Xiaomi Redmi Pro SPEED TEST Redmi Note 3 Pro 4K

It's time to find out how snappy the brand new Samir Aleppo is, when you compare it to the Redmi Note, 3 pro spoiler alert, you might be surprised, hey. What is up guys is Christophe from visible banking. In this new video, I'm going to do a speed test comparison between the brand-new shell me red me Pro and my beloved red meat, not 3 Pro. This has been my daily driver for the last three months. I love, it does everything. Well, it's got a snapdragon 650 and the battery life is still outstanding, gives me anything between five and six and half hours of screen on time, depending on course of usage.

So, let's start the spit test with booting, so restarting the device. So let's take those two guys there and the power button is, on the right hand, side for both of them, so I'm pressing them, both the Xiaomi Redmi pro here and vibrate it first. So, let's see what's going to happen, but based on my experience, Benji enough, it seems like the Redmi Note.3 pro is faster to start for sure, and again I promise you a few surprises. So stay tuned, I said Snapdragon 650 here it's hey, Leo, X 25. So again it's almost up of the wrench there, so that should do a good job.

They both have three gigs of RAM, and these have 32 gigs of on-board storage, that one's got 64 gigs, and we're still waiting they're, not very fast to start had a few other smartphones which were much faster than them, and you can see here the good old Redmi Note 3 is faster to boot. Then the brand new Xiaomi Redmi pro, and now I wanted to clarify a few things before carrying on this speed test. First, they both run Nova Launcher, which is my favorite launcher on Android, so I hope, you'll like it and let's check those little guys again. They both on flight mode. So we shouldn't be interrupted with texts or calls they're, both running Wi-Fi and they on the same Wi-Fi network.

We've got a broadband here, it's roughly 35 40 Megs per second, so decent speed, but one of the key challenges of those speed test videos is the fact that both devices are accessing the same broadband line. Right the same Wi-Fi so again, one might argue that it's not exactly doesn't reflect me to say the reality. But I know you guys, love those videos, so I decided to make one of those and, as you can see here, they both sound 100% brightness in manual. So again will give you an idea of the quality of the screens, but I also invite you to check the video I dedicated to demonstrating the differences between the screens in various lighting situation from directly in sunlight up to in pitch-black environments. So hopefully you liked that video as well so now a few apps, so I prepared them and what I'm going to do I'm going to launch those apps, ideally at the very same time, to see how quickly the load, and then we'll do another round to see how well they're dealing with RAM management.

So, let's start with a very simple app, so the phone app it's a close call. Maybe the Redmi Note 3 pro slightly faster. So now I've got the calculator 1, 2, 3 again, module I, think the Redmi Note 3 pro is marginally faster. Now we've got settings same now. Clock same that should be doubt: I told you.

There would be surprises, no more interesting apps one of my top apps Apply geek I use it like probably at least a dozen or dozens of times a day, it's to basically being kept abreast of the latest news in the tech world. So let's launch it that's a close call here. It's a close call, but I think maybe again margin. You read me not three Pro IMDB again an app I, love, I, love movies and I love, TV series really not three Pro, so the Snapdragon 650 version, still faster YouTube I, have to tell you. I've got issues with the new, so Xiaomi Redmi pro I've got problems with the Google Play Services.

It's a bit painful. It uses the Chinese ROM, there's no official global ROM, so I'm stuck with it, and I've, got a lot of problems with that. Look. If I, if we stay there, maybe we'll see a get error message again up now, Chrome again same I'd, go back to Chrome, maybe in a second to do three searches as well a bit of social, so Twitter Redmi. Note 3 pro then now, let's talk about a few games right, so I've got asphalt, 8 I'm, not playing that game, but I just thought you might be interested in that come on.

Show me right knee pro and do better than that and once again it seems like the Redmi Note.3 pro is faster. Ah, maybe not okay, so the Xiaomi Redmi pro was faster. Now we've got temple run to every time, I launch it. They have to load something us a bit: annoying okay and candy, crush 1, 2 3 and the Xiaomi Redmi pro is faster on that one, which is a good time. Okay.

So before we do a more test, I'd like to go back again and check the RAM management. So if I open the trace there, let's go back to the first app, so we started with very simple apps one again: the phone app seems like her though she ami Ramiro has to reload it. For some reason, that's pretty odd! Then we've got here. The settings I mean they both had to be loaded. Show me rainy, post, slightly, faster, go back calculator.

Ah, this time the Redmi Note 3 pro ad — reloaded very quickly the clock. You have to reload it again that suits French. Redmi. Note 3 pro slightly faster to do that. Okay, now Apply geek I told you that would be strange data speed test because there are ROME, not report didn't have to reload it carry on now.

We've got IMDB now they both have to reload it and yep. The show me rainy, Pro, slightly faster. It's not like impressively fast, ok, YouTube and wait for the real Play services bug on the left hand, side, and they have to reload it boom. Okay, still thing the Redmi Note, 3 pro is again marginally faster, google and again issues on my show me rainy probe with the beautiful Chinese ROM, and I'll go back to growing a sec to do some tests in the browser, Twitter, so I think Twitter. You have to be reloaded.

Ok, then the game's asphalt 8 and they both have to reload it. That is appointing again, it's probably very unlikely. You'll have so many apps in the background, so I wouldn't anyway. Personally, but still that's a bit disappointing, at least to show me rainy Pro, which is the brand-new phone, is faster than the Redmi Note.3 pro sorry for the noise -. Okay about that temple run again.

They have to reload it beautiful I would probably would have been better if I'd signed in, but sorry about that guys, it's hard to it's hard to decide actually which the faster they are because of the sign on screen, but hopefully still you find it useful. They both have to reload it. Basically, yes and candy, crush, and again I'm. Surprisingly same story: you have to reload both of them and the show-me rainy Pro is faster than the Redmi Note 3. So, let's check out Chrome now: okay, I love issues with the Google services, probably but let's type again, IMDB I MD be right and stranger things great TV series by the way, and ok so again, Redmi Note 3 pro slightly faster and maybe can issue there and, let's put yahoo.

com yeah become yahoo. com. Some difference seems like the Redmi Note.3 pro is much faster than the brand-new Xiaomi Redmi pro with the hell, yo x.25, and now, let's test those fingerprint scanners. So, on the right hand, side you've got the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 pro. As you can see, the fingerprint scanner is on the back, and it's quite useful I mean grow into me.

I really enjoy using it here where it is here, you can click, you just put your finger on it, and then it will do something depending on how you configure your device. Three main things you can do. One is to unlock the device, of course second, and that's the beauty of shell me and their OS, you can easily unlock an app, and you can of course, choose the apps you want to protect and the third. You can also take a selfie because you don't have to click. You just have to press.

So that's a useful feature. If you're a selfie lover on the left hand, side, you've got the brand-new Xiaomi Redmi pro. So, as you probably know already, they decided to opt for a dual camera setup in the back, which I think is gimmicky, but please check my video reviews about the camera, so they had basically to be more traditional and put the fingerprint scanner at the bottom on the front of the device which again than you've got pros, and you got comms for both designs. So again I like that one more and more, but if your phone is on the table of course, it's impossible to use the one on the back. So again, it's up to you, but now, let's give it a go here, so I'm going to press it because one of the differences as well, this you have to click on it.

So you have to press it to basically go through a notification screen or bypass it. If you configure it that way, which I did right now for the video and then rich, sorry rich your screen, so you have to press it. So it might be a bit slower but again, I. Think by removing the notification screen I think it's going to speed up the whole process. So, let's do it 1 2 3, please litter up when I get one.

Two three need to push a bit longer here, one two: three: yes, that's probably enough again, I invite you to check the video, because I created a video just to show you how those fingerprint scanners are working, how reliable and how again quickly you can use them to unlock the devices. So please check that video. So last but not least, the camera test, usually a YouTubers like test how quickly the device launches the camera app right and how quickly. So. You can take pictures here, I'm going to do that, I'm going to start with that by the way, but I also want to show you how quickly the device focuses and take a picture and how quickly it takes a picture in a low-light environment using the flashlight and I hope.

You'll find that useful again. Tell me in your comments and if you are curious, you like to find out more about the camera experiences on those devices, I invite you to check my other videos, which are focused on one show you the experience on the show me Rail. Pro and second, to compare those two cameras and again the results are quite surprising, a bit like for the speed test. Okay, so the first test is to launch the camera. So let's check one two three a bit of a draw: maybe the Redmi Note 3 pro modules faster that do.

Let's do something here: let's get rid of everything: let's do it again right, ok, so 1 2, 3 I think the Raymond has 3. Pro is faster again now, let's write the autofocus and metal focus as well. Yeah focus, okay! So that's the focusing with the Redmi Note, 3 pro and now, they'll show me red-meat pro steel HDR off here, and you can see who's faster. The quality is sharper as well, not so much shallow depth-of-field here and now in low-light situation. So neither this brand new like she'll, marry me Pro, nor the Redmi Note 3 pro are perfect in follow light photography and a pretty average is, but still I wanted to give you an idea still fast, actually to take picture, but again I'll use the flash okay one to so.

You see text the long wire and now the Redmi Note 3 program so same exercise. Traveling more here see you again. I am Groot, so it seems same speed, maybe slightly faster, but of course not just about the speed it's about the quality. So now, let's check out the results there you have it, so I hope you enjoyed the spit test, comparison between the Show, Me, red meat, Pro and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 pro. Please tell me what you think: I think the results are fascinating or concerning I, don't know what to which were to choose there, because I still think that the Remy not reported very well with its snapdragon 650 and not super impressed with the Hello x.25 here under Xiaomi Redmi pro. But again, I'm interested in your comments.

If you liked the video, please give me a thumbs up, that'd be so appreciated. So much appreciated it's important I'm, not a professional YouTuber I. Just do that on my spare time. I don't have that much spare time, but I'm always happy to help. If you didn't like it, you know what to do as well.

Please leave a comment with your suggestions, your feedback and your requests for other video and last but not least, please subscribe. Then you know as soon as I'm publishing a new video on this channel. So thank you so much for watching, and I'll see you in the next video peace.
