Switch to the New Google Pixel (and Do Yoko Uke in Karate)

SPEAKER 1: Hey there. So if you found this video, it's probably because you're curious about switching over to a new Google Pixel. Well, good news-- switching is super quick and easy. In fact, it's so simple that, while your data and pics and stuff automatically transfer over, we can teach you something less simple, like how to karate chop a board. Let's start with the Pixel. Just insert your SIM.

Turn the Pixel on and follow a few simple steps. Boop, boop. Now connect this cable to your old phone and the Pixel will take it from here. Don't worry about losing anything. As long as you know how to plug in a cord, you can't mess this up.

Your photos, contact, settings, whatever will magically come right over. OK. Now that the easy part is over, let's get to something a little more challenging. SPEAKER 2: Welcome, guys. Today is your first class as a beginner starting karate, and this is what you're going to learn.

Our first block is yoko uke, which is side block. OK, so we're going to break this move down into two sections just so you do it correctly from the start. So the first section is-- halfway point is block, cross. Hand goes on the outside. Let's do it one more time.

Block on the outside and then together. This the hand comes back and the other hand goes out like this. Ichi, ni. Ichi, ni. SPEAKER 1: Hold it right there, Daniel-san.

Looks like your transfer is complete. Piece of cake, right? Couple more steps and it's all yours. Add a PIN-- mm, not that one-- a fingerprint, and you're done. SPEAKER 2: Nice. SPEAKER 1: Not only do you have a brand new Pixel, it even brought over your old wallpaper.

If you were hoping for a clean slate, you should have changed it before the transfer. You can change it now, but that's another video. Till next time, enjoy your new Pixel.
