Top 10 "DOPE Free Apple Watch Apps! 2020

Continuing off the series will recover a list of ten free to download apps in this video. We're going to go ahead and look at those apps, but for any app watch. So with that said, let's go ahead and begin and quickly go ahead and download these because last year, when we made a similar video like this a few months later, it went from being free to now costing some money. So if you don't want to miss out on these, some of these awesome apps continue watching this video and let's go ahead and get started all right behind the camera time. Let's start off, this video was a basic one, and I'm sure. Yes, I know this application has been out for a while, but it's Pandora.

The reason why I'm featuring Pandora again is that well I never featured on my channel before, but they recently got a new update. A massive update, I should say it's not only an interface has changed as everything is now categorized which we're now playing station, heck I even got podcasts down here, and you can see you're now playing on your iPhone. So that said, was this new interface there's also new Siri integrations, and some of these are really useful. Now I do like this new control layout I think it looks spotless, I'm sure many of others will also agree, but let me show you: the new Siri integrations that I find really useful dislike this track and with that said, it sends a message to Pandora and you can see it disliked it on our app watch as they just skip the track, but here's another one live, so you can see us liking a track and there you go it liked it right there. This is extremely convenient, especially when you're working out, and you're, using your ear pods using the hands-free Siri control, not as next one is a great way to, instead of using Siri to verbally search for websites like when you request Siri to launch Google using WebKit.

This method worked really well, it's just. You have to verbally ask Siri to go to these websites. Well, that's where this next app comes in. This app is called parity, it's free to download and basically allows you to have a web browser on your wrist. When you first launch the application, the default search engine is Google, so you can basically search the web for anything you want.

It is slightly slower compared to WebKit. That's one thing: you have to definitely keep in mind, that's one of the trade-off you're doing here, but if you actually have to search for certain articles for websites and stuff like that depend on your situation, you can verbally ask a request Siri to launch its websites. This is a great alternative to prevent you from distracting others or getting caught if you're doing last-minute research on an assignment. So not saying you should do this, but I'd done that before, and this application was a huge Savior in those types of situations. Moving on to the third one is a useful battery app this one's called battery plus HD well I like about this one.

They actually have a complication that will actually not just show you the battery life percentage of your watch, but when you actually click on it, there's actually some useful stuff you can do at it. Not only can we see our battery life consumption like how much battery life we have left with this current level, but if you slide to the right side, you also get estimates for other activities. So you can see the estimate on how much you have left for certain activities so talk time you can see it right there, music, playback and or workout, or an outdoor workout with GPS you haven't eaten. Basically, you will have an ETA, so you have a better understanding how much battery life you have left for those type of activities. So since this app is free to download and gives you actually crucial information, especially if you're, an outdoor runner, I really do recommend checking out this app just calendars, the name of this one and this one also has a complication support, but for some reason it was working fine yesterday, but for some reason they glitched and this little black area.

On my screen. That's actually the complication for some reason. It's just blank originally, let's suppose to tell me the date like the regular calendar complication, but hopefully if this gets fixed in the future, maybe it was my fault. I probably did something wrong when I was updating my watch, who knows, but when you launch the application, what this allows you to do is you could actually view the entire year calendar on your wrist now the default calendar app by Apple. It only shows you one month you can't go to the next year or the previous three or four months like you, you are stuck with only the existing month.

If you want to see all those other months, you have to go on your iPhone. Well, this application solves this issue, and since it's free to download like using this application, the native one now then the OS- hopefully they fix that complication issue. I was showing you earlier, but yes this, and you can also view the year ahead or in the pass. If you wish, you get the complete calendar on your wrist. This really does come in handy, especially when you're on the phone setting up an appointment for a dental appointment or a doctor appointment or something like that, and if you're in a public place, you don't want to switch your phone call conversation to speaker to view those next days on your iPhone.

You don't have to do that with this application, as you can just look at it on your wrist and schedule, your appointment on the appropriate date. That's how I used it and that's how this application came in handy this next app, it's another very useful one. This one is called Nova, and it's this little complication. You see here when you press on it. It will instantly restart, recording like a voice memo and will save that data to your phone when you're done recording this is super handy when you got to record something on a late notice, and you go so view that audio log right here on your Apple Watch itself and Eco also allow it to play through speaker.

If you want to, you can use the digital crown to skip through it as well, and if you go back and record another one, this little hashtag symbol will actually make highlight points. So if something important that happen when you're recording it will actually make little highlight points on the audio log. So when you're listening to it, it's going to tell you how many highlight points you have right there, which is really nice, but when you actually play it, there's a little dot right here of those highlight points, so you can use the digital crown again to like fast-forward and listen to data. Highlighted point may imagine this being extremely useful for class because soon, as you're done recording, it's immediately transferred from the watch to your iPhone. Now this next app is more of an entertainment, app it's called pacemaker and what it basically allows you to do is become a DJ with just your Apple Watch.

You have a bunch of weird DJ tools, not on every important DJ tool, but you can mix two tracks and transition them really smoothly. Surprisingly, and if you slide over, you have four different effects: issues from and then, if you have music songs installed on your iPhone, you could actually add it and mix between those two songs as well. But if you're subscribed to Spotify Premium, you can also use their library of songs as well, so you can listen to it. Was it either your ear pods or by default it'll play using the speakers on your iPhone, and you can make some sick beats like this, but that's basically pacemaker in a nutshell. Moving on watch Smith is the name of this next step, and what does it allow you to do is create some fascinating.

I'll, say complications when you click on it. You have like miniature games kind of like this one. This is like a pong version, but you play with yourself, and you know the objective. It's just to make sure to ball this and leave the center. They just keep bouncing as many times you want.

There's other mini-games here too, which I thought was kind of neat, but you got your health workouts. It's pretty generic I, just like the games, but when you actually launch the native app on your iPhone, you could create these different style of complications. Watch face complications you can see which ones which so like this ones in for graph circles, this one's for the info graph, one for one in two corners, the top large there's a bunch of different watch, faces complications you can make and create. But the cool thing about this app is when you actually click on one, and you want to customize it by default. It's going to be on the calendar, but let's say there's certain time of days.

You want this complication to switch between other complications. This application allows you to do that. So what's this clock face you, you could actually like to organize it, so you can schedule the complication to switch automatically throughout the day. So right now we have it for 12:00 a. m.

and now from 12:00 to 3:00, it's gonna display the date complication and then past 3:00 to 5:00. It's going to show us our battery life, complication, and I'm. Pretty sure you get the picture, you can add more complications, so it will automatically switch throughout the day and now with that, the complication itself, like the font, is fully customizable. So there's a certain look, you want to go for you. Can you change the font? You can change the color.

You can change the bottom color as well as the background. There is a premium version goodbye to unlock more complications, the price off, but it's not really required, but if you really enjoy this application, I mean you can, and you know a lot more features we're just kind of neat, but that's basically the quick overview of this app moving on sleepiest is the name of this one. It's also free to download, like everything else in this video I keep forgetting, but it's ready to download it's basically a sleeping aid of what it is. Once you already create your account and everything you have these different categories to choose from the first one will actually read you a bedtime story, so there are different stories you could select from this is like smooth like sounding. So you allow you to rest and fall asleep fast, but you go to play ambient white noise like road noise, like with rain, thunders, waterfall, I'm, pretty sure you get the picture, there's also a meditation section down here, as well with other background noise.

So if you're sleeping one's headphones on earbuds' ear, pods beats whatever. If you need that aid of going to sleep, or you sleep with a sleep tracking app, you might as well add this one in the mix. So you can get a better night's sleep motivation is the name of this next app and if you post a lot of stuff on social media, and you can't figure out a caption for a picture or something I like to use this app because it's really motivational, and it's really relatable. So if you need some kind of motivation, speak for yourself or you just can't figure out what a caption a good captain would be for an image or update on social media. Definitely check out this app and I guess you could take it just credit the artists, even though they don't do it now for our final app, it's called simple and if you're fasting, if you like, working out fasting like doing fasting, cardio or you're just trying to get shredded for summer, but you want to give yourself time it will actually set a timer and let you know through the window that you selected.

How long has it been since you last had a meal, so you know went too fast. So if you're doing like a 12-hour fast or 8 hours fast, it will actually allow you to log in your meals right here, and it will actually keep a count-down. So you know when you need to eat your next, so if you're fasting and portraying guest writer for summer, or something like that, even though, hopefully it's not cancelled, but if you're trying to do like a certain weight goal- and you are actually doing the fasting massive check out this app, it will definitely be a great companion for you and there we have it folks, hope you enjoyed it and, like always, I'll make sure to leave links to where you can find these apps in the video description down below. So this way they are literally a click away. If you want to know more about the accessories I'm using on my Apple Watch, you can go ahead and watch that video over here as I go through some of my favorite accessories and then over here is a playlist of a bunch of other Apple apps that we covered each video introduces new apps.

So no video is the same, so you don't have to worry about that anyway. Folks, thank you. So much for watching take care, stay, safe, stay, healthy, and I'll catch you in the next one see ya.
