let's try the black one, just for contrast reasons and there it is apple, watch product red with a third-party black magnetic band anyway, guys! That's it! Thank you so much for watching my unboxing. I hope you enjoyed it um yeah. I realize it's a long video, but I just like to talk. That's who I am and, of course, if you do want to buy any of the third party bands I showed today or even just mentioned um, I will link them right below so treat yourself and please.

I cannot say this enough apple. I love you, but guys don't fall for apples, bands, they're, technically higher quality, but are they really worth the price? Probably not go to third party roots? You.
