Amazfit GTR 2 vs Huawei watch GT 2, GT 2e, GT 2 PRo! By Vids Tube

Hello, everyone welcome to my channel today I'll, compares the amaze fit GTR 2 with the Huawei watch gt2 and briefly talk about all the differences among the Huawei watch. Gt2 e, the gt2 pro and the Huawei watch fit so, let's get started. It's going to be a full on in-depth comparison between these two smartwatches and for your convenience. Everything is time coded, so I'll start with the cost and availability design features.

Specs, fitness tracking sleep tracking and my final verdict now in terms of availability. All these smartwatches are available on Amazon and I have linked the official amaze fit and Huawei Amazon store in the video description be sure to check it out. Huawei smartwatches are now available in Canada, among major tech, retailers, like Canada, computers, memory, express new egg, staples and vision. Electronics. Now, in terms of price, the amaze fit GTR 2 will cost you 210 Canadian dollar, keep in mind.

The price may vary depending on the retailers, as well as any discounts running on it. There are two models. The one I have with me is the classic edition. With the stainless steel body. You also get a sports edition with an aluminum body now Huawei watch gt2 series has a lot of smartwatches.

Let's start with the Huawei watch, gt2 46 millimeters with all these variants, and it will cost you about 228, Canadian dollar. You also get a smaller 42 millimeter versions which will cost you about 220, Canadian dollar. The apparent differences between 46, millimeter and 42 millimeters are the smaller size, less screen real estate and smaller battery size. Speaking of not having a built-in speaker, Huawei offers a sporty version with contemporary design called the Huawei watch. Gt2 e, which also does not have a built-in speaker and comes with all these colors and styles, which will cost you about 199, Canadian dollar, so Huawei watch, gt2 e and the gt2 42 millimeters are about the same in terms of specs. Just different style and design. Huawei recently introduced their most premium version. The Huawei watch gt2 pro that has a titanium body with sapphire glass, giving it a very rich and premium feel specs are ideally the same as the whole watch.

Gt2 46, millimeter minus the fact that gt2 pro has a wireless charging, an exceptionally premium feel which at this point in time, will cost you a whopping, 349, Canadian dollar, sort of all these Huawei smartwatches. I will personally go with the Huawei watch gt246 millimeter, as it has all the features that Huawei offers currently minus the wireless charging, and it will cost about the same as the amaze fit GTR 2. So you will find out in this video which one to buy the Amalfi GTR 2 or the hay watt gt2 46 millimeters, oh by the way, Huawei also offers the Huawei watch fit, which also does not have a built-in speaker, but has all the cool features of Huawei smartwatches, and it will only cost 140 Canadian dollar. It looks great, but it looks like a sports band versus the watch, so I will not talk about that. So with that said, let's talk about design and features. Now both Amalfi GTR, 2 and Huawei watch gt2 has circular design. Let's start with the Amalfi GTR 2, it has a nice 1.39 inch, AMOLED display with a 3d corning gorilla glass and has an oleo phobic diamond-like coating, the glass and the stainless steel body really catches. The eyeballs and the red ring around the top button on the right side is the cherry on top. So far in terms of design right off the bat, my favorite will be amaze fit GTR 2.

It also looks very slim in comparison to who Huawei watch gt2 now, on the left hand, side of the watch, there is a built-in speaker and a microphone, and at the back there is the spo2 and the heart rate led sensors, along with the charging pins speaking of charging pins, amaze fit gtr2 has its proprietary magnetic charger, which you have to carry along with you, but the charger is overall quite easy to attach and holds the watch firmly now. This is how the amaze fit GTR 2 will look on my wrist. To be precise, my wrist circumference is 6 inches with all that said, let's talk about the Huawei watch, gt246 millimeter, right off the bat, the silver styling bezel that you see on my gt246 millimeter is from rink, and I have done a full review of this linked up in the card section, and you can check it out once you're done watching this one, but the gt246 millimeter also has a 1.39 inch OLED display with a 3d gorilla glass, bezel-less design. On the right hand, side. There are two buttons along with the built-in speaker at the back.

There is the heart rate and spo2 sensor, along with the charging pins. Now, if you pay very close attention, the back of both of these watches look identical with the same charging pin orientation. So I tried interchanging the chargers, but sadly the magnets are aligned in a way that renders swapping the chargers ineffective. But I personally, like the charger of the Huawei watch, gt 246 millimeters as it's a tiny little magnetic brick, which sticks very easily and firmly, but the cool part is it has an USB type-c port, so I can use any of my Samsung smartphone USB charger, and it will charge this watch. I just wish that this charger would work on the Amalfi GTR 2.

Now on the other side of the watch there is a microphone here is how the Huawei watch gt246 millimeter, will look on my 6-inch wrist. Now you might have noticed that the wristband of both these watches are not the one that came with them and that's because both of these watches use a 22 millimeter wristband, so you can swap or get any aftermarket wristband of 22 millimeter size, and it will just work about fine, or you can even use the wristband of these watches. So customization of both these watches is really easy and convenient. Now all the features of these watches are pretty much similar, like the heart rate, spo2 workout, stress, weather barometer, compass, etc. But here are the distinctive features the Amalfi GTR 2 has offline smart commands, Huawei watch gt2 does not have this, not even on their premium gt2 pro you can access smart commands from the watch under the settings.

You can do system control, as shown here pause the video to read through all of them. You can open apps control, workouts and even control music. Now let me give you a demo open weather, open music start playing now on the Huawei watch. Gt2 46 millimeters you get the sleep app here is where you can check your sleep data at a glance directly from the watch. Amaze fit GTR 2 can do this, but for viewing the data you have to go on the mobile app Huawei watch.

Gt2 also has breathing exercises ranging from one to three-minute sessions. This is not at all available on the amaze fit GTR 2. Huawei. What gt2 has call logs, where you can see all the logs and even call directly from the logs, which is really cool. Amazing, does not have this, and I really like this feature.

Another cool feature is contacts, so you can transfer 10 favorite contacts from Huawei health app on your mobile phone, which will appear on the contact app, and you can call that contact directly from the watch. Sadly, this is not available on the Amazon GTR 2, which I really. However, both of these watches can receive Bluetooth, audio calls from the mobile phone, including from apps like viper, etc. , and you can even answer as well as talk directly from the watch, even when paired with an iPhone, as both these watches have a built-in speaker and microphone. So that's perfect feature to have on both these smartwatches.

You can even pair a Bluetooth earbud, like the Apple AirPods pro to both these watches, to take Bluetooth, audio call, and music playback directly from the watch. Speaking of music, you can transfer mp3 or dot WAV files directly on both these watches up to 3 gigs from your phone and play them directly from the watch. Both these watches have onboard GPS, so you can track your run and listen to the music from the watch. Without your phone, the only caveat is Huawei or gt2. At this point in time does not support music transfer from iOS mobile app.

However, on amaze fit GTR 2, you can even transfer music directly from your iPhone or android phone. I have done videos for music transfer on both these watches linked in the video description. You can check it out. If you want to, you, can even control your phone's music player like Spotify, Amazon, music, Deezer, Pandora, YouTube, music, etc. So, if you have an iPhone, then for music, playback and control, I will prefer fit GTR 2 or the Huawei watch gt2.

Now, with the design and features being done. Let's talk about these specs instead of me. Reading out all the specs just pause the video and read through all the specs listed on the side of the video. Both these watches have amazing display. However, I personally find the Huawei watch.

Gt2's display brighter and crisper. They both have 1.39 inch with 454 pixel resolution watch gt2 has about 2.2 gigs of music storage, while the Amalfi GTR 2 has three gigs of storage. Amazing GTR 2 has Wi-Fi 6, but sadly that can be only used for music transfer. So that's a plus point, as the music transfer happens very fast versus on the Huawei gt2, it happens over Bluetooth, and it takes forever. They both have all that you need in terms of sensors and fitness tracking options.

The misfit GTR 2 is 39 grams versus the gt2 is 41 grams. You barely will feel any difference with that. Now talking about the battery size, the Amalfi GTR 2 has 417 William hour battery size versus the Huawei gt2 46 millimeters has 455 milliampere and right off the bat in terms of battery life. I can say that hands down while you watch gt2 still is the winner. Out of all the watches that I have reviewed on this channel, I still haven't found a competitor to the HAWA gt2.

I can get about 14 days per charge and I have done a video to overhaul the battery life to about three plus weeks linked in the card section, be sure to check it out once you're done watching this one. On the other hand, the Amalfi GTR 2 I'm able to get about 7 to 10 days with heavy to medium use, which you can overhaul to about 2 plus weeks, so GTR 2 is also not bad. It's definitely better than most of the other smartwatches. So, even though Huawei watch gt246 millimeter is a clear winner, but I can gladly recommend the misfit GTR 2 in terms of great battery life. Both these watches can display notifications, even when paired with an iPhone, but you cannot reply from either of them, even when paired with an android device.

You cannot even read the entire message and cannot see any emojis or special characters. Also, you can't get messages which no other smartwatch can, except the Apple Watch now in terms of watch faces, you can have multiple watch faces on Huawei gt2, but not when paired with an iPhone with an iPhone. You only can select from the built-in 15 watch faces. However, on the Amalfi GTR 2 from the watch, you can only toggle between 10 watch faces, but when you go on the zap app on your iPhone under the profile, tab you'll find the connected Amish, GTR, 2 and under the store, you will find a huge selection of watch faces, and you can even have a custom watch face with your custom background image, even when paired with an iPhone. That's really cool.

Now talking about the mobile app, the MTV GTR 2 uses the zap app, which is relatively easy to navigate around and use, but I do find that in it sometimes does not sync. The fitness data instantly versus the hay war gt2 uses the Huawei health app, which is what I personally prefer. I have talked about both these apps in depth, and you can find the video in the playlist for both of these watches listed at the end of this video. But, as I said, I personally like the Huawei health app. Now, let's talk about sleep, tracking fitness tracking and wrap this video up with my final say both these watches tracks your sleep and are relatively accurate from my testing.

Both these smartwatches can detect the precise sleep time and wake-up time with a sleep score and a detailed insight to your sleep data. Like total sleep, deep sleep, light, sleep, rem, sleep, deep, sleep, continuity, average time, awake, breathing quality and even naps with more details and information of each of these metrics. Personally, I really like the sleep tracking of both these smartwatches compared to any other smartwatch that I have reviewed on this channel. The only downside is that the Amalfi gtr2, you can't check your sleep data at a glance from the watch. You have to check it from the zap app on the mobile device in terms of fitness and health tracking.

Both these watches have stress level indicator, for which I have done a detailed review, video linked up in the card section. You can check it out once you're done watching this one. There is the breathing exercise which, sadly, is only available on the Huawei watch gt2. These guided reading sessions are not available on Amazon GTR 2. Both these watches have 24 7, heart rate monitoring, which is perfect and about the same, but I will personally prefer Huawei watch gt2 for heart rate, monitoring, as it seems more accurate and does not give up versus the Amalfi GTR 2.

There are instances where the heart rate is not that accurate in terms of spo2. I have compared their reading against a medical grade, pulse oximeter and they both are relatively the same with a minor variation. Lastly, about fitness and workout tracking on amaze feed, GTR 2, the workouts are organized in categories. When you go in more, you will find various categories where you can find different workouts, but overall the workouts are pretty close on both of these watches. You will find all the workouts that you need for it's just that on Huawei watch gt2, all the workouts are laid out all together, so you have to scroll around a lot to find your desired workout, but in terms of sheer workout options, both these watches are great in terms of workout tracking.

I have used both of these watches against my treadmill and I can say that both of them does about the same. They both show all your data, like heart rate, cadence, space, distance, calorie burnt average speed and much more. I find that Huawei watch gt2 is a bit under shooter in terms of calorie burned, but nothing significant with that said here is my final verdict, guys these videos take a lot of effort to be made as an appreciation to my effort. So both these watches are very similar in a lot of aspects and much of their software. Experience will be just about the same, but there are few distinctive features to keep in mind. If you care about the ability to dial a call directly from the watch or access call logs, then go with the Huawei watch gt2. If you have an iPhone, and you care about ability to transfer mp3 files from your iPhone to your watch, then go with the Amalfi GTR 2. In fact, the music experience of the misfit GTR 2 was much better than the Huawei watch.

Gt2, especially there is Wi-Fi 6 on Amazon, GTR 2 for faster music transfer versus over Bluetooth on the hay watch gt2. They both are about the same with fitness, health and sleep tracking. So, if that's, what you care about either of the one will be a great choice but in terms of looks, I would prefer the Amalfi GTR 2 over the Huawei watch gt2 and battery life of both these watches are great, but with Huawei watch gt2 you can go about 2 weeks easily. Now, if I am forced to pick one, I will pick the amaze with GTR 2.
