Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro unboxing & quick look By Hindustan Times

Hi everyone I'm Robinson, our from in the stand time stick now. Xiaomi is being really aggressive. With its Redmi Note, smartphone launches few months after the launch of Redmi Note 8 pro, the company has now launched Redmi Note 9 pro in India, the smartphone comes out: two-piece 12, triple 9 and 15, triple 9 4, 4, +, 64, +, 6, +, 1, 288 GB model, the one that we are right now is the 6 plus 128 GB model that comes in Aurora blue. You can also get it an interstellar black and white color variants. So let's get started with the unboxing and let's check out the smartphone itself so guys. This is the Redmi Note 9 pro.

Let's see what you get inside the box like we said before the smartphone variant that we have right now with us is the Aurora blue version. We'll take a look at this in a while other than the smartphone. You get a travel adapter. This is the 18 watt travel adapter and, along with that, you get a USB type-c cable. You also get some documentation and a sim ejector tool, and here is the transparent cover case, so that's pretty much it that you get inside the box of the Redmi Note 9 probes.

So this is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 pro. As you can see, this is the Aurora blue color variant that we talked about at the back. You can see four rear cameras in a rectangular setup. This is different from the red we noted Pro that was launched months ago and at the front there is a six point. Six seven-inch full HD, plus screen and what's different this time is that there's a fingerprint sensor on the side, which was not there in the Dead me Note, 8 pro.

As you can see, this is the six point: six seven inches for AC plus screen with 415 eighths of brightness in the settings. You can change the brightness level. You have a reading mode. Furthermore, you can also switch on the dark mode. Furthermore, you can change the text size, and you can even select apps that you need to see in full-screen mode other than this.

The smartphone, as you can see, right now, runs MINI 11, which is based on Android 10, and the one that we have right now is the 128gb model that also comes with 6 TB of RAM. You also get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 G processor, in this handset. What's special about the processor is that it supports ISRO's, nav in GPS system as well. Now this includes a 48 megapixel primary sensor, along with an 8 megapixel ultra-white sensor, 5 megapixel macro sensor and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. As you can see by default, we are in the photo mode. You can also change it to 48 megapixel mode, and there are different dedicated modes for portrait, night, shot panorama and there's a pro mode as well. On top, you have different options of turning on the flash, HDR AI photography, and this is something called as pro color mode which enhances the color in an image under the settings. You can switch off the device watermark.

You can change the picture quality from high to standard and low and there are some other options as well, including scanning of QR codes, saving location, information, switching on or off the camera sounds and much more now the device can record 4k videos at 30fps. Furthermore, you can also record full HD videos at 60fps or 30fps and HD videos at 30. Yes, in addition to this, you can shoot 1080p, slow motion, video at 120 frames per second. So in the video section you can see under the settings, you can change the video quality here right now. It's a thousand 80 PE, 60 fps.

You can change it to 4k 30fps. You can use the time-lapse grid lines macro and other settings as well, and there is a dedicated, slow motion section where you can shoot videos at 960 fps. So, in addition to all this, you get a 16 megapixel, front-facing camera. You can again change the flash HDR settings AI mode and under the settings you can change the camera frame as well. You can set timer, you can have palm shutter and then again there are other general camera settings and as for the battery, this smartphone comes with a massive 5 0 to 0 mAh battery capacity.

As you can see in the battery section, you can optimize the battery and there are some AB battery saver options as well. You can choose the apps and change the restrictions of using the battery, and then there are battery usage stats. Here you can see what all apps are using the most battery in the smartphone, and besides this, you have the standard battery saver option where you can toggle on this battery saver option and restrict the activity that's running behind, but then this will extend the battery life of the Redmi. Note 9, throw even more and that's pretty much it for the battery of the smartphone so guys that was our quick look at the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 for the 6 plus 128 G model that comes out to be 15 triple 9, like we have said before. This also comes in 4 +, 64, GB variant, that is priced at 12 —, 4 9.
