Apple iPad mini 6 - Epic Power! By TT Technology

The iPad Mini 6 is looking incredible, and I'll be sharing the details right after this! Today, we've got lots of information to share about the iPad Mini 6, including its specs and design. So the first story of the day is about the digit times report from last week, which was claiming that the iPad Mini 6 is going to feature the new mini LED display. They advised that the iPad Mini 6 is coming in Q3 of this year, and it would feature a mini, led backlight, but they were incorrect. Ross Young tweeted a few days ago to say that there's going to be no mini, led iPad Mini 6, and this, of course, does make sense.

Not even both pro models have the mini LED display and the iPad Mini is a smaller, more budget friendly device. So it's unlikely that it would be put in there. I could see many led coming to the budget iPads in the future, but only when the more expensive models switched to OLED a couple of days ago. We also had another tweet from Ross young that states the iPad Mini display is going to be going from 7.9 up to 8.3. This is great news, and, while some of you may complain that you like the iPad Mini to still be mini, the good news is that it will be according to Ross.

Young they've got much narrower bezels, and they've removed the home button, and that's how they've increased the display size to 8.3 inches, meaning the overall size won't be changing too much. It's going to be a similar size to the last model, but with a larger display. The removal of the home button also means we need touch ID somewhere else. This will most likely be in the power button when it comes to display information. Ross young is incredibly reliable.

So I would regard this information as accurate. Next up, we've got an exclusive from 9 to 5 mac and according to their sources, the iPad Mini 6 is going to be powered up by apple's a15 bionic the same chipset. Coming to this year's iPhones, their source is advised that the iPad Mini 6 is code named j310, it's powered by the a15, it's going to feature an USB type-c port, and it's also going to include a magnetic smart connector. This makes sense, as with the iPad pros, using the m1, there's still plenty to differentiate between the pro and the mini in the inclusion of USB type c. It means there should be a wide choice of peripherals available without the need for lightning accessories.

The magnetic smart connector means that we should also be getting plenty of smart connector accessories, so all in all great news for iPad Mini fans. Now many sources claim that apple are trying to keep similar costs for the iPad Mini 6, which should mean a starting price of around 399. If the iPad Mini 6 has these specs and the full screen design, then it's going to be a great value iPad and will no doubt be very popular overall, it's looking incredible and while some people may be disappointed with no mini LED display, you have to remember that mini led is still just an LCD panel. So don't worry too much. You'll still get a great display with launch expected to be q3 of this year.

It's not going to be long until we get all the confirmations from apple, but for those excited we're now going to run through the full specs design and the expected pricing of the iPad Mini 6 to help you guys decide if it is worth the wait for my regular viewers. So when it comes to the iPad Mini 6, we get a full screen tablet with trim down bezels all round. We get a larger 8.3 inch display, but this is not going to be mini, led or OLED, but in fact, just a regular IPS display resolution details haven't been leaked just yet, but it's going to be a full HD plus display similar to the predecessor. We get a single camera on the front which is going to be inside the top bezel we're expecting a 10, megapixel, wide angle, camera on the rear, it's another single camera and while the camera hasn't been confirmed, yet it's expected to be 12 megapixels with a wide angle lens.

Many people are claiming that it could be powered by the m1, but this is incorrect. New sources are claiming that it's going to be the a15 bionic, although there's still a chance that it could be the a14. The iPad Mini 6 is gonna, come with four gigs of ram and a choice of 64 128 or 256 gig storage. The size has been kept roughly the same, but thanks to a slight increase, as well as improved technology, we're expecting a battery capacity of 5500 William hours. It's going to have Apple Pencil support, but it's believed to be a new, smaller pencil and not the Apple Pencil too, and if it's using the a14, then it's going to support 5g on the cellular model, but if they do use the a13, and then it's only going to be LTE when it comes to pricing, it's going to start from 399, although the 256 gig model is expected to be 550.

So plenty of upgrades to the ipad miniseries and the iPad Mini 6 is looking like a great value device that also has great hardware with launch not far off, we'll no doubt be getting more and more information coming in and, of course, as we do, I'll be sharing them.
