Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite ! 7 Things to Know Before Buying !

What is up guys welcome back to the channel. This is Dr ham stank, so today, what we have here is the Xiaomi me 11 like this is, of course, the budget version from the Xiaomi mi 11 series. There is already this Xiaomi mi 11, the mi 11 ultra would be coming out later this month and now what we have here is the mi 11 lite. So in a lot of places I know later tonight or whenever you are watching this, this phone right here would be released and would be on sale. So in today's video, what we're going to do is just check out this phone check, the main key, specs and features, and just let you know if this phone is worth to get in 2021, so without further ado, let's get right into it. So this is the box.

If you do plan to order it, and over here I have to say it does look pretty elegant and very minimalistic over here. It does remind you that you do have easy access to your Google apps. This is across some jokes to some certain Chinese company that do not have your Google app services, of course, knowing Xiaomi. I don't think they should be joking about this stuff, seeing that how things are with the US. So yes, going on to the site you can see here.

It is quite a tick box and there is a lot of stuff which we will check out right now. So the first thing here is your cable, which would be paired with your 33 watt or brake charging. This is pretty standard nowadays with most Xiaomi devices. I am not complaining, of course, seeing that certain other companies like Samsung apple, they do still give you a 20 or 25 once if you buy some older phones, if you buy a new phone, you might not even get a charger. So yes kudos to sell me for supplying us with a 33 wide of fast charging.

So this is it. This is the sell me 11.9 and I have to say it does look perfect, actually very reflective and, as you can see, if you look closely deep enough, you can actually see yourself in the mirror. So I have to say the design is all right. It's very thin. Just give me some time to set this phone up, and I'll see you guys in a little.

So the Xiaomi me 11 light does have a glass back and, as I said before, it is very shiny, very reflective, and yes, you can use it even as a mirror going on to the front. You do have your gorilla glass pipe to go extra protection, which is a good thing, and I'm going to say it is very, very slim and very thin, and over on the back you can see you will get a lot of fingerprint smudges as you would with a glass back. So yes, I would want to put a case on this home. So, yes, going on to the side over here, you do have a side volume rocker for your body keys and also a side mounted fingerprint scanner. This one works really, really fast and I'll.

Show you how fast this one goes, as you can see here, tap right into your phone and try it one more time, as you can see very, very fast, and this one also does have a face. Unlock and I'll. Show you how fast this one is, show it to my face and then go right in: let's try one more time and boom you're right in, so yes face unlock fingerprint unlock and your volume rockers. So this one over here is powered by the snapdragon 732g. This is, of course, a 4g variant.

There will be a 5g variant released in certain countries with the latest 700 series chipset, but this one here 732g no 5g support and in terms of just normal usage, I think this one is all right. You don't really have much of an issue, but in terms of hardcore gaming, if you want to go push it up to some maximum settings, you might not get the settings that you want. So yes, this one is more for a light user. I would say- and over here this one does come with six gigs of ram and 128 gigs of UFS 2.2 storage. This, of course, is pretty decent in a budget phone like this.

So going on to the bottom of the phone you're going to see you have your stereo speaker set up on the bottom here, and also on the top to give you your stereo speakers, you do have a micro as the expansion slot with your dual sim and this one does not have an earphone jack now, it's time to test out those stereo speakers and let's just play the clip over here. So I have to say the speakers are pretty good pretty loud and the base as well is pretty punchy. So, yes, in terms of the display and speaker, the Xiaomi mi 11, lite does really, really good. This very slim phone over here does give you a decent sized battery. This one does have 4250 battery and again this one can be charged up with your fast brake charger over here with 33 watts and right off the box.

The Xiaomi mi 11 lite does come with the mi UI global version.12.0.7 so yes, this is very similar to many other phones that are released this year as well. So you're not really missing out a lot when it comes to display. You do have to always on display, which is something you do get with your AMOLED screens and yes, many other functions as well. If you guys want to know a little more, do leave a comment down below, and I'll get to it. So the 11 light does come with a 6.55 inch, AMOLED display and in a typical 2021 fashion. It does support that higher refresh rate, although limited to only 90 hertz can support up to hdr10, and it does have a brightness of about 500 nits to all the way to 800 nits.

So the special thing about this display is Xiaomi is posting that one brilliant color with this AMOLED display. So you guess colors here, are going to be very sharp, very vibrant and again very bright with most of the things you'll watch and lastly, over here. Let's talk about those cameras, so over here you do have the Sancho, which is pushed to the side. It does come with a 16 megapixel sensor and going on to the back. You have a triple camera setup.

You have a 64 megapixel, shooter, f, 1.8, 8 megapixels for your ultra-wide f 2.2 and a macro shooter 5, megapixel and 2.4, so yeah. So yes, basically again, this is a dual pixel camera. Seeing that the macro shooter is pretty much useless all right. So when it comes to photos taken with the 11, like I have to say I am not very impressed. It does give you a set of decent photos.

I would say- and of course, if you're coming from any phone that is lower than this, you will not notice much of a difference. But of course, if you want to nitpick the dynamic range isn't that great compared to other flagship phones. As you can see here in some of this shadow, we suppose a lot of details is lost and color is a bit more blunt compared to your flagship phones. So now we're going to do a bit of a display test over here. So, let's see some photos and do leave a comment down below what you guys think about the sharpness, the color and, of course, the clarity when it comes to these images.

For me personally, looking at these images for a long time, I have to say that AMOLED display one billion colors does look very sharp and details are pretty good on the Xiaomi mi 11 lite, all right. So now I want to give you my thoughts and opinion on the 11.9 before you guys buy it, and what I have to say I really like about this is the fact that the display on this is perfect. You, of course, have your AMOLED display your 90 hertz refresh rate and, of course, it's a big screen for most of your people and the fact of course, if you couple this with your stereo speakers, enjoying your social media on this is very decent. The only problem I have with this is the timing of this phone. Because, right now you can actually get the Redmi Note, 10 pro the Poco f3 and the x3 pro if you want a new phone from.

So what I mean by that is that if you actually compare this phone to the Redmi Note 10 pro it's very, very similar, but for them, they do have your AMOLED display. Although the Redmi Note 10 pro does have a 120hz panel and of course, in terms of the chipsets, both for them are pretty similar in terms of your internal specs. So yes, both of them are pretty similar, but the Redmi Note 10 pro would be actually cheaper compared to the mi 11 lite and also don't forget the Redmi Note.10 pro does have a 108 megapixel sensor, whereas over here you only get your 64 megapixel shooter. So yes, in terms of spec sheet, I would say I would prefer to go for the Redmi Note 10 pro and of course, if you compare this to the x3 pro or Poco f3, the chipset on that would just beat the 11 light. I did wish that they would just release the 11 like 5g.

I think that would be a more decent phone, but the 4g over here the fact that you don't have 5g, you don't have your 120hz panel and yes, it's more of a cutback in terms of build and design. It is having a glass build, but it feels very plastic and very flimsy. If I want to put this in a pocket, it may not last very long because it's very thin and very light. So, yes, in terms of durability, I don't think this phone would actually hold up pretty well. So these are just my thoughts if you guys are thinking of getting this phone if you're still in so, if you guys are thinking of getting this phone, if you have some more questions, do leave it in the comments down below, and I'll check that out.
