Spigen Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Cases By EBPMAN Tech Reviews

Hey guys ABV man here, and today we're gonna, take a look at the entire family of speeding cases for the Samsung Galaxy Note. We're also going to take a look at the fit. We wouldn't do a wireless charging test and see why you should consider one of these cases. For your note, 9, let's check it out now. Sign has a long-standing history of creating fantastic products that are both durable and very affordable, and they are very flexible when it comes to the styles that you're really looking for, so you're going to find a variety of cases that are gonna. Give you military drop protection, you're gonna, find cases that are going to be ultra slim, and you're, also going to find cases that have a little kickstand feature as well, so good variety of cases that it's gonna really fit the needs you have when it comes to having your note, 9 and being able to enjoy the media features or the specific features that you're looking for with your new phone.

So let's go ahead and look at these cases we're going to look at those that are non military-grade protection, but are going to give you that unique fit, and then we're going to move our way to the more robust cases. They're going to give you ultimate for wireless charging capabilities, make sure you hit the subscribe button and tap the little bell icon to get notified when new videos become available. So we're going to be looking at a couple series cases: we're gonna look at the liquid crystal series, the hybrid and there are several types of hybrids that we're gonna look at and the armor series and for the armor series of the rugged armor. There's a slim armor, there's a tough armor, there's all these different type of armors. So let's go ahead and start with the first one, which is the liquid crystal.

That has it isn't military drop protection, but it would still give you some good protection, but it's really gonna focus on giving you that ultra slim fit but still showcasing your phone. Let's start with that, one! Alright! So the first one we're looking at is the liquid crystal. So the liquid crystal is a CPU case, very flexible, really, nice optical clarity. So you can see just straight through dusting to pick up some fingerprints though, so we're going to go ahead and, put our note now there are two color notes available in the US. You have your blue and you have your lilac.

We will have a lilac that we'll be showing as well later on in the wee this one you'll notice that it does showcase the color really nicely right. You'll notice that you have some good protection here for your camera. There's some nice depth, their bottom cutouts are excellent. You do have some screen protection, so we'll go ahead and put this in an angle here, so you can see it. So you see how it comes up on the screen on each side, and then you have some nice bumper protection.

Let's see if the wireless charging is gonna work on this, so we're gonna wait for this to just slide up and it does so we're solid for a wireless charging. Alright. So the first case we're gonna, take a look at now in to kneel hybrid series. Is this one right here? It does have military drop protection, which the other one didn't have that certification, which means that it's gone through rigorous testing drops front sides all that stuff to make sure that your phone doesn't get damaged. Now, keep in mind that while it does have military-grade- and this is truth with all cases that if your phone happens to fall, face down and there's a pebble Iraq, something that it falls on, it's not going to prevent your phone from getting cracked, because your face the face of the phone is completely exposed, so I always recommend having a screen protector.

We have some screen protector that we're going to be testing on the channel, so make sure you subscribe so that you can see that. So, let's take a look at this case, we'll take a look at what it looks like on the phone and then check out all the features. Now. This is something pretty signature when it comes to the sign line. You know they have this little pattern in the inside.

That's going to disperse impact, you're going to see that with all their cases, you also see that there's some nice bumper protection on each side, this one as you compare it to the previous one that we looked at, which seemed a little thin, and it was a lot more flexible. I can really tell that this is going to give me some more protection. You'll notice that it's a combination of two materials and this one almost has I- want to call it a carbon fiber, but it has a really nice look to the back of it, which is kind of soft, and then it has this hard, polycarbonate material. That's all the way around giving you some extra protection, and let's face it, that most of the time when you drop your phone, the corners are the ones that are going to get impacted. So let's go ahead and snap our phone in and see what it looks like now to insert your phone into this case.

What I recommend is that you at least remove this part here, because this is has or give some structure some firmness to the case. So I've moved it off just a little, and then I was able to snap it in if not you're going to have a hard time putting it into place so make sure that you at least remove that slightly now taking a look at the case, you see how looks really nice and even with the blue I know, some of you may have been concerned with blue only being available in the U. S. I. Don't know why Samsung did that, but I'm like the black phones- and this doesn't bother me- you know when you look at how the case offsets with the actual camera I think it actually looks.

Pretty cool now take a look at the protection that you have there good protection good depth, fingers almost self-guided, because it has that- and this is perfect too, because as it's in an angle, you don't get camera flash. So that's perfect. Now on the bottom notice, how generous the cutouts are right, so you have your stylus really easy to get to your s-pen. If we take a look at your screen protection, this actually gets raised up as a little more. So you can see how higher it is.

Put it in an angle right here, much higher than what we saw on the other screen and then also what you have is very responsive buttons. So you can see the buttons right here pop out. You can see the button right here, pops out as well. Now the sides you got some good protection, so you can see how thick it is on the sides and let's go ahead and try our wireless charging see if it pops up, and it did so it's solid. Now we have two additional cases in the Neo Hybrid series.

Both of them are going to pass wireless charging, so we're going to skip that, but we're going to put our phone inside the case, so you can see out what your phone will look like, especially if you have the blue. So let's go ahead and put them both so that you can see what it looks like all right now, as you all can see, really all the notes, no matter what color you choose, have the same color front. So it's black, but here you have kind of a blue treatment, so I'm going around you notice as I flip it over. It's also blue, and this one does a real nice transition, and you saw the black one that and look bad either, but this one looks really sharp with the blue transitioning to the blue on the back, so blue and silver thumbs up speaking like it now. The next color is, is somewhat of a maroon color I like this too and I, keep on mentioning the fact that, even though you have the blue, the other colors, the cases of different colors still look fine.

So you notice this one has like a gold treatment, and then it has the maroon treatment still is going to give you that awesome protection and again all you have to do- is snap. Those sides in when you put them up the case on, and you'll be solid, so again same level of protection that we saw earlier, but now this one is a different color using the gold and maroon treatment pretty hot. Now this is the last of the hybrid series that we received. This is the ultra hybrid. Now this is going to be a clear case.

It's different from the one we saw earlier that didn't have that military grade protection. So let's take a look at this one, alright. So now at first blush it looks just like the other case that we saw, but I have to tell you it's different. This is how you're going to know it is very difficult to twist. Now it has that optical clarity.

Look how clear that is as it's going straight through, which I really love I, have not personally experienced speaking cases going yellow, so I always get that question. While they go, yellow I'll tell you if you have one go, yellow contact them, because it's never happened to me, but this is gonna. Be look incredibly sharp. You can see high gloss, which you know it's unavoidable. You're probably get something two prints on it, but your phone is gonna, look absolutely fantastic on it, and you know it comes down to the color of your phone is just going to pop.

So take a look at that now again, mine I got a lot of fingerprints on my phone, so I apologize for that, but you can see how nice that looks. Look at the screen protection good screen protection. All your ports are nicely easy, accessible, and they're wide, which is really important. So if you have those headphone jacks that go on an angle, or you have a larger, you know third-party USB cable. You don't have to worry about that.

Oh my god, just really, really like the way. This case looks very responsive sides, again good bumper protection on the sides and then also we have some decent screen production and see how that comes up put in an angle. So you can see that, so you have good screen protection in this case. So I like this one, a lot more from clear if I were to choose I'd, probably choose the ultra hybrid. If I'm going to go with the clear one, alright, so now we've made it to the armor series and of the sign line.

Well, I'll tell you: I do like a lot of the cases that I saw. The armor series is a series that, for me, is the go-to series. It gives me the most confidence when it comes to drop protection. I've had these on phones. You know from my very first Samsung phones for my very first iPhones, and you know here we have a wide variety of, so we're gonna, be looking at the slim Armour, the tough Armour, the rugged Armour cases and I.

Think the last one that we have right here is your liquid air. So let's go ahead and take a look at these. We're going to go ahead and start with our rugged armor and work our way through now. The interesting thing about the rugged armor is that it is a 100% CPU case, and it will make you pause at first. It's kind of made me his first thing for a second, while do I want just a CPU case on my phone, but if she works.

Really well notice has the same kind of patterning to disperse impact, has good corners, and you can see how thick the rubber is on sides on the back. It has this kind of its kind of like a metallic satin type, look to it with a carbon fiber on the bottom, which makes it look really cool. When you look at it, it looks like a hard shell case, but it really isn't you can see by the flexibility, so I'm going to go ahead and snap my phone in here, and we're going to take a look at what this looks like we're, going to power that down- and you notice, look how sharp that looks. Love the kind of glossy carbon fiber on top on the bottom, nice easy access for your fingerprint scanner. When you look at screen protection, you'll notice, how this is coming up right here see that right there each side is good, feels good on the hand, very responsive buttons as well.

Cutouts are pretty much spot-on. Every single case that you get from speaking is gonna. Have that good feature pinhole mic there? So this is a great case and wireless charging is gonna, be solid to it. So you're going to see that little thing pop up, and it's wireless charging. So now the slimmer series is an all-time favorite of mine.

I've been using these for a very long time, and this is a unique one because it has like a little a credit card area. So what we're going to do is going to pull this out like this and then this is where you'd put your credit card, and you put it in place now. The questions going to be I want to put a couple cards in here, and then we're going to see if it is wireless test positively, so we'll see if it will work. So we have polycarbonate material with a CPU, but it's a really hard CPU you'll notice how much thicker the material is, because this is the tough armor series. So let's go ahead and put our phone in and see what it looks like.

So right off the bat you can see how much depth you have here. So this is significantly you know deeper you'll. It feels really great, has very responsive buttons, notice, your cutout and then notice the depth that you have there. So a lot of material protecting your phone. If it were to drop on the face here, awesome protection.

You can see that right there I'll put it in an angle, each side. The sides feel really nice and robust. And again you have this little credit card component, where you can put two cards in there. So let's put two cards in, so I'm, going to have two cards I'm going to put in this old sim card, which is the size of a credit card, and then I also have a gift card inside. So we're just going to slide that in close the compartment and the big test is: will it wirelessly test for the charging and BAM it works, double thumbs up, sign love it alright, so I had to say as soon as these cases came in hidden, my wife went through the box of goodies that came in from sign.

She saw this one, and she says mine, it's its hers, and you probably understand why this is going to go fantastic with the lilac version. Now again, this is a tough Armour case, so you can see that it's going to be more bulky, but what I love about these cases is that it has the kickstand so larger screen consuming media streaming media. This is going to be the case for you. So let's go ahead and put in our phone has all the same protection that we talked about before, but much thicker, because it's the tough series, so let's check it out. Alright, it's the same as we saw before great screen protection on each side.

Nice, nice, responsive buttons here, and you can tell the difference when your big speed button and your volume rocker here power button. Look at that camera protection right there, a lot of depth back here, look at the material we'll just put in an angle, so you can see how much material is there so go like this. You can see. Look at that nice, nice, nice protection, and again you have this kickstand in this kickstand on just comes out like that, and you're able to put your phone like this to be able to consume media, and it's easy to snap, and it has a little feedback. It's you kind of hear this click that takes place.

So what we're going to do now, let's power it down, put it here and see if we get the charging civil BAM, and it works so a couple seconds ago we saw tough armor I'll say for her, and this is the tough armor for me. So love you know, I'm, not a guy that likes a lot of color in their cases. So what we're looking at here is the black version same features when it comes to the kickstand, but we're going to go ahead and insert our phone. So you can see what that looks like Wireless charge is gonna. Work, no worries there.

We've already tested that a couple of times- and we know this series is- is definitely one that will support that, and the important thing is that not only will it support wireless charging, Samsung pay is a go-to, so again, goodgoodgood screen protection notice that back right there, nice protection kickstand, which is super awesome cutouts, are really nice again pinhole mic. Everything is nice same features, and you can see that there is kind of like that, little Ridge on that big speed button. So this is a definite by as well. You know what I say: cases are like shoes: women have lots of them, some guys do too, but definitely if your phone guy or phone girl you got to get more than one now. The last case and the sign line they're going to look at is liquid air.

The liquid air case is an again one of those CPU cases, but its military drop tested also certified. So there's going to give you some good protection, and again it's going to give you kind of different texture. Look in the back, but it's it is it's thicker from the material. That's going to give you some good protection, so we're going to go ahead and snap our phone in here. I will wipe this off a little, and then you can see what that looks like.

So it looks like it's a hard case, but it isn't perfect protection because you can see the same depth that you saw before notice, the material that you have here, and I think that's where you get that drop certification, because it is, there's a lot of material notice, a screen protection. Alright. So once you put a screen protector on, there's going to come up a little higher, but it's not going to be flush and then the sides, the buttons are really nice and responsive. It doesn't feel slippery at all. Sigh protection is pretty good.

So again, this is for those of you who are looking for the case like this is called the liquid air, very nice too, and I'll by the way. Let's see if liquid air will wirelessly charge, and it does as well now the last product that we do have, and we're going to be saving this for our screen.
