ZTE Nubia Red Magic Gaming Smartphone Unboxing and First Look

Welcome back guys and this particular phone has RGB. This is the red magic gaming phone, bye, Nubia and ZTE a lot of people involved on this one. But what we're going to do today is we're going to get this unboxed we're gonna, take a quick look at the phone itself, alright. So here we are with the box for the Nubia red magic gaming, smartphone, so nice little texture to it. The back side has some nomenclature here, showing the multi-layer cooling technology, which we'll look at that in the review. RGB lighting.

Interestingly enough, you know design for power, there's basic information in a 24, megapixel, rear camera and a game boost mode in a long, lasting 3,800 William battery. So that is what's on the box, what is in the box? So it's going to take the lid off put that out of the way right off. We have the foam, but we'll take a look at that in just a moment. Move it out of the way here. So this is the information packet.

So this is what comes in here with some information in it inside this little packet. Let's see that is, ah, it's going to be the key that you're gonna need to change the SIM card so to set that there you get some stickers. You know if you're into that kind of thing and a Quick-start guide. So you know just so. You know how to set things up, of course, an international or a charger that I can't use here.

So I'm going to set that to the side the guys over at red magic, we're at least cool enough to send the US adapter with it. So that's something! So if you ordered one of these, you might want to make sure you get the appropriate adapter for your country, so it still has a USB type-c. So it's nice to see USB type-c with a nice little white board. Let me move this out of the way, and here is the phone itself alright. So it's got a nice little wrapper on it says the card tray bowed heads, headset jack, that's nice! We got an actual headphone on here volume, buttons, power button and the USB type-c port and I messed that up just a second ago moving it around.

But let's go ahead and take this out of here, get rid of that! You know what actually here slide it right out there. You have the foam itself, nice little, actually pretty good size here again for comparison purposes. This is the iPhone, eight plus and the red magic, so there's actually quite a bit more screen on the red magic, we'll get. It started up here in just a second, but this is that game boost mode button right there on the side and the power and volume rockers. Now this is the back of it.

So get all that information there, but this is the RGB bar. You can see the little slots down here and up here. Those are for the cooling, the camera and the flash, and this is a fingerprint reader on the back. So the bottom has my phone and the USB type-c port and there's the car. It's actually really nice feeling this is a metal back on it.

So nice black, it's got the big nifty. Let's get the company logo down there, the powered by Nubia red magic. So, let's so, let's get this thing powered on and see how it starts off: Oh, interesting, okay, so after further review, all it was the phone needed to be properly set up, so I just had to flash it, and they're all you know clear out everything out, so this is uh its stock Android 8.1, Oreo I'm. Quite a fan of that I've already installed a few tests, benchmarks, Suites and such and, of course, Twitter to get going on that. Of course.

Right now, you're not going to see any action from the LED strip, because it's only gonna work for notifications and charging and such like that I got this sticker off, but I tell you what so far um you know, I ain't that bad give my little dinosaur. In there we go first picture all right, guys: Ben Keith, with WCF tech, TV, hang tight for the full review.
